The food was delicious but the service was subpar. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived yet our server was not attentive at all and when we did ask questions his responses were lacking and undesirable. The food made up for it as it was delicious!! But for the service alone I most likely would not go back.
Stylish farm to table, very imaginative cuisine and fresh/seasonal ingredients. Stylish west village setting, romantic setting.
We visited the night prior to New Year's eve, which was very quiet, and probably not typical. Nevertheless this is not a trendy hordes spot but is nevertheless fun and intimate ( although would be busier and louder on a typical night).
Food was great, and staff could nto have been nicer...
Recommend to anybody who cares about food, ambience, and having a civilized but creative night out.
What happened to this lovely farm to table restaurant? The food was pathetic (i got the mushy ribs) and the wine (Nebbiolo) was hardly drinkable

Really sad but I won’t return
I dined at Blenheim with my husband and his business partner. While the food was quite tasty, I have never received such poor service in a restaurant before. It took forever for the server to come over and take our order and she was incredibly unknowledgeable about the menu. This was even more difficult because I have dietary restrictions, so knowing if unpasteurized cheeses or raw egg is included in a dish is essential. Additionally, we received the wrong squash appetizer and had to ask four times for our broccoli appetizer, which finally came out over two hours later with our entrees. The restaurant was practically empty, so this poor service was even more surprising. My guests ended up going to the bar to order more drinks because the server also did not frequently visit our table. While I love the farm-to-table concept, and loved some of the dishes, the service was so terrible and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Had a wonderful brunch here with a friend! Everything from the friendly, efficient service, to the food - we had Gravlack Benedict and Soft Scramble - ambience, music level, etc., was just spot on. Bloody Marys were delicious, we could hear our conversation over the music, it's a really lovely place in the neighborhood. I shall be back for dinner!
Good food but ridiculously overpriced. My squid ink pasta with lobster was white, so i guess that didn't happen. And it was supposed to have bottarga on it but didn't. My companion had their $24 burger. Besides the burger all the portions were tiny. Won't be back.
i've been to Blenheim a few times and every time it's an amazing food experience. They are also very attentive and welcoming, making every guest feel special. Definitely my go-to place. Great for a date or a small group get-together. It's a refined place to enjoy a well-crafted meal in a sophisticated setting without feeling uptight.
Blenheim came highly recommended, so our expectations were high. A total disappointment as the food was for the most part, tasteless. Other than the deliciously roasted cauliflower and yummy fried chicken appetizer that set our mouths ablaze in a delicious sort of way- everything else was BLAH. From the tiny polenta amuse bouch to the Pork entree and on to the highly recommended pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake... nothing had much flavor.
Maybe it was an off night but with the many NY restaurants to enjoy, sadly, this is one to pass.
The Michelin star is enticing, but the restaurant has changed drastically since. The "B" rating from NY Sanitation is the first red flag. My friends who ordered drinks were not satisfied with the flavor or quality. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, but nothing more than that.
Blenheim is a little jewel in the village. Outstanding and creative menu. The staff was
extremely professional and friendly. The manager was outstanding as was the bartender.
The wait staff very professional. It was our first visit to Blenheim, but we are already

Some friends and I went to Blenhiem for Christmas Eve and had a 5 course special meal that was put on for th occasion. The food was incredible - tasty, rich and seasonal. We had a lovely evening and the staff were very friendly too, wearing Christmas hats! The only downside was they couldn't necessarily accommodate dietary requirement such as non-dairy and vegan so if you have a dietary requirements, I'd recommend checking whether they have those options first. But aside from that, it was a gem of a place!
Interesting menu and nice space.
Service was a bit underwhelming given the price point. Found ourselves frequently looking around for him to fill our empty drinks and he did not start the night off with a welcoming greeting or an overview of his favorite items - simply "Hi, do you know what you want?" Sorry buddy, if you're going to give me the same level of service as a waiter at Denny's, your tip will not breach the cost of a Grand Slam Breakfast.
Unlikely to return. If I do, it's just for the fried chicken.
We had dinner there last weekend (second time). Food was well prepared, service was very nice, all well. Only criticism to note is that the menu is on the limited side (it is a small place!) and, perhaps, the prices are a teensy bit high (nothing crazy by any means, just on the higher end for a nice Village resto. Very nice experience!
The space was cramped and the food was only OK. I tried to ask for a dry wine and the waiter pointed out the most expensive bottle of wine. I ended up going with my original pick but he didn't seem to care. We didn't like two of the dishes and the hostess said she would email me a 15% coupon to use to come back again but I haven't received it yet. This was now close to a month ago. For the price, I wouldn't recommend people going back here.
My wife and I had the 4-course Thanksgiving Dinner. The menu offering and the food was amazing. The service team did a beautiful job keeping everything on time and well presented. Thank you to this team for giving up their Thanksgiving to make ours wonderful.

Good: availability (just in time); food is yummy.
Cons: they didn't have the smoked salmon I wanted (this is my second visit. On my first visit they were out of two things I had planned to order - from a small menu this ruined the whole experience for me); coffee is super bitter and unpleasant; service was slow, waited for five minutes at the door before someone came to greet us; portions are small - they need a bun that is in better proportion to the size of the fried chicken otherwise it looks like they are skimping on the chicken. My husband asked for no salad on his plate and it came with salad. Seven dollars for a cappuccino is ridiculous, I don't care who you are.
Overall: food is good but service needs to crank it up a big notch and I would call ahead to check if they have everything on the menu otherwise it isn't worth the money. This could be a great local brunch spot (as well as fab dinner) but right now it is messing up on the basics. Never choose this over the Cluny.
I have now been to Blenheim three times, and each time the food was terrific and the service, while friendly and well-meaning, strikingly amateurish. The waitstaff is nice and pleasant, but you just get the feeling they were just hired yesterday and have never worked in a restaurant before.
Sunday brunch. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to appear at the hostess stand. And quite a few items were not available because they had run out. I understand one or two items, but it was much more than that. Food and ambiance were enjoyable, but didn't make up for the experience or warrant the relatively high prices. Too many other great options in the neighborhood.
A wonderful little sleeper restaurant in a charming neighborhood. Hits the spot when you want a small gem of a place that feels local and personal. Food is delicious and the staff could not be nicer. Great to take a walk after a lovely meal. The menu is a cross between comfort food and gourmet dining, and is all executed well.
Upon arrival there was no host present and we were not greeted by any staff for an almost uncomfortable amount of time. We must have arrived as they were turning tables, as we were then seated and not greeted for another 10-15 minutes. The host took our drink order and a few minutes later our waitress came by and was ready to take our order (before we even had our drinks). We had never been to Blenheim before so naturally we had questions about the menu and if there was anything she would recommend. She responded unenthusiastically that people seemed to like x, y and z. We took a few more minutes and were bummed we didn't get the cute, energetic waiter who was with the table next to us. We tried a few different dishes, the cauiflower, radishes, corn soup and the pork presse. The corn soup and pork presses were our favorites. We felt the radishes, while tasty, lacked the "spice" we know and love of the vegetable, but the butter blue cheese was amazing and we spread the excess on a piece of the delicious bread. As we finished our entree we started to get excited for dessert as we had gone through the instagram before hand, marveling at a few we had seen. The waitress asked "would you like to hear about our desserts" in which we giddily replied yes only to be told "well actually, we are between dessert menus and only have ice cream and sorbet"... really? You couldn't have come up with anything to serve as dessert? Why even ask? That was disappointing to hear, however the food and ambiance were very good and I suppose I will be back to give it a second shot (with hopefully better service and dessert) ;) until next time...
Amazing experience as usual! Service was very fast and attentive. Food was delicious, and well presented. Ambience was quiet and low-key, which was perfect for the type of dinner we were having (reunion amongst friends visiting from overseas). Bartender was also fun to talk to while we waited for our table to get ready. Only negative is that it took them a little while to get our table ready (15-20 minutes), and staff had to be prompted twice. Despite this, we understand that sometimes tables aren't always ready when staff would expect it, and it can be out of their control.
