    So glad Chef Lou brought back the comp bread and garlic oil. Also the sizzling Big Chop on the hot plate. Waiting staff look d spiffy in the Steak house garb.

    From Chef Lou, to his wife Tara and Elle our server, the entire experience was fantastic. The menu is extremely creative and well thought out. Blend on Main remains our favorite restaurant around the entire Jersey Shore. Jim Point Pleasant, N.J.

    Enjoyed our dinner. Glad the menu has expanded a bit and changes were welcome. Our server, Heather was outstanding and is definitely another reason to return

    Apps amd food were yummy. The only dish that wasn't great was the pasta with seafood. It was very bland. Also steak was delicious, but for the price it shouldn't be Ala carte. Veggies a s potatoes are inexpensive.

    Enjoyed Jersey Shore restaurant week dinner here. The choices were excellent. I especially enjoyed the ricotta and figs appetizer. The wild salmon entre was cooked perfectly. Service was a bit spotty at times but overall we enjoyed our dinner here and would come again.

    Ah, now that is a mixed bag, but let me tell you—I appreciate you taking the time to share! First off, thank you for the kind words about the food! That’s music to my ears. We put our hearts into every dish at Blend on Main, and knowing the flavors hit the mark means a lot. Now, about the noise—I hear you (no pun intended!). When the place is packed and the energy is high, it can get a little louder than we’d like. We’re actually looking at a few ways to improve the acoustics without losing that lively vibe. Your note reinforces we need to keep that a priority. Service being “good” is good… but I’ll be honest, I’m aiming for outstanding across the board. I want you to leave saying, “The service was as good as the food.” So we’ll keep sharpening up there too.

    I came here with a group of friends for restaurant week and interestingly 5 out of the 6 of us got the shrimp risotto. The dish had absolutely no flavor. The risotto looked like soup and barely covered the bottom of the plate. The slice of cake my husband and others got was not really a slice, but the tiniest sliver. My husband said they should have been embarrassed sending it out of the kitchen. My cheesecake was frozen! When I tried to put my spoon in it it would not budge. It was frozen solid! The goal of participating restaurants for Restaurant Week should be to entice diners to come back to their establishment. The take away from all in our group for this experience was that we will not ever be returning. What a big disappointment! Don’t participate if you are going to cheap out on your portions.

Restaurant Week should be about showcasing our best, and it sounds like we fell far short. The shrimp risotto should be rich and flavorful, not bland or soupy. Desserts? No way should you get a frozen cheesecake or portions that feel skimpy. That’s not our standard, and I take full responsibility. I’m going to address this directly with my team.     It was restaurant week and the specials were great. Loved the salmon special w lemon blueberry cheesecake Booked for the quiet room which it was Highly recommend The Blend

    I have been to Blend on Main many times, and this restaurant never disappoints. I was there during restaurant week, and opted for that special menu. I did upgrade to the onion soup, which is absolutely delicious! For dinner, I had Chicken Saltimbocca over delectable mashed potatoes. The plate was enormous and very, very good, but I couldn't finish. For dessert (included in the restaurant week menu) was an apple cobbler. It was served warm with vanilla ice cream and delicious homemade whipped cream. If you are looking for very good food in a pleasing atmosphere, look no further than Blend on Main! Bon appetit!
