Blackstone Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
We got married Friday....went there with this explained on open table. The hostess said congratulations. Neither waiter John and John said anything at all! No congrats...Not even a free drink. We go here regularly so we were kinda surprised by this. We even got better recognition of this at the dry cleaners! Everything else was in line as if it was a regular night going there
As always, no one in our party was disappointed . The energy is always there. The staff, from hostess, to the bartenders, to the servers where on their game. Even the restroom attendant was smiling.
The food was on point as expected and after dining here again and again, we know we keep coming back. I love this place.
Extremely noisy. 1980’s disco music basting in restaurant area. Food is good, very over priced Too many specials, took waiter at least ten minutes to list. He did include prices. But who wants to listen to waiter yelling out the specials for a prolonged period?
Our bacon appetizer was burnt on one side, they actually tried to hide the burnt side.
Had two steaks ordered. One medium well, one mid rare.
My mid rare steak was torched on the outside, completely raw in the middle.
My girlfriends medium well was torched on the outside, overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other.
The first two times I came here were great experiences for me and my girlfriend. Coming here was actually special for us, but after this experience, we won't be coming back .
Waite staff was uninterested . They just plopped down the dishes on to the table . I️ had to stop the waiter as he walked by for more drinks and cocktail sauce since he didn’t stop by on his own.. I️ expect better service especially after spending $250 for two people. Usually the Waite staff is more attentive than this.I️ may give the place one more chance
This was my first time at Blackstone Steakhouse, and it was a great experience. As long as you are "ok" with some noise, a little bit of a "power scene," and high prices, then you are in store for delicious food (both steaks, fish, and sushi, and yummy desserts), and wonderful service.
The Sunday evening special was amazing! No need for a knife to cut the filet, it melts in your mouth! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Veggies were awesome! Cesar salad so good! The bread is just great, very important in our family. On the down side, avoid the supposed ‘wagyu’ sliders...too much mysterious pieces of byproduct involved with this starter. Kinda gross actually.
The food was good but underwhelming for the price. Our waitress seemed to be on top of things, but the waiter forgot to place our drink order on two different occasions in the same meal. They very generously gave us a dessert without me saying anything about my girlfriend's birthday other than clicking the box when I made the online reservation. Bottom line, it was a very good steak, but for that kind of money I could think of a few other places I'd go first. It seemed like the place may be too big to give you personalized service.
Very nice but pricey. Expect great service, very good food, but it's quite noisy if you plan on conversation. Bar area looked fun, but music is loud and can be heard throughout the dining area. Not a spot for a quiet dinner date. We were never rushed which was nice. However, we found ourselves practically yelling at one another to be heard. Our table was close to the bar. Not a good choice for our party that night. But we all enjoyed our food which was a mixture of fish dishes and steaks. Sushi roll appetizer was outstanding. Lobster and king crab Vietnamese style. But again very pricey. I would go back with friends for a special occasion or drinks. You are treated very well here from the valet to several hostesses, waiters, managers constantly checking in.
The food is excellent- from Sushi to steak- everything is high quality. My one issue is the prices- a sushi special was $50 dollars for one roll and a "bone in" filet mignon was over $60. Seems over priced for what you get. It's good, but I don't think the prices are justifiable.
