Overall a great experience but the place can be a bit loud if there are multiple birthday parties. Tonight was loud enough to the point where I had to get up and leave and skipped dessert

The waiter was fantastic, the food was poorly cooked. Will not go back or recommend the restaurant to anyone.

I haven't been to this Restaurant in a few years and its nothing like it was previously. I used to be very cozy and had a classy romantic feel, now it feels like a open cavern lacking any charm. The food was mediocre and overpriced for what we received. The server was great and have no complaint the the wait staff, but the level of service was nothing like my past visits. Sorry but this will be my last visit to the Backfish Grille.

Food and service was just great! Told draft taps were not functioning, but staff went elsewhere in casino to bring me my preferred beer. It was a great evening all together.

Food was very marginal. Salmon had bones in it, beure blanc sauce was sweet, potatoes were dried out, broccolini needed more seasoning.
Server was very helpful, comped us dessert and coffee and took money off of bill. The dessert was delicious. She saved the experience. Her name was Rhonda.

The food was good, a little over priced. Service was slow. The waitress didn't check in with us until the meal was over.

Both my husband and I got sick from eating there. Won't be eating there again. It's too bad I used to love this place.

Excellent wait staff was very responsive and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing, tender and very well presented. The hostess was a bit short on warm personality and could have dressed better. Not always looking to get a full view of bra straps from the back.

We've eating here many times and have always had a good experience. This time not so much. There were several large tables with people who were literally shouting across the tables to be heard. It was uncomfortably noisy. The service was extremely slow. Dinner took over two hours from when we were seated until we were paid up and left. The food was not cooked properly and frankly had little or no flavor. I would have sent it back, but frankly I just wanted to finish eating what I could and get out of there. It's a shame as that's not the experience we've had in the past. Unfortunately it'll be a while before we consider returning if at all.

Food was great, and service was awesome. Was there for our anniversary, didn’t know it was going to be that loud, but it worked out fine! Would come back again.

The food is amazing!
The bread and the 3 butters are crazy good!
The selection of what is in season fish is excellent. A good way to try different things.
I enjoy seeing the chefs-preparing the different fish in the fire behind the glass.
It’s incredible.

OVERALL fabulous fun and food.
Your reservation processes leaves a lot to be desired especially when calling back into a received call before your "really" open at 5 p.m. is difficult when not able to LEAVE a message.

The food was excellent!! My only complaint is that the noise level is extreme...they need better acoustics. Not the place for a quiet dinner

Service was excellent. Salmon and side dishes were good. The venison osso bucca did not taste very good. The mixed drinks were very weak and in tiny glasses overfilled with ice. Drinks in the whole casino are the same as this. I switched to beer for a better value.

The food and service was great. However, we practically had to yell across the table as it was so loud in the restaurant.

The restaurant was nice. Service from the kitchen was very slow. Did not like the smoke smell from the casino pouring in the restaurant. If you are already at the casino, then its a great place, but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like smoke smell when you eat.

My husband and I dined at Blackfish for a belated holiday outing, which included a stay at the Tulalip Resort Hotel (outstanding!). The Blackfish offers authentic Pacific Northwest cuisine, including the native traditional method of grilling salmon on upright alderwood sticks. My husband was blown away by the PNW bounty bowl, which included Alaskan king crab, Dungeness crab, salmon, shellfish, shrimp, etc., in an amazing sauce. The service was friendly and professional, the wine pours were generous, and the food was delicious. A good experience overall!

Awesome setup and pleasant ambience, service top notch not too overbearing.

Great for the occasional splurge, could be a lot popular if not so pricey.

Will recommend.

Great food and service! The only real downside, was the overall noise level was a lot louder than expected. We had expected a more intimate dining experience.

Very Disappointing Overall. For the Price the food quality was just not there. Atmosphere was nice. But there was nothing to rave or share with friends.
