The food, wine, and service were wonderful. It's just quite noisy in the eating area, and the tv advertising menu items was a bit obnoxious, as we were sitting right next to it. Overall it was a wonderful evening.

Copper River Salmon was grilled perfectly, not overcooked. Recommended wine which was excellent. The service is always good at this restaurant. Never had an issue.

Variety on the menu, and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

The food is always good. Some of the best clams ever and the oysters are always the freshest. Great service. It was quiet but, that was probably because we were there on an evening after a major holiday. The décor is ready for an upgrade. Not shabby but, ready.

Perfect restaurant to enjoy Copper River salmon! Cooked the traditional Native American way on sticks over coals--to the doneness you want (just like a steak). My husband and I love coming here. The food is always wonderful, the staff friendly & helpful, and the prices reflect such a value for the quality of food offered.

My wife and I are excited. I have eaten ahi all over and I can honestly say they served the best seared ahi that I've had. Our server was friendly and professional. This is our new place for a date night.

Good food, Non memorable service, expensive for the experience and mediocre atmosphere. Not many options in this area of Western WA so if you're looking for a fairly "nice" experience in Tulalip this is probably as close as you're going to get.

very good food. We had the lobster and it was delicious. Not a big variety of steak but the New York was very nice and big. The only thing I didn't like was the water. It tasted like treated water.

This is a bit spendy but worth every penny. The service is great, the people are great and the food portion for the price is incredible. I had the 14oz NY Steak, cooked to perfection, my wife had the seared scallops (six large scallops) when we left we were full, too full to consider dessert even though they tempted us.

We like to go here when the Penn Cove mussels are more in season.

If you are a North-ender and you are looking for a downtown Seattle surf and turf kind of meal this place does better!

Excellent seafood selections, prepared perfectly! Our compliments to the chef indeed! We were a party of 7 and everyone had different selections and not one person was disappointed with their choices of food! Bravo! Extra kudos as well for not overdoing any of the seafood which is a common occurrence at many restaurants serving shellfish!

Blackfish Grill is outstanding in every aspect. Beautiful decor, excellent menu with fabulous pairings, and top notch service. Jill is a fellow Alaskan and really friendly, helpful and professional. She is wonderful. I can't get over how much I love the menu. And the ability to order the cooking method and 2 sides from a varied list. The open view and f the kitchen is a big plus. This is a top restaurant

I have been to Blackfish many times. I was disappointed this last visit for two reasons. 1) My daughter arrived early and they sat her, which is fine. When I arrived I was told she was already seated and "go in, you'll find her". I was surprised that a (somewhat) upscale restaurant wouldn't assist their customers. The fact is I had already went in and didn't see her. She was seated way in the back and not facing the door. I ended up walking around until I spotted her. 2) When I made the reservation I specifically noted we were celebrating a birthday. There was not one mention of the birthday. I have been there before so I know what is supposed to happen. Clearly no one bothered to notify our server of the occasion. Since we decided to skip dessert I didn't press it but was unimpressed. If you're not going to read the comments, don't ask for them while making the reservation.

It has been many years since I was last in the Pacific Northwest, but I have always believed that the finest seafood comes from this area. Blackfish met every expectation for superb seafood. Along with 3 appetizers for sampling, I ordered the Dungeness crab. It was one of the finest meals I have ever eaten.
My companion had the New York, which was perfectly prepared and exceptionally flavorful, as a New York should be.
The service was first class. Our server was very friendly and anticipated every desire. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

My wife and I had tickets to the Howie Mandel show and decided to have dinner at Blackfish we had reservations for 6:45 with the show starting at 8. We received a super high referral from some of our family members and decided to give the black fish a try. We found the decor and the atmosphere to be very inviting and the staff professional and cheerful. What an awesome selection on the menu and it was super easy to find the perfect meal choice. The good news is that the food actually tasted as good as expected based on the description in the menu. We will definitely refer all of our friends and family to go and enjoy the same wonderful meal and service we experienced.

We had amazing service and great food! We were celebrating the birthdays of my mom who turned 70 this year, myself 50(!) and my daughter turns 30 this week. They made that celebration really fun! We were wowed by their thoughtfulness with a beautiful dessert for all of us! The restaurant is very loud though and we had a really hard time talking with each other which was really why we came out to dinner.

Celebrated my 40th birthday here. Made the 2 hour drive from Gig Harbor for a night at the casino, dinner and gambling. The food was delish, zero wait with a reservation and the cocktails were good and served quickly. I'd make the drive again just for the food.
