Very good food and service but they did not have our reservation we showed them the confirmation and the got us in for our 57th anniversary thank goodness. Flaw in your system?

Good food so I always go back but it is very loud in there and hard to have a conversation. The food, appetizers and all are never served at the same time. Some people are mid eating before others get their meal. For the price this shouldn't be like that.

As usual, everything was wonderful. The price seems to have increased with no options for smaller steaks than 14oz. Not all patrons want a huge serving.

Usually love the restaurant but this time, the food was Mediocre. I had the lobster salad and it was good and large scallops were on point but the king and Dungeness crabs were lacking. Frozen? Neither were that good. Maybe next time?

We’ve been here many times over the years and foolishly hope it will get better. It hasn’t. Unfortunately, the past four times we’ve been here, including two days ago, we encounter the same problems - too dark to see your food, too loud to hold a conversation, mediocre menu, and poor food preparation. At our last two visits, the filet mignon - ordered “medium” - was brought to the table barely warm on the outside and cold and completely purple on the inside. Sending it back twice didn’t improve the cooking and resulted in us leaving without having been able to eat the steaks.

The service is pretty good as long as you have a reservation. The booths are in such bad shape that when the person in the booth behind you sits down, you literally are boosted off your seat like a teeter totter hitting the ground. Sitting at a table isn’t any better. There are so many tables jammed in the space, that you’re constantly jostled by guests and staff. I’ve seen many drinks spilled and food dropped as diner’s are bumped and shoved.

We’re likely not to return to Blackfish, but will continue to dine at other Tulalip restaurants. The food seems to be the same at all of the restaurants, but costs more depending on the restaurant you choose.

Blackfish has never disappointed me and this was their same outstanding meal and service. I ordered the French onion soup and New York strip. The soup was hearty, flavorful and with plenty of cheese. It could have been a meal in itself. The steaks were cooked to perfection paired with black fishes take on potatoes au gratin, which are wrapped in a little filo packet. Service was excellent as well. It’s not a budget restaurant, expect to pay an average of about 60 per person, but well worth it.

Very good - will return! The ambiance was classy and ethnic. The air was properly vented so it didn’t stink like the rest of the casino. Our appetizer, entrees and deserts were very good.

Food is fantastic, service was good. The only complaint is that it is so noisy. It’s dark like it would have a quiet ambiance but unfortunately not.

Make sure you “reserve” a booth if you want one. We didn’t reserve a booth and they didn’t let us wait for one so we sat in the center, next to an extremely loud party that was doing wine tasting. We had to yell across the table at each other the whole time to even hear what each other was saying. Several tables who sat and ordered after us got their food first. Wait for food was about 45 minutes and the server checked on us for drinks maybe once - I had to flag her down for another glass of wine. Food was great though, when it finally came!

Service was great! Appetizers were really good. Unfortunately the entrees were not worthy of the price. My King crab was very over cooked, bacon wrapped asparagus- bacon was soggy, the sides we're just ok. The fillet was a bit over cooked and lacked flavor.

Food was excellent (I had the traditional salmon, my wife had Alaska King Crap). Every portion of the meal was superb. Excellent wine selection. Price to value excellent. Service top notch. Went here 5 years ago with on our first date, came back for our 4th wedding anniversary, no change...excellent on all accounts.

Had a wonderful dinner. Entrees were delicious and generous. Complete dinner with appetizers and salad $123 without tip..

We've been going for years and always have wonderful food and great service. The only problem that we people at our table received the wrong steaks, we did not notice until dinner was over. Also, the price of the steak dinners has gone up a bit. Still really good, but a bit over priced.

Our meal started out great. The kumamoto oysters were very good and the presentation was great. The lobster salad was also really good and served on an icy cold plate. Our cocktails were also up to par. Dinner was just ok. He had the filet with blue cheese and hazel nuts. It was cold which ruined the flavors. Also, the bison wrapped asaparus was cold but had good flavor. The potatoes on his plate were very hot so it seemed as though the plate sat waiting for those. I ordered the king salmon but received the sockeye. It was served atop the mashed potatoes with beets on the side. The best thing was the potatoes. Our meal with tip was $185. Too much in my opinion for the quality of food and a restaurant in a casino.

We have eaten here several times before and always been pleased with good and service. This time the place was very Smokey from the fire pit they use for cooking, first time it has been an issue. Made for a less than pleasant dining experience. Food was good and service was okay, expected better at this place.

Blackfish really made our anniversary dinner memorable! Every recommendation from Tracy was expertly prepared and presented by Carl and his team, and what a show we witnessed from the table in front of the grill! We were guided through the traditional bread service as well as appetizers and entrees- they even split the shared Ceasar salad for us! The chef's preparation of New York steak is amazing and the Dungeness crab macaroni and cheese is as decadent as it sounds. We thank you for the special dessert to acknowledge our special evening, and we hope to see you again soon!

We love this restaurant, but unfortunately 3 of our party got sick immediately after eating. My husband had to go to a walk-in clinic due to his sickness. The doctor said it was due to the meal we ate. This is the first time we have had a problem while dining here.

Had the French onion soup to start and then the dungenous crab entree with green beans and cheddar/havarti mashed potatoes. Everything was fantastic and I couldn’t believe how much crab I got!!! Service was good as well.

The service was amazing as usual. I met a girlfriend there to celebrate her birthday. I hadn’t seen her in 5 years and was so excited to show her a good time and great seafood. She never gets out due to a disability and lack of funds. I ordered the scallops and she had the crusted Halibut. My scallops were drenched in this gooey stuff and were black on top. Gross. Her Halibut was dry. I tasted it. The wine and her Vodka drinks were very good. I used my Player card for the meal and I paid in cash for the alcohol and a 30 percent tip. I was very disappointed. The new Pizza place has better food.

Our waitress Maria was exceptional. She allowed us to have a relaxing dinner, checked in with us regularly but gave us our privacy....She was well informed about the ingredients that were in our respective dishes...Made the anniversary of our first date a memorable one. Thank you.

We were waiting on the food for an hour, wasn't worth the money we paid for dishes. Nothing exciting about the food. The waitress didn't check back if we were enjoying the food or not. We also were kind of full from water as we waited for an hour for food.

We always have dinner at Blackfish restaurant when staying at Tulalip Resort and Casino ... the food is always fantastic and I love the decor with metallic fish everywhere. It's also fun to watch the salmon being cooked on wooden stakes over an open fire. The only downside is that it is quite loud which makes chatting a bit difficult, but otherwise it's a great option at this location.
