The portions keep getting smaller, presentation lacking and prices keep going up... service was great!

Great service & very good food. The room was very noisy, otherwise had a good time.

Initially, the dining area was too dark to read the menu without the use of a flashlight.
The dining room was very loud, difficult to carry a conversation without shouting, and we sat elbow to elbow.
The rating system does not provide adequate definitions, ie, noise level was not 'energetic'...it was simply too loud.

Food price was confusing. I initially ordered lobster and steak. I asked if there were any combination deals, and waitress said that if I ordered a steak, I could add a lobster tail. I agreed to do so. However, I was charged full price separately for both the steak and the lobster. That was my initial order, yet I anticipated a price break because the lobster tail was added to my steak order. This was inferred by our waitress.
Alcohol was not served at our table, and due to that fact, the waitress copped an attitude. My friend and I know that alcohol can loosen inhibitions, increasing the drinks ordered etc, which can lead to larger tips. The wait staff was very busy, yet found time to check our table, clear dishes etc. Their effort was why they received a good tip, probably more than they expected from a non drinking table.

The food: lobster tasted old, very chewy. The crab was chewy as well. For the price, I expected better.

Overall, I would recommend a later dinner reservation for a more intimate setting.

I had the King Salmon with Beets and Mashed Potatoes. My wife had Shrimp with green beans and Cheddar Hash. They give you various thin hard breads with 3 flavors of butter to start you off. The seafood menu allows you to pick your seafood, cooking style (we had alder plank cooked our of 5 or 6), sauce (they had 6 or 7), and 2 sides from a fairly good list. They also have steaks and other meats. They have a good selection of Oysters. We each had wine with dinner. Their wine list is rather long, and they have a good selection of wines by the glass also.

Our food was amazing! We had the Crab cakes to start and shared the filet mignon and scallops. The sauce on for the steak was a little salty, but I really enjoyed it (my wife thought it was OK, but too salty for her). We were there on a Sunday night, so it wasn’t really busy, which is why it was pretty quiet and great for our date night. We really loved the food and our experience.

Service and food were both outstanding. King crab were legs only no knuckles or clusters, only the best part of the crab. Great selection of oysters also.

Disappointing meal. It got off to a poor start when the martini I ordered tasted more like water than alcohol. Our waitress took care of it when I complained and the replacement was fine. We ordered the prawns for an appetizer and they came with a watery cucumber tomato sauce - not good. The salads which we split tasted like they had been prepared earlier in the day and left out unrefrigerated. My wife's halibut dish was good but my salmon that o had ordered medium rare was overcooked but my daughter's was fine even though we had ordered the same degree of doneness. Our waitress was good but didn't check back to see that everything was OK. All in all a very disappointing meal for the rather high price. We probably won't be back.

My wife and I have been there several times. The food is always good, if maybe a bit overpriced. The one area for improvement would be the wine list - specifically, the chards - need to add some more 'big', 'buttery' type of chards.

We ordered every appetizer on the menu along with a couple of salads and wine. Each dish provided a delectable sampling of Washington’s regional cuisine and was a joy to share among friends. A few dishes included a smoked salmon plank with fry bread, clams, and crab cakes. All delicious!

I’ve been to Blackfish in several occasions and the experience was enjoyable. The diner I had on 7/1/18 was not the best, especially for the cost.

And why do they no longer serve Cappuccino’s?

I won’t be back

The seafood was excellent, however the steak had a sauce on it that just ruined the meat.

Very good food and excellent service. A lot variety of foods (most of them were seafood). Smoking issue was only one problem for non-smoker person and children (this restaurant is in casino).

Our waitress was very inattentive. She bounced around the entire restaurant walking by us several times before engaging with us. We had to practically beg her to bring us the bread with the different flavored butters. The entire night it felt like we weren't important and mostly just being ignored. It took forever to get our order in, then forever to get our appetizer, then forever to get our dinner. By the time my meal came I was already getting full because it was taking so long. I noticed that the menu went up in price which means rather than two times a year we will only be able to dine here once a year. My steak was very tough (NY strip) each bite took 20-25 chews. Yes I counted. Everything else was delicious but a $45 steak should be a bit more tender than that. We were celebrating a graduation and the waitress brought us out a small dessert for us. That was nice

I love the atmosphere here. Services was great . But my halibut was over done one night we were here. The next night I had there special. Berry salsa with prawns. Berry salsa was wonderful. Vegetables were very oily and the rice was ok. Prawns were just ok. I was expecting a lot better.

A great place to celebrate! Lots of energy and the food was amazing. The menu is true to it's creed; to bring deliciously fresh and perfectly prepared food to the table. The service was impeccable and very professional, but very friendly. It was the perfect meal with a very generous serving of a delicious glass of wine from a local vintner.

The King salmon was fishy! The food is usually fantastic, but not this time.

They were also out of Copper River Salmon. The very reason we drove so far for dinner. They were also out of batter for shrimp, my second choice. It took a LONG time to get our food.

We were not impressed this time. :(

The place is a little too casual for the pricing. If you charge 45 for an entree, there should be table clothes, or at least a nice table. The decor is fancy cafeteria. The fish (I had salmon and my wife had scallops) was excellent, but the side dishes were poorly plated, and had the quality of an average buffet. I would reccomend going somewhere else.

My salmon was overcooked - maybe because I do now like raw fish and was told it was grilled med/rare. Rest of meals were good. Too high priced for the meals.

Have eaten here many times and this was by far the most disappointing. We asked for a variety of oysters and got three types that we’ve never heard of and they were just OK. The Parmesan crusted halibut was horrible. Lemon sauce had no lemon. Overall, Very disappointing.

There were six of us. Lindsay was our server. She was very attentive. Our only complaint would be that a guest had chicken over Caesar salad and found that the chicken was dry. Other than that our entire meal was delicious.
