   What a wonderful experience. This is a 27-year-old neighborhood restaurant. The owner joked that “he was his mother’s bus boy.” The food was prepared beautifully. We chose a number of small plates and the fish soup, and had no room for dessert! I wish this was our neighborhood restaurant. I highly recommend eating here.

   We came here to celebrate a birthday, and the entire evening exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make the occasion feel special. The attention to our table was outstanding—thoughtful, professional, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, striking just the right balance between festive and relaxed. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Each dish was crafted with care, full of rich flavors and beautifully presented. It’s clear this place takes pride in every detail. This was more than just a dinner—it was an experience we’ll remember. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

   The most authentic Greek in Baltimore. The food always delivers. The Owners are like family and always treat everyone with respect. They care about their patrons and make sure everyone has a perfect dining experience. and the Village Pie is amazing.

   Our second visit to Black Olive and we are as happy this as we were the last time. They have excellent menu choices truly something for everyone and all done well. As a wine enthusiast i can say the wine list is deep with incredible choices including DRC. This time we both had fish and found it to be prepared perfect. Apps and dessert along with the Turkish coffee we great. We are looking forward to our next visit already.

   Wow, I am so impressed with the quality of food at The Black Olive. We had a wonderful experience; the staff was friendly, and food was incredible. I cannot wait to plan my next trip back to try more selections on their menu (The Scallops on Charcoal is what I had in addition to the Baklava Ice Cream)! I cannot say enough good things about this local Baltimore staple in our city.

   Elegant sophisticated yet not at all pretentious. You will experience some of the best fish you’ve ever had made just the way you like it. Also, they have an extensive wine list.

   Stopped here on a whim what a hidden gem. i felt bad my date and i were very casual dressed on a sat night next time we will be dressed properly this is a nice place. Hidden gem actually
