**Reservations open up each Monday at noon for the following week.

Upon arrival, you are greeted with hors d’oeuvres at our historic farmstead. For added safety, you will have your own private table in the historic barn or gardens with limited service. The 1883 blacksmith barn’s roughhewn beams showing the handiwork and vintage tools at the ready create a warm, rustic and authentic feel. Garden tables are sheltered in custom glass cabanas, warmed by vintage wood stoves & lit with oil lanterns. The farm hosts private catered dinners for up to 8 people per table. Our cabanas & four rooms in the barn are classified as Outdoor Dining.
Enjoy three courses based on the day's bountiful harvest. Roasted winter squashes, pumpkins, hearty roots in a kaleidoscope of colors, greens sweetened by a kiss of frost, heritage pork or lamb roasted over plum wood embers are some of the flavors that await.
Cost:$105/pp

So fun eating at the farm. Was nice to see where most of the food comes from. The animals were a blast!

Black Cat Farm is a peaceful location in west Longmont with parking on 51st street. The meal is a three hour experience, where you can walk around the farm in between courses. Our private room in the barn structure was toasty but they offer blankets. You will get a private dining room, either a glass cabana or a well decorated barn dining room, and the servers may demand that you mask each time they enter your room. The food is organic and delicious. We loved the mulefoot pork dish, with strong flavors of chickpeas, spinach and carrots. Unlike other reviewers, we thought the veggies were cooked to perfection. The onion soup and fresh greens with grapefruit are superb. You can take leftovers of the main dish home. The deserts, lavender tea are a tasty end to a lovely experience. The only caveat is the price. You must order wines the day before and they
are very expensive, and the meal is slightly overpriced but fun for a special evening.

We had a fabulous dinner - truly farm to table - in one of their greenhouse cabanas. It was the ultimate in social distancing and a
delicious meal. The staff were terrific! It was a dinner we will remember fondly for a long time.

This is a culinary experience of a lifetime! A truly beautiful setting, caring staff, and absolutely amazing farm-to-table dinner (each dish insta worthy!). Every detail - from the table setting, to the warm cider greeting, to the roaring personal fire to the greenhouse visit to the specific allergy restrictions- was thoughtful. You can tell that they put a lot of love and care into all they do, and the staff are like a family. If you can scoop a reservation, splurge and do it! We can't wait to go back when we are on CO next year

The tasting menu and wine selection was truly lovely, but what I truly loved about our time on the Black Cat Farm was the experience. The farm is nestled into a hill and surrounded by vast open space. We entered the farm from a dirt road through an old rusty gate and by two large sleeping dogs. The land is appointed with several glass and weathered wood structures, a large barn with a chef’s kitchen and crackling orange camp fires. We were greeted with mulled wine and shown to a beautifully eclectic private room/table... It all felt like an otherworldly getaway and super down-to-earth-farm-to-table all at the same time. We frequented the Black Cat restaurant—and loved it—and must say we love this even more so. Well done!
