The server made every effort to provide excellent service. Steaks were tasty and I liked the brussel sprouts and artichoke, yummy. My husband had some coupons and that helped the pocketbook stay healthy. Booth was comfortable and everything made for a relaxing and tasty dinner.

Went twice in a week for celebrations.good seating great food great service .nice atmosphere.ran into a situation of my own , the girls were so accommodating everything worked out. Fine .i will be going back again soon .

February 14, 2018 had a reservation with OpenTable arrive on time at 5:45 waited three minutes and we were seated definitely any special occasion or holiday make sure you make reservations at least a week or two in advance. We will provide excellent customer service by the manager and our server.

It was unusually busy for a Saturday, it must have been valentines pre dinners. Or people have found that this Black Angus have it together, food service, atmosphere and value. Parking is tight but always there is a space. It was busy but staff was always on what anybody needed.

Came for a birthday celebration with a party of 17 guests. The Black Angus staff gave us good service, it was timely, and we did not feel rushed or anything. I recommend Black Angus for a good family meal even if you are with a large party.

Steak was half cooked well, half cooked med rare. Sent it back and came back very overdone. Another steak was uneven as well. Need to have nicer more even cuts and cooked same temp all around. It's a steak house. How do you get a steak wrong?

My reservations were 5:45 but they did not seat me until 6:10ish. Not sure how Open Table works but 25 mins for a reservation was a lot I think.

Our waiter was so fun and funny - I will always ask for his section because he made it fun. Great humor

Date night with the wife. Dinner first, theater after. Reservations 5:30PM didn’t get seated until 6PM. Didn’t see waitress until 6:15PM. Explain our situation and did our ordering at that time along with our drinks. Young lady did a great job getting us back on schedule However, she forgot our drinks. We needed to remind her, we didn’t receive our drinks until after we received our entrees.
In our waitress defense, she had several larger tables she was responsible for with minimum support.
To me it seem Black Angus way over booked!

Date night with my girlfriend. The food was pretty good, and the staff was nice. Our waitress didn’t come around too much, but was there when we really needed her. It just would’ve been nice to see her more. The only downside was hearing the table next to us cussing up a storm yelling at the TV while watching the football game. I generally don’t mind, but there were families with children and it kind of took away from our date night. Overall, the night was pretty good. I’ll be back again to try it out.

We had to 25 mins. ..even after making the reservation. The host wasnt nice. They double booked and it was a nightmare. The lobby was a fire hazard. ..I will never go to Black Agnes on New Year's Eve again!!!!

It’s been many years and say visited a black Angus but while visiting friends I noticed a promotional coupon on the table. It was for a 1995 steak lobster shrimp trio. We figured at that price we might as well give it a shot.

It was a pleasant surprise the price was reasonable the service was great the food was quality and the atmosphere was casual. It was a nice comfortable no pressure meal at a price that was affordable.

Not crowded Thursday evening, seated quickly. Staff attentive, ordered drinks arrived quickly. Molasses break arrived quickly, ordered dinner. Molasses bread cold and dry, waitress said she could get it warmed up in kitchen, did not want microwaved food. Soup then arrived at table along with cheese bread appetizer which was hot but cheese not melted. Our entree arrived soon after, wife’s steak was a ordered, my Prime rib was medium rare as ordered. Tried to cut steak no getting through, tried wife’s knife no go, waitress asked if she could take to cook to fix tough meat. She brought it back with grill marks, now well done not acceptable to me. Waitress thought it was funny that they just cooked the meat but just apologized and walked off. This location has been headed down for a while now. Time to look a different location or restaurant to frequent.
