   We went in for Linner (3PM). Small amount of people were eating yet. But the bar was full. Noise level was low. Our waiter did a good job. Food was super. We will be back soon.

   We totally enjoyed our dinner at Black Angus tonight, April 24, 2025. Our server was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything that we asked about. We had a reservation and we were seated as soon as we checked in with the hostess. We will definitely be returning to this location again soon.

   Black Angus is our go to restaurant. Always a good steak and good value. Wasn’t overly crowded on Easter so made it a nice experience.

   Server was completely oblivious and left us for moments on end-had to ask the buser to give our bill to her. Horrible about refilling drinks-just bad. I never tip less than 20%, but last night I only gave her 15%. Asparagus not prepped correctly, left woody unchewable ends that were inedible. Also charred. The steaks have shrunk as well. We will be going elsewhere.

   We have shared many good Family meals at the Whittier Black Angus. Service and food are always good, even on major holidays. Reservations always a breeze through Open Table.

   Despite making a reservation for a party of 6 several days earlier. We were seated in a booth that was better suited for 4 adults. We asked to be moved but were told there were no other tables open to accommodate our party of 6. All of our steaks were not cooked as ordered. Disappointing.

   the portions are smaller. Service could be better. Waitress never checked on us to see if we wanted more drinks or anything. Slow..

    Mariah was attentive and friendly. She was hard working and conscientious. I even saw you running to get the coffee as she was so busy and didn’t want the guests to wait too long. The filet was cooked perfectly and the salmon was probably the best ever tasted. We will definitely return.
