   I made reservations for 3:30 PM for the dining area, for a booth where we could enjoy some privacy. When we arrived, exactly on time, the front lobby was empty. And by that. I mean no employees anywhere to be found. So we waited 10 minutes before anyone bothered to greet us, only to be told we couldn't be seated as they didn't have any servers , they were all at lunch, and offered us a seat at the bar . At this point I was in no mood to argue, we were tired and hungry. They gave us a table, no booth, and then decided to seat the loudest people in the whole joint right next to us, when there were 25 other tables available. Our orders took forever, they didn't apply our promotion coupons correctly, and so we had to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to adjust the bill. Every single time we come to this place, they always ignore to check to see our beverages are full, or do anything even resembling decent service. The whole place is a joke. We've ordered sampler platters that were served with raw shrimp. So good luck, don't get sick

   After a short wait, we received Luke warm meals. We were too hungry after waiting ( didn’t want to fill up on the delicious bread) that we just ate the meals instead of sending them back. Our server and staff were friendly and hospitable. It was later in the evening, so the restaurant was not full, so the noise level was not too high.

   The menu had excellent choices. The waiter didn’t seem that familiar with the food or wine, but he was nice enough. The food was above average and we’ll most likely return for another meal.

   The overall experience was good. The food is never a disappointment and the value is great. Although the server was fine, service was pretty slow. We had reservations for 7:15, we were seated around 7:30. She was prompt to get our orders, but it took awhile to get everything else. Not sure if there want enough help in the kitchen or on the floor. It's not a deal breaker, but I would think on a Friday night, they would have staffed it a little better.

   We went for the feast for two special for $47. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the other food items were delicious. The amount of food actually fed three of us. Our only criticism is that the steak soup did not have any meat in it like we find in other locations.

    Six of us had a great time! We were seated in the bar area as I requested because I knew we were going to be noisy with our talk and laughter. It was the perfect place. The food was very good and good portions. Overall a very good value. I wasn't crazy about all the TVs in the dining area of the bar and scouted it out beforehand to find a table there without the TV right above our heads. The server was very gracious and that worked out very well. 5 out of 6 of us used a coupon for our meal and that made it even better! We will be going there more often!
