Black Angus Steakhouse - Valencia Ratings and Reviews
I had the 2 lobster tails & was pleasantly surprised on how good they tasted. My husband had a filet & it was a tad overcooked. He didn't return it & liked it. I had the "sparkler" cocktail-yummy! Most of all, our server was so nice, friendly & helpful. She gets props from me!
Black angus is good for meat and potatoes kind of meals! The boothes are comfortable and you can have a conversation while you are eating (rare)! The service is professional and pleasant! The price too is very appealing ! We always invite our friends to have a good diner and a social time there!
I was not sure what to expect. Especially when the front staff had us waiting serval minutes before seating us when the placed was not packed.
Our server Renda improved our dining experience though. She was very informative and super friendly. Our food was great too. Definitely will go back to Black Angus!
We had a very pleasant visit to Black Angus. Our service was excellent, the food and drinks were exceptional! Our waitress was very good, didn't forget anything and was very pleasant our entire visit. I recommend Black Angus to anyone who appreciates great food, nice atmosphere and a pleasant experience every time we visit.
Went there to celebrate my birthday. Got a free steak dinner certificate from them for birthday. My wife ordered the baby back ribs and I ordered the Porterhouse Pork Chop (since I was craving for it.) Both meals were delicious and the service was on point! Will be back. Recommend to sign up for their email since they send great coupons.
We returned for another bargain Campfire dinner for two at $44 -- an excellent price for a substantial meal which included an appetizer to share (delicious shrimp cocktail), two entrees, 4 sides (we chose 2 satisfying wedge salads, a baked potato and nicely steamed broccoli) and one dessert (fair carrot cake). We enjoyed cheerful & attentive service from the young man who was our server. Our steaks were delivered by the friendly chef and both were perfectly grilled-- one juicy medium and one perfect medium rare. We were pleased by everything EXCEPT the chilly high school age hostess. She seemed to enjoy having the authority to make us wait for 7 minutes to be seated, even though business was light at best. She was busy training another young girl, and her superior attitude was showing. We don't mind a brief wait, but we felt like she flaunted having power over two adults. Not a good example for a new employee. We are regular customers and will return for the great steaks & good deals, hoping for a more friendly welcome.
Food was good, but not outstanding as one would expect when paying that high of a price. I was particularly disappointed when our server told us his section was not included in the happy hour specials, and just a few minutes later the table across from us was heavily populated with people receiving happy hour specials. Things way down.
This is my first time using open table where I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a table. The funny thing was, the restaurant was at half capacity and there weren't a lot of people waiting. I ordered soda water and lime because I don't like lemons and he brought me soda water with lemon. I kept telling him over and over again that I wanted lime. Our server would ask us questions and not listen to the answers. My steak had no flavor and was burnt. They told me to cut into it to see if I liked it, but I didn't have a knife. I borrowed a knife from my sister, but they didn't stay to see if it was okay. I had to wait for them to come back again so I can ask for steak sauce for the flavorless steak. I told them 3 times that I didn't like it, but they didn't listen to me until the end. I liked the salad and the potato. I give them credit for not charging me for the steak, but I will not return. I would be surprised if this location lasts
My husband and I wanted to go thee for our 55th Anniversary and we absolute loved it. We are thankful that we received a money gift, and used that for this purpose. The Manager was friendly, and our waiter was fantastic. We enjoyed our steak and salad very much and at the end of our dinning experience were offered a Cowboy Cookie which we loved. We have been trying to figure out how to make one at home. Hope we can go back soon. Thank you so much. Charlene and John Wright
I took my mother, sister and niece for dinner on Mother's Day. I had a reservation for 7, but after waiting at the table for 15 minutes we got word they would not be able to attend. The staff was very accommodating and didn't seem to mind that we had taken a larger table (by accident). The filet mignon had a good flavor but it was just a bit more fatty than I expected, baked potato was done perfectly and the green beans had a great flavor. The atmosphere was upbeat and the high-backed booths seem to absorb much of the sound, making it easy to talk across the table. I'd certainly go again in the future.
Ask me what my favorite place to eat--in the whole nation--is . . . Stewart Anderson's Black Angus! I am a foodie and own my own catering business, and, I LOVE STEAK! Why Black Angus? I can go to any Black Angus in-the-nation, order a filet, and be served a delicious, butter tender steak. The sides are good but the steaks--they are delicious!
It was my birthday and I am a member of their e-club. I was given a free steak dinner and a free desert for my birthday. The meal was outstanding and the services was great. This restaurant is well managed and always clean and inviting. We made a reservation online and it saved us a lot of wait time for a table.
