On 1/16/18...Server took 20 minutes to come to table, food was cold. And my card was over charged. I called the restaurant serval times to resolve the issue, spoke with 2 managers, neither one has called me back yet. I will be calling the corporate office to fill a complaint.

The sides are sparse. Vegetables are cheap so why not put a lot more on the plate?
That way one would feel they are getting their money's worth. For tis reason I won't be dining here again.

Have made a point of coming on New Years Eve for 10 years or so. Other friends used to join us but now they go somewhere else. We always make reservatons and did so again but did not show up on there list. Got seated in the bar area in a corner and after 20 minutes went by a waitress asked if we had been helped she had a adjoining area to serve. She took our order and it took a long time to get our food. When it got there my wife's steak was COLD. I spent $30.oo for a 12 ounce NY Steak that had as muck fat and grisel as meat. Menu has became a charge for extras instead of just being part of the meal and not a nickel and dime thing. My wife agreed to have her steak heated. We will not be coming back. Bill was almost $100.00 that included two glasses of wine and a small Coors Light. It used to be fun there ,will go somewhere else.

I thought the prime rib was overdone and tough. My friends meat was fine.

Enjoyed the lunch. Food was delicious and everyone was very nice. Bread refills were a huge plus. Semi-private (and roomy) booth is one of the best features, Very comfortable and relaxing.

Servers were slow on the draw on keeping out water glasses filled. They looked at the table but didn't obsorb or observe what what was happening.

何度か来ていますが、プライムリブが美味しいです。プライムリブ&ロブスターテイルやエビのメニューもオススメです。サイドか2品選べるのも嬉しいです。初めに出されるパンも美味しいです。値段も手頃です。

Catalina, who was our server, did a very good job. She made sure we had plenty iced

Experience this time was the best in recent memory. Had a reservation for two and were seated on time, server Sean was great, food was hot on arrival, and the general restaurant temperature was not as cold as usual. Don't know if they changed management or what, but definitely best visit in recent memory. Used my birthday certificate - last year, the prime rib wasn't considered a steak, this year, it was! Got my usual, birthday or not, the Cowboy Cut. Cooked exactly "medium". The biggest and the best! Will definitely request Sean's area on next visit. Helpful with our questions, but not pushing dessert and drinks on us or other things we didn't inquire about - had dessert and drinks anyway, just because we wanted to. Will be back

Very busy for Thanksgiving, but the staff was very efficient. We were able to be seated--even with all the crowds--within five or six minutes of our reservation time. Our waitress was excellent and so was the food. Huge lines waiting by the time we left.

The greeters, waiters and food-runners are friendly. The waiters are generally pretty good, but trained to move people through quickly; if you want to enjoy the separate courses of your meal at a leisurely pace, rather than having appetizers, salad and entrees delivered moments apart (or even all at the same time), be sure to tell them that when you order. The food is generally good to very good, but is not consistent from visit to visit.

Our reservation was for Thanksgiving dinner. At 1:00pm. when we got there it was relatively quiet and we were seated right away. I'll bet that later on it was busier. My husband and I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and my daughter and her boyfriend ordered the prime rib dinner. I wish that the Thanksgiving dinner had a little more stuffing. :) it was very good!
We normally only go to Black Angus for happy hour and food in the bar area, like on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. We rarely have a sit down dinner there. But, it is a frequent go-to for us!

When for a Birthday meal. Server (Black Female) very knowledgeable and upbeat. Salads were served to incorrect fellow diners. Just placed down in front of diner, NO verifying who had what. My side never arrived, had to flag down Server. Wine glasses thick and cumbersome--NEED thinner and More Chic ones. Desserts were good. Excellent bread pudding.

Horrible food and drinks. I wish I had known! My fiancé took me to this restaurant for my birthday and honestly it was over priced for the poor quality of food. I’ve seen TV dinners that have looked more appealing. The presentation was terrible. My fiancé’s beer was warm. The French fries one of my friends ordered looked like they were fried in old oil. I could go further, but I think you all get it. Don’t eat at this restaurant .😐

I booked the reservation for Veterans Day. I was not told online during the reservation process that the mealtime for free Veterans Day meals was 3 p.m. I arrived at 6 and was told otherwise. That communication should have been clear during the reservation process as that was the reason why I was making the reservation to visit the restaurant.

We had the worst service ever! Salad was delivered before the appetizer and we wanted to share but they put it on one plate with one fork. No side plates... Then the appetizer showed up and the bbq chicken was cold. Called manager who got us a hot appetizer just st in time for the main course to show up! No good at all and was definitely not happy😒

The stars aligned for most things to go wrong that could. Had to wait a bit for the bread as it was being cooked. The appetizer we ordered was not what we received. Back to the kitchen and waited for the correct one to come out. The prime rib was way under cooked, Back to the kitchen and waited for it to be grilled a bit more. I ordered mac n cheese but got scalloped potatoes. Had to wait for the mac n cheese. One in our group didn't get his steak soup side dish with the meal. Had that packaged to go. Drink refills and dirty dish take aways were slow. The waitress was pleasant enough, she had the correct orders on her list, so not sure what caused all the confusion. Never saw a manager come to the table.

Enjoyed the artichoke and spinach dip as appetizers. Both the wife and I ordered the Cobb Salad with filet mignon. It was delicious. Our server was Matt and he was courteous and professional. Warned us to not to grab the dip pan, since it was hot. A great server.
