It was great to eat inside for a change. Service was great, we were seated at a table with no one within three tables of us. Always enjoy Black Angus. Tried the ribs for the first time, pleasantly surprised.

Place was clean an service was quick. Almost to quick. Our appetizers came with dinner, waiter Kevin apologized an said thats not how he put it in, even manager came by an apologized. Great place

The experience was good. Only problem was waiting outside in cold, but I know why that's necessary. Service was good, food was good.
Two out of three steaks had to be returned to the kitchen. One was raw when ordered medium rare. It was cold inside. When it came back it was cooked ok a little over and charred on the outside with a burnt taste. The second one was ordered well done and came red in the middle. When it came back it was burnt on the outside and not very edible. We also had a birthday and the waiter did not give a birthday dessert. Also the waiter would be gone for so long in between bringing anything. Not sure if they have them serving outside too?
Our waiter was excellent, the food was good, it was quit and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our meal at Black Angus.

Loved our early Easter dinner. The food was great, the service was amazing and we brought home leftovers that were just as delicious as the first time. I loved the shrimp and the asparagus. Not to mention the cheesecake is a winner! We will go back!
The food had significant smaller portions. The add $2 extra for bacon and cheese on the potatoes, which came with your order previously without another charge. The waitress tried to serve the food when there were dirty dishes on the table. We had to ask her to remove the dirty plates before trying to put the entrees down. The cost was very expensive compared to what was served. On Easter they did not accept coupons and the menu was very limited. Not worth going back. This was a terrible experience
Love the restaurant, but they need WIFI. This is a cell service black hole for multiple major networks. Please, please, please install functioning WIFI throughout the restaurant. Seriously, it can't cost that much and your staff complains about it too whenever we bring it up so it's not just us.
Everything was great
The waitress Jackie was great. The food... was not as great. The prime rib was tasteless and asked for medium, came our rare... my husband's steak was supposed to be medium-well, was medium. The food had no flavor. We got the wagon wheel.. the shrimp and chicken were awesome. Everything else was blah. Won't be returning here.
When first went in to register, Host gave me an attitude. Had reservation for 5 pm, checked in at 4:45, was not seated until 5:15. Then waited another 13 minutes before server even acknowledged I had been seated. The rack of lamb was prepared very well, but the service seemed a bit slow. Anyway, perhaps a fluke, usually have a good experience and service. Will give them another try.
It was nice being able to eat inside a restaurant. It was very clean and comfortable. They followed the mandated rules. The food was excellent. Maritza was our server and she was attentive to our needs. Her service was great. We had a great experience.

Was very cold and dirty outside. Tried to move inside but manager refused. The tables outside are cold and traffic noise is extreme. Not happy with the seating.

I will say first how impressed I was with the way they followed Covid rules. Soooo many restaurants do not and I think they deserve huge kudos for doing that. The food was good, service was nice. It was a great way to ease back into going out!

Black Angus is a very good place to eat, but without a coupon it is also pretty expensive.

We always order shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, petite filet mignon and bake potato. Very good and never disappointed. (Sometime the salmon which is excellent).

Ivan was our waiter and he was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday so we splurged a little and had a lot of fun!
The server was great but the front people who greet you were very rude. I almost left because of them and it made me upset cause it was my mother’s birthday.

Made a RSVP for 3/14/21 at 4:30pm. We arrived on time and were told to wait in our car for a text message because they were behind. We received a text at 5:05 that our table was ready. We were greeted quickly and placed our dinner order. Our food was delivered at 6:04pm. Took a really long time to come out. We were a party of 3. We had potato skins for our starter/appetizer. I ordered 8oz Sirloin medium well with a salad and baked potato. My husband ordered 6oz Filet mignon cooked medium with a salad and mac&cheese and my grandson ordered full rack of baby back ribs with salad and fries. My steak was 100% burned on one side and 50% burned on the other side, i asked for medium well. My husbands filet was charred black on the outside and bloody throughout the rest. My grandson’s ribs were burned on one end and really burned on the opposite end. We tried to eat our food. We waited almost an hour for it and had to wait an extra 40 min in our car for our table to be ready. We were hungry. I could not cut through my sirloin. It was too burned and tough. I ate my baked potato and when the bus boy walked by I asked to speak to the manager since we only seen our waitress one time when she took our order. The look on the manager’s face was shocked to think that her kitchen staff would plate up those pieces of meat and send them out to paying customers. She offered to make me another steak but i kindly declined for several reasons, my family was finished with their meals and it was really cold outside to wait for another steak and Im also afraid of what the kitchen staff will do to my food because I complained about my burned steak. I asked the manager to remove my steak from our tab and she did and also removed the price of the loaded potato skins. The food was horrible, the service was horrible the outside dinning experience was horrible. We will NEVER eat at this Black Angus again. My husband and I ate here regularly on Sundays before covid in the bar area.

Our server was Hector and he went above and beyond to make this dinner experience special. Very friendly, attentive and you had the feeling he is so happy to be back at work and made everyone special.
I heard it’s open for dining now. We ate outside, it was cold but the heater helped. We had a uneven to floor table so it was kinda annoying. No biggie though all was great. Look forward to going again.
It was very cold where we were sitting. They did not have heaters. I asked for one and the guy said he would get one but didn’t.
Also I could not even cut the prime rib. I have never had a prime rib like this. I did not eat it!
Service was good. They are doing the best they can with us outside in a tent. A bit disappointed that the meal we bought to take home to someone else was missing the appetizer. But we didn’t realize this until we were home.
