   Always reliably excellent in both food and service. A long-time neighbourhood fixture, Black Angus prepares steak the way I only wish I was capable of. And the excellent staff enhance the experience.

   Great ambience. The food was incredible and the service attention fantastic!! They brought out a complimentary dessert ensemble for our special event as well. The table side Caesar salad service was fun and delicious.

   Dinner was just perfect, Steak was cooked to order and properly done so. Tableside Ceasar salad was prepared very professionally and with all fresh ingredients. Service staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Food and service definitely warrant the price and we were happy at the end of our meal. Will definitely be going back.

   I visited this restaurant to try their Tuesday steak and wine special for $90 for 2. I was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. The steak was well below expectations lacking quality and barely edible. Apparently these are the same steaks that cost $80 each on non special days. The wine that came with the special didn’t impress either. While the rest of our bill totaled around $500 on additional items, the overall experience didn’t reflect that level of dining. Service was average at best. I did take the time to call the restaurant two days later to share my feedback privately, hoping to speak with the manager directly before writing a public review. I shared my experience with the person who answered the phone and I was told the manager would follow up with me, but I never received a call back which added to the disappointment. I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt this was worth noting for future guests and hopefully as constructive feedback for the team.

   Our experience at Black Angus was exceptional. As first-time visitors, we were made to feel like regulars from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the manager, David, personally introduced himself and extended an invitation for us to return. We enjoyed the Tuesday special, which included a perfectly cooked steak, hot and crispy fries, and a bottle of wine. To start, we had warm bread with truffle butter, which was a delightful touch. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cheesecake adorned with a thoughtful birthday message, making the occasion even more memorable. Additionally, we noticed the unique Caesar salad preparation, served tableside, and we’re excited to try it on our next visit. Overall, our evening was nothing short of perfect. With complimentary parking in the building and a flawless dining experience, we highly recommend Black Angus and look forward to returning. 10/10.

    Very poor service, restaurant was empty. Took forever to get our wine, when asked about it, it finally came, it was poured in our glasses and then the waiter took the bottle and stored it at a far away satiation, and never came back to to refill our glasses, to the point that my husband went to retrieve the bottle to refill our glasses while we were having our lunch. Not acceptable especially when the restaurant was empty.
