I like the location and the Waitress was pleasant, nice and courteous.
Server was pleasant, but was clearly overly busy. She could rarely be found when needed, and did not check on us, as time allowed, when passing by our table. Food took FOREVER to get.
Waitress was very distracted. Kept forgetting our request. Not attentive at all. Had to keep flagging her down
service is great plus food is outstanding .Most of the food taste homemade love the steaks , apps , desserts perfect
Put in back room had no air very uncomfortable . Waitress Harley came back to ask asked if everything was fine it was also a birthday but nothing was done. It was a expensive night and it was nothing to remember !
We have been patrons of Black Angus Temecula, for 18 years but have been giving this restaurant a “chance” for 10 years.
Every time we dine, at this location, we tell ourselves that we won’t return.
Every single time, that we visit, the service is lousy, and the food is messed up and/or mediocre (at best), which makes the value “not worth it”!
On this visit... the server made us very uncomfortable. . . She asked us to tear our coupon out off the page, as it was in block of 3 coupons, and she watched as we did it, then she asked us to lay it on the table. She then and looked at it and never picked it up.
She looked at us and asked for our order.
We ordered, she wrote, she repeated it back, we had to corrected her, she wrote and nodded her head, and said she will check on something and then will be right back.
She never left the table, repeated the order, we corrected her, again, then she nodded and walked away.
She walked past our table several times, in the next 23 minutes, we had to wait for our food, and we waved her down 3 times to ask her for water refills (that never arrived).
The manager delivered our meals, asked what we were drinking, we told him, “water” and he said he would get it (it didn’t come).
The server did not check back, so... we waved her over, told her that the prime rib was almost entirely fat and the meat was very over cooked, and we have been waiting for our water for over 30 minutes. She nodded and responded “oh, ok, what else do you want”? She gets the order, leaves, a busboy comes to table, w/ a pitcher 1/3 full, fills 1 cup and leaves.
The server brings a new meal, (everyone is finished eating) and asks if we are done as she sets check down. We asked for dessert, she acts mad, picks up check, delivers dessert + check and walks away. Never to be seen again.
Love the food!! unfortunatly the portions on the sampler platter has been reduced. I remember when it had for potato slices.
The food was awesome! We had the campfire feast and a ton of food at great price! We had downloaded the coupon.. 3 course meal for 45 dollars regularly 59. Service was ok.. she was new so not going to give the service a bad review..
The ambiance was great, loved that we got a private booth in the corner where it was empty. We quickly noticed that we got less attention from our server because of this like we were forgotten about. Everyone enjoyed the food, we also definitely appreciated the fact that the kid’s Mac and cheese did not come from a blue box like anywhere else. I was a little disappointed in my sirloin, it was the size of a baby’s fist and super tough and chewy. Also half of it was fat and gristle, but the prawns were delicious and redeeming!
I've had a few occasions where we needed something special and always had positive relations with the Temecula Manager.
He has a solution for everything and everything is a Can Do!
My blackberry tea was subpar (it was $9 and it could’ve at least looked like the picture - no garnishes). Service was just ok, people on either side of us were complaining about missing items or something did not taste good. Our food was good, steaks were excellent but I didn’t receive one of my side orders and had to remind the server. All in all food was good and hot.
My lobster tasted really funny and smelled bad and was yellow in color
Everything perfect, except prime rib could have been much better.

I have dined here at least once a month and have never had a bad experience. My food is always prepared like I request. Service is excellent and courteous. Great steaks!! My go to place for beef.
Filthy wine glass served with wine. We got our soup it was ice cold. That was enough for us. We left and won't return. Server was apologetic and very friendly however. But we won't go back.
Went with a group of six of us for my mothers birthday. The waiter wasn’t very helpful, and/or cheerful. Seem to have gotten a little irritated when I gave him the coupon that we had for our meal. My entrée came with two sides, he forgot one of them and the manager had to bring out the correct side dish. Refills were always lacking, he could see we had balloons for my mothers birthday and never even offered to bring out the dessert with a candle. The table behind us got a dessert with a candle And they acknowledged it was her birthday. But not our table!
We had a great time at Black Angus Temecula. This branch really is the best in food quality, done just right, and bursting with flavor. Our prime ribs and ribeye were really delicious and is a notch above the other locations in San Diego. Our server was also very attentive and super friendly which makes it a great experience.
Prime rib was tough and fatty..service was very good.
Service and food were both excellent. We never get disappointed at Black Angus.

We had no drinks or beverages. I was so upset I did not check the bill just paid the amount. I will not go there again.
Service was fine a bit slow but was good food hot and clean serve on the plates.

Babyback ribs were outstanding, The large filet was good but not as tender as we would have liked. Our server was excellent and took good care of us.
Very solid, reliable restaurant - food and service are consistently good. Both me and my dinner guest had the 6oz filet and both were cooked perfectly to order. It was a bit late and, as we hesitated about our starch selection, our server expertly guided us both to a double-vegetable choice. Solid choice every time.
We waited 45 minutes before the waiter actually took our food order . Then another 45 minutes before we got our food . The the bill was incorrect . Rude staff and a horrible waiter.
The crispy fried shrimp looked like straight out of the frozen box. The shrimp that is NOT fried with drawn butter was limp and is so small, not appealing at allChicken cob salad was good and so was onion rings, but no value for the money. Service was great, the brown table bread comes out hot and dried up real hard within a couple of minutes. Would not consider going again unless we have to attend a function there. Sorry, wish I could give a better rating, but just can't.
We've been to temecula black angus 4 times and the service has only been decent once. Waitress was very pushy about paying the bill and even took the cardholder before we even had a chance to look at the bill! And the overall service is poor..we actually saw the waiter only one time and had to get up to ask for drink refill..seems like they cater to where they think they will get a better tip. After my gift cards are used i will stop going. Also i was coming out of bathroom and overheard staff members making disparaging remarks about mexican customers...very offensive.
Food and overall service was pretty good, but the staff seemed a bit overextended. This may have been due to it being a holiday evening, but was a little bit off putting.
New Year's Eve - Appreciated that they were open, able to get a reservation and full menu. Very good food , service and very friendly all-around. Would go back again.
This was our first visit to Black Angus and will be our last. The service was terrible. They switched waiters on us 3 times. They only came to check on us once and didn't bother to ask how the food was. Waitress asked how was my beer, need more? After informing her I was OK, didn't need more she then proceeded to pickup the bottle and inspect level inside, very rude.
In a steakhouse the steak should be sizzling hot. Instead, it was luke warm. The meat was a bit tough too.
After this experience we were ready to leave, but felt trapped as it took approximately 10 minutes just to get a to go box and the bill. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money at this mediocre restaurant.
Would not recommend for anything. Felt amount of food was very small. Quality of food was poor for a restaurant of this cost. May never return.

Service was ok and as expected on News Year Eve. Very crowed even at 5:30pm.
Food was good tasting, but not very hot. That was disappointing,since 2 people in my party had lobster and it was very expensive.
After once again , of them trying to seat us in the back by the kitchen, and us asking if it’s possible to sit elsewhere , and getting a cold response. Our food was not hot, tough prime rib. We’ve been the last few New Years eves and the food was better, and yet I was busier. Won’t visit again
My husband's new York steak was good. My sirloin was tough and rubbery.
