The waiter was great and so friendly. We where over charged for the food my husband ordered I didn't notice it until we got home. The lobster I ordered was cold but I was so hungry I just ate it. My steak was over cooked I asked for medium rare and it was medium well. My husbands crab legs were very small and seemed to be over cooked and cold his steak was perfect. I tried to call the number day and speak to a manager and was on hold for 20 minutes without anyone coming back to the line and saying anything to me so I hung up and guess I will either just forget about being over charged and never return and that would make me so very dad because we have always loved this restaurant or I will try calling back again and hope that I'm not on hold that long and actually get to speak with a manager.

I was disappointed in the food it was very basic for What we were paying. The waiter forgot about us my husband had to actually get up and go to the waiter station to get a refill on his drink.

the front staff is lacking experience and kindness and wait time is horrible every night. A pager system is highly recommended. the bar is super small.
BUT once your seated, its very nice. Good waiters, great food. Most important thing we noticed is the portions are just right. Drinks are really good. Management is always there and making rounds.
We try to go atleast once every 2 weeks. Never an issue with the food.

Valentine’s Day- seated near the door in a booth, which was nice, although it was somewhat cold and drafty there. Service was very good. The server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food came quickly ant it was good, although the vegetable was cold . The meat is as cooked to perfection and the dessert was great. Overall a pleasurable dining experience.

Have been going to Black Angus on Hampton for about 3 years and very often. Love the rib eye steaks but it has gotten a bit expensive so don't go as often. When I want to splurge, it is the place to be. Hamburgers aren't bad either.

The last two times we have been there the food has been only ok quality. My ribeye steak was so tough I asked to have it removed from the bill because I honestly could not chew it, and it was prepared medium rare. For the prices they charge, they really need to do a better job. We won’t be coming back which is unfortunate as it is very close to where we rent for the winter.

my 12 oz ribeye steak cut to thin so medium rare was more medium approaching well done by time it was served. tasty but no longer juicy and tender. when asked by waitress, I chose to keep it.

Our evening at Black Angus Superstition was outstanding, the food was excellent, the service (Brad) outstanding, everything about the evening was great as I knew it would be from past experience. We all loved it and will return. Thanks for a great time. Salome Vatter.
