Our previous experience wasn't great. But, decided to try again. ( It was our 26th wedding anniversary).
Our waiter, Phil, was fantastic. He was friendly, had sense of humour, positive attitude, and attentive. Expressed anniversary wishes to us several times. Received complimentary dessert to share. Perfect!
All our Food had flavor and cooked as ordered. Wish all dining experiences we're like this.
Always a great friendly efficient staff. Good steak with a good selection.

Waiter seemed to want to help pthers more then our table..maybe because we had coupon...but waited a very long time between visits from him...we had to ask for refills..

We had reservations and the wait was quick. Food was quite tasty. My steak was medium rare and the grilled salmon was moist not dry.
I'VE SAID IT ONCE TO TEN TIMES, THIS PLACE IS GREAT.
The last two times I was there I brought the sirloin steak. I was not happy with the sirloins.The first time the steak had way too much gristle.They replaced the steak,but the new steak only part eas really good. The next time I went there was Saturday. The first steak was top we'll done. The second steak was not cooked enough. The next time I go I go I will get the filet
as always the food is good,great prime rib and a very good shrimp cocktail and great crispy shrimp also
Steak was tough and Cobb salad priced to high for size.

Black Angus has been a favorite for 30 years. It never disappoints. Love the quiet booths, molasses bread and baked potato soup. Great chicken, steak and seafood.

Our server was excellent. He said he'd only been working there 3 months. He made sure we were satisfied with everything and seemed to enjoy talking a little with us.
We have dined there several times in the past. We arrived a couple minutes early of our 4pm reservation. We’re seated at the table, moderately busy. My wife ask the lady who assigned us the table for a quick glass of water and she com0lied. However our waiter went by saying he would be right there. finally took our order by about 4:20. Salads and beverages came followed by bread. Food was delivered hot and all 5 of us enjoyed the main courses. Just thought 20 minutes before being approached for beverages was not appropriate.
black Angus is our favoite place to eat. We have been eating at the Angus since it opened ..We lived in Seattle and loved the restaurant. The prime rib is the best ever.
If you want a table vs booth, call to reserve because there are only four tables.
Took some friends to dinner. Wanted a place we could have a conversation. Black Angus was fairly quiet especially since it was quite crowded on a Saturday evening. We enjoyed our meal and able to talk.
Mixed review. My wife enjoyed her steak salad however my ribeye just wasn’t seasoned and tasted bland. I wonder also if the open table reservation doesn’t automatically put you in the worst table of the restaurant. We were right by the kitchen
WHAT CAN I SAY ? EVERY TIME WE VISIT WE HAVE THE BEST MEALS FROM STEAK TO THEIR FRESH TASTING FISH. WE ARE NEW TO AZ BEEN HERE ABOUT 2-1/2 YEARS AND VISIT BLACK ANGUS AT LEAST 3 TIMES A MONTH WE LOVE TO EAT HERE.
We go there for all our special occasions and whenever we have guests visiting, it's where we go for our final evening together.
The fillet mignon was more like a sirloin that wasn’t well tenderized. The first time there it was perfection. They were gracious to comp my dinner this time.
Steak and lobster cooked to perfection. The wait staff was on the ball!
We all had a great meal. Celebrated daughter's Birthday. Wine by cerafe and specialty drink were great. Very enjoyable evening for all of use. Especialy the birthday girl. The server was exceptional. Great service by him.
A family favorite, Black Angus has a menu item to please everybody. The warm sweet molasses bread is to die for! But make sure you make reservations for dinner on the weekend and otherwise you will have a very long wait. Service tends to be slow at those times as well.
We realize the prices are a bit hit, so we take advantage of their many specials. The food is so good and the service is so good.

It is incredible they present a cheap, skinny and full of gristle piece of beef as a NY Steak. Most certainly false for the consumer. Black Angus has lost our family as a patron forever.

Brought friends who had never been here before. We all had the dinner for two deal with coupon. Great food, friendly waitress,great value and they take reservations. Our friends loved it. We will be back again!
I was disappointed in the Old Fashion that I ordered ( others at the table were also disappointed in their cocktail. Steak was chewy and I ordered a ribeye. Just not as great an evening as we had planned.
The wait times are extremely slow, very understaff, 1.5 hr wait to be seated, 30 minutes to get the waitress to take your order, 30 more minutes to get your drinks, definitely not worth the wait for an 80% fat steak
We enjoyed our steaks they were cooked perfectly. The additional lobster tail was very tasty. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient!
