   It was a highly disappointing evening for it being our 40th Wedding Anniversary and the restaurant's 49th anniversary. 30.00 extra for balloons and a cookie and a recycled card evidently opened by another party was not worth the money. The potato soup was luke warm and the ribs were dry. We have been going to Black Angus for years for different special and just to go occasions and have not had such a poor experience as Friday night. We will definitely try somewhere else next year for our anniversary and other special occasions such as birthdays.

   Staff was great my wife in a back brace and took care of our needs. I had prime rib wow. Wife had filet mignon great Mom had shrimp trio also great And our anniversary dessert over the top Thanks to staff

   Campfire dinner for 2 w/wagon wheel platter for $5 more was a great evening. The wine flight of 3 samplings was fun and at $9 a great way to find your favorite. Filet mignon was perfect!! Delicious. Brach was an excellent server. Attentive but not intrusive for our anniversary celebration.

   My sirloin was horrible. A 1 1/2” square with silver skin still on the outside. Soup was excellent though. Seriously the worst steak I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We won’t ever be back.

   One of our guests ordered the ribs. They were very dry and he had challenges getting the meat off the bone...he did say they were tasty, just very dry and not tender. My husband reported that his tenderloin was chewy.

    This is not the chain I remember. The service was very good but the steaks were almost inedible. I didn't complain since we both had the same piece of shoe leather. The value is not there anymore.

    We had dinner reservations and were promptly seated. Our server was friendly and professional. She was busy with quite a few tables, but was there when needed. We had our drinks and ordered meals to share. The selection and the food was good. The disappointment was the temperature of the food when it was served. Everything was prepared as ordered, but warm or room temperature beef, chicken and fish was not as tasty as it should have been. We’ll go back and try again.

    We were 6 people stuffed into a small booth. All adults. Food was delicious. Seating arrangement was uncomfortable. Would of been more enjoyable if we didn’t have to be careful not to knock elbows

    Had 5:00 resv for BD dinner. Seated immed, balloons on table. Ordered beverages & meals. Had to flag down server for refills of bevs & bread. Meals arrived 1 hour later, only warm. Many take out orders went by our table before our meals arvd. Our table location was noisy due to being in the path of take-out order conversations.

    Nick was fantastic. Our family really enjoyed our visit. Even though it was a very busy Friday evening with the restaurant operating at full capacity the meal courses were perfectly spaced out. The wagon wheel appetizer is a must. The filets at Black Angus are excellent. Perfect for a special occasion or a regular weekend night. All of the staff and managers had a positive attitude and were friendly. I recommend making a reservation on a Friday or Saturday and you will typically get right in to avoid a wait. But even if there’s a short wait it’s worth it. Hats off to the managers, Nick, and the entire team! We will. Be back!

    Everyone’s meals ,but one, were really good. Prime rib perfect, filet great, ribs good. My 12 ounce sirloin was well done instead of medium rare. They offered to cook another for take home since they were so busy and offered each couple a dessert. They brought the desserts , but forgot to bring the replacement steak. We go there often and normally have above average experience, but this one not so much.

    Black Angus is one of my favorite places to eat. I love this Black Angus I have tried quite a few and this one is the best I live in Phoenix do not mind the drive because the food is good and it's quiet and our waitress and everyone does an awesome and fantastic job.

    Absolutely FANTASTIC including hostesses and bus boy. Called the manager Roger over after dinner to rave about the evening. Server was Laurie, chef Mark I believe, and one of the best meals we’ve ever had there (the Valentines Special). We go there for every special occasion we have during our winter months in the USA.     We love Black Angus and visit often. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was very yummy. For some reason, the ranch dressing this night was horrid. Inedible and absolutely rancid. One other small critique would be that we over heard several servers complaining throughout the night. It was busy and I understand, but over the course of our dinner we heard at least a dozen comments from wait staff such as "why isn't this night over yet?" We were seated in the back where the servers are bringing food out of the kitchen and it was just constant. I'd just remind them that the guests can hear what's being said.

    I haven't eaten at a Black Angus and probably 20 years and back of the day it was a wonderful place to eat reasonable prices good food... I went in there for a piece of filet mignon, and it was like 1 in thick sirloin. It seemed like it had been slammed between a George Foreman grill. The salad that I had look like the weeds that I pull out of the garden. The "wonderful bread" was like a piece of concrete. They don't have Dr pepper or Mr pibb. And all of this total terrible food was only $39.
