The reservations were perfect no wait the server was very knowleable and offered. Suggestions on venue selections. The food was hot when served and the presentation excellent my primerib cut was picture perfect and very delicious.

My husband and I wasn't sure if 2 of ou adult children would join us ....Black Angus was able to accommodate and gave us a booth right away. We all enjoyed and loved the delicious food. Service was awesome. Thank you again

I was impressed with the team work of all the employees. We had out of town guests & they were equally impressed with the 2 for dinner & the quality of the food as well as your service. We personally have never had any issues & enjoy our dining experience.

Overpriced compared to a favorite steak house in Coeur d'Alene, but if you can snag a booth you have privacy and quiet. Most of the servers are friendly, but we've also had some real snotty servers. Salads are very good, fresh and healthy. Wish they had promotions or coupons from time to time, especially for frequent customers to help with cost.

We normally enjoy eating here as the food and service is usually enjoyable and consistent.
However...on our last visit, this really concerns the food, we were underwhelmed. We ordered two steak dinners. The first, a Filet, Instead of a nice medallion ended up being a thin representation of the state of Wasingion. The second a 12 oz New York with a side of King crab. The New York had more fat than a slice of bacon and the crab was dry as cheap wine. Very disappointed. Black Angus....are your standards slipping?

Overall we had a good experience. Food is quite good for this price point. We had reservations, but still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Our server seemed to be put off by some simple and politely-made requests.

Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, and she remembered us from a previous visit, which put a personal touch to our visit for my husband's birthday celebration. However, when we made the Open Table reservation, we specifically indicated 'quiet location' as my husband is hard of hearing. About 15 minutes after we were seated and had just ordered our food, a family with a baby were seated kitty-corner from us and, as expected, the noice level increased. Since we had already ordered our food, we stayed in our seat, but we were disappointed that our request was not honored. Black Angus food, however, never disappoints, and the service is typically comparable to the food. We will be back as Black Angus which is our 'go to' restaurant for celebrations and group dinners. The next time, though, we will be sure to let our hostess know that we requested a quiet location.

Great service and food was excellent. Had reservations, but waited an extra 25 minutes as the group (10) ahead of us lingered for a long time. Seating was a little cramped as they put 9 of us in seating for 8.
