Amazing drinks and food
The reservations were perfect no wait the server was very knowleable and offered. Suggestions on venue selections. The food was hot when served and the presentation excellent my primerib cut was picture perfect and very delicious.
My husband and I wasn't sure if 2 of ou adult children would join us ....Black Angus was able to accommodate and gave us a booth right away. We all enjoyed and loved the delicious food. Service was awesome. Thank you again
I was impressed with the team work of all the employees. We had out of town guests & they were equally impressed with the 2 for dinner & the quality of the food as well as your service. We personally have never had any issues & enjoy our dining experience.
Great steaks, always consistent.
Overpriced compared to a favorite steak house in Coeur d'Alene, but if you can snag a booth you have privacy and quiet. Most of the servers are friendly, but we've also had some real snotty servers. Salads are very good, fresh and healthy. Wish they had promotions or coupons from time to time, especially for frequent customers to help with cost.
We normally enjoy eating here as the food and service is usually enjoyable and consistent.
However...on our last visit, this really concerns the food, we were underwhelmed. We ordered two steak dinners. The first, a Filet, Instead of a nice medallion ended up being a thin representation of the state of Wasingion. The second a 12 oz New York with a side of King crab. The New York had more fat than a slice of bacon and the crab was dry as cheap wine. Very disappointed. Black Angus....are your standards slipping?
Overall we had a good experience. Food is quite good for this price point. We had reservations, but still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Our server seemed to be put off by some simple and politely-made requests.
Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, and she remembered us from a previous visit, which put a personal touch to our visit for my husband's birthday celebration. However, when we made the Open Table reservation, we specifically indicated 'quiet location' as my husband is hard of hearing. About 15 minutes after we were seated and had just ordered our food, a family with a baby were seated kitty-corner from us and, as expected, the noice level increased. Since we had already ordered our food, we stayed in our seat, but we were disappointed that our request was not honored. Black Angus food, however, never disappoints, and the service is typically comparable to the food. We will be back as Black Angus which is our 'go to' restaurant for celebrations and group dinners. The next time, though, we will be sure to let our hostess know that we requested a quiet location.
Great service and food was excellent. Had reservations, but waited an extra 25 minutes as the group (10) ahead of us lingered for a long time. Seating was a little cramped as they put 9 of us in seating for 8.
There is no point in taking reservations if your customers have to wait for a table when they arrive.
I would have been able to give 5 stars however my waitress did not listen very well. I ordered my salad with dressing on the side and the dressing was on the salad. Also long periods between checking on our meal.
great service, good, tasty food and lots of it! timing of service was comfortable
Always a great meal! I highly recommend the black Angus!
GM Troy runs a great establishment. I’m a regular and food is great every time.
2 of our 6 steaks were ordered medium and they came out well done. Told server and she said it would take to long to remake with how busy it was that day so she was really sorry. One person's ordered the trio and the lobster had 2 small bites, it looked like some tried it before they brought it out.
Steak cooked terribly. Most likely not visit here again.
Open table reservation process was great. Restaurant was clean and inviting for the Christmas season. We got seated at a very crowded booth. The six of us were miserable the entire time because we had just a tiny bit of space on the table in front of us to eat. We mentioned several times to the server that we were in too small of a booth. Three men and three ladies in a small half circle booth left no room for comfort or enjoyment of the food. We were very disappointed as this was our business Christmas dinner. I don’t think we will be going back to Black Angus again. The food was subpar, mediocre at best. Very disappointe three men and three ladies in a small half circle booth left no room for comfort or enjoyment of the food. We were very disappointed as this was our business Christmas dinner. I don’t think we will be going back to Black Angus again. The food was subpar, mediocre at best. Very sad because we wanted to treat our employees to a wonderful Christmas dinner but it was not even close to enjoyable.
Treated well. Exellent service. Got me in on Thanksgiving over an hour early. My steak was cooked perfectly. I would eat here any time I'm in Spokane.
We were there for Thanksgiving at 5:45. The service was great. The food was good. My family had a great time. I would definitely recommend!
Awesome service ! Stafff was attentive and courteous. Management was on the mark.
we always enjoy the Black Angus. I always look for the campfire feast dinner coupons because the food is so great at just a wonderful price. We live about an hour and a half away but we try to make the drive up there a couple of times a month.
Our first Thanksgiving at Stuart Anderson's was great! We arrived a little before our reservation but got seated right away. Food was excellent and courses brought in timely manner. We had the Turkey dinner of course!! Will do this again..
We followed up on an ad for this long time, well known, restaurant. It was seafood and steak. The salads were great and the bread was better then average. The lobster and shrimp were right on the mark, but -- but their signature beef was tasty but below average due to stringing muscle in about one third of the small steak. They usually present much better beef. Our waitperson was excellent!!
We will return to try their Wednesday prime rib special. Wine bottles at half off.
The food was good as it was on each occasion we have dined there. It was a very busy Friday night, but the service was timely and the staff pleasant. One of the better places to dine in the Spokane area.
Great food and service with some good friends. Our waitress was fantastic. Great experience.
The steaks here are good, but not amazing. My wife prefers the sirloin at Outback and I did not find the tri-tip very flavorful. Service was slow and the prices are not that good. We did have a coupon for a $44 campfire Feast which was a good value. It included an appetizer and we got te sampler platter for a $3 upgrade charge. There were boneless buffalo chicken fingers, loaded potato skins, fried zucchini and something else that I can't remember. It also included 2 entrees, 2 salads , 4 sides and a dessert to share. There are usually coupons in the Sunday paper and I would not eat there for full price. Our $44 meal would have been $70 without the coupon.
We had a fantastic waitress who made the whole evening wonderful! We have eaten here many times over the years and the food has always been well worth the visit.
Food was Great as always,Service was outstanding, nice to be able to talk and eat bread and salad before meals were served,Steak was perfect, fries were great as well, will be making it a once every 3 weeks dinner stop.salad was very Good. Beer was also very Good.
THe food and service are always spot on.Great place for family dinners.
