It's a disrespect that a restaurant keeps accepting reservations even if it's closed. We booked for a Saturday Night and, when we got there, the restaurant was a Ghost Town.
Made reservations on open table only to get to the restaurant to find it closed.
Experience was horrible, me and my wife was celebrating our anniversary. I booked days in advanced for Dinner. When we showed up it was closed. Open table and Black Angus have horrible communication skills. Our plans went down the drain. There should be someone available or notice that something was wrong on both ends. Why would Black Angus have multiple hour selections and outdoor available seating and yet was closed. Very upset. Plan to never use Opentable and Eat at Black Angus
This place is so far the best place to dine during these times. It was cozy enough and the waitress kept coming and always asking if we were ok, which to me was great since we were outside at the side of the restaurant where it will be hard to flag the server for anything as we are not in view from the front. Highly recommend this place just to get away and have a great meal or even a drink or two.
What a wonderful Thanksgiving! Our server Perry was excellent, very attentive, and the food could not have been better. We had the Turkey dinner, turkey was very flavorful and moist, and plenty of sides, all good. with pie for a reasonable price. We are still eating the left overs! They went out of their way to make the outdoor dining comfortable, with heat lamps and putting us so we were away from street noise. Would for sure return on Thanksgiving again, an easy and comfortable way to spend the day.
Thanksgiving dinner was fabulous. The restaurant was very organized with the Covid virus going on. Eating outside was nice, but weataher a bit windy, not their fault. Good portions of stuffing and turkey and everything else that goes with it.
It is what one would expect for the price point. Based upon the menu, and what I ordered the higher priced items I felt were not worth it. I would stick to the bargain items next time.
Our server was Morgan. She was awesome. She was on top of our food, drinks and the desert. Even though we had to sit outside (thanks gov) there was never a time when we had to wait for anything.
It was good. Service was good. We sat outside due to the pandemic.
We ate in the Parking Lot (COVID), which was clearly not the Server's problem. We made the most of the experience, but the temperature and road noise detracted a little from the full romantic experience. Food was excellent and Server was attentive.
Black Angus is doing their part in welcoming diners - even if it means eating outside! We actually enjoy the quiet of sitting under the eaves in a secluded area outside the restaurant. Had an excellent Feast for Two and our waitress was always right there & accommodating as usual!
Service was a little slow. Seems like the waitress in our zone was a bit overworked.

Usually love Black Angus. Sadly our meals were disappointing. Our steaks were tough and sides were cold. Our server. However, was engaging, responsive and professional. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Bartender could use some training, my Manhattan was mediocre, at best. Waitress got our order wrong, but corrected it promptly and courteously.
Ambiance is a little hokey, given the pandemic -seems like a little creativity wouldn't hurt.
Even with a reservation, had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. And then the next day we had a coupon for the same meal we paid a lot more for!

We were seated in a comfortable booth exactly at our reservation time. The food was excellent and cooked perfect. The half price bottle of wine was an exceptional value. We will return to this location.
Everything was perfect. We actually sat inside instead of outside.
Service was way above normal. Waitress was excellent. Food was the best.
Both the New York steak and the top sirloin steaks were too rare, had to be sent back. The baked potato was barely warm. The flavors were good.
Salad had bad lettuce leaves, cold baked potato, and chocolate cake dry.
They are fortunate to have frozen their frozen in time 1980's decor. Those almost floor to ceiling high-back booths lend themselves to greater social distancing and privacy.
The price-value-taste ratio cannot be beat. Their food has always been above average when compared to some pricier places we're been to.
And our server, Perry, was very attentive and in charge. I'm sure their staff constantly hears about team players and team member assists. These people practice this every day. Everyone helps one another.
It was quiet and a nice experience.
Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. Somewhat disturbing to see how limited the patron capacity has had to be reduced to due to Covid-19 restrictions. Staff were happy to be working. We had an excellent 25 year anniversary dinner.
Food and service was excellent. I have never had a bad experience at Black Angus.

Was nice to see it quite busy considering it the pandemic and all... Good Service, our server was quite busy but had helpers and seemed to for the most part keep up with everything.

Good food for a good price!! Steak, Lobster, shrimp with 2 sides for $21.99 and tasted awsome. Do I need to say anymore.
Good selection of entrees that are reasonably priced.
It is our favorite place to eat and has been for many years.
To start we recieved 2 appetizers we only ordered 1 ... the one we ordered was wrong ... bread came with no butter had to ask.
had to ask for refills ... soup was supposed to come before entires ... Food runner brought our entries look at the table took them back in the kitchen then brought the soup ...
entries came back Ribeye order red rare was med well .... sent back on return my steak prime rib which was medium . was rare sent back then on the 3rd return my wife's med rare was completely rare ....
Beside that food runners asking us did we order this or order that ...
you should be embarrassed... not only the service ... the fact your a steak house and you can't cook a steak .. we left and will never return .
