It is our favorite place to eat and has been for many years.
To start we recieved 2 appetizers we only ordered 1 ... the one we ordered was wrong ... bread came with no butter had to ask.
had to ask for refills ... soup was supposed to come before entires ... Food runner brought our entries look at the table took them back in the kitchen then brought the soup ...
entries came back Ribeye order red rare was med well .... sent back on return my steak prime rib which was medium . was rare sent back then on the 3rd return my wife's med rare was completely rare ....
Beside that food runners asking us did we order this or order that ...
you should be embarrassed... not only the service ... the fact your a steak house and you can't cook a steak .. we left and will never return .
Our server was unprofessional.
I had made a reservation and was seated promptly when I arrived.
Service was attentive and well-paced despite all the current difficulties.

Everything is perfect
We have not eaten here in years and are happy we tried it again. The food was excellent, the prices very reasonable and excellent service. Restaurant is very clean and tables are socially distanced. Food came out quick and we enjoyed it very much. Restaurant was very busy and our waitress was super nice and accommodating! We will be back! Thank you!

There is currently nowhere to sit while waiting for your table which is a problem for me. The outdoor tables are too close to the door, and there gave been some retractions of the menu, but the food remains consistently good and a reasonable value. zthe staff is always pleasant.
It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. The salmon was mushy and the steaks were meh.
My steak was a bit over done, other than that it was great.

The waitress (server )Amanda p 3014 did not come to the table to see if we needed something , to refill our waters or soda . We waited about 15 min to see her once we asked for the check she went to the back to wait on some orders people asked for and she finally came back to give them their food and gave us our check after 10 min or so . Our food was not great I got the cheeseburger & husband got the steak , steak was not good . My fries were stale . The ambience was funeral like feeling everyone was quiet no noise level besides the very low tv playing football game . Our overall experience was bad . We would of preferred to have go e to Buena Park but there was no reservations available until 3 pm which was about 1 hour difference of when we got sat down .
My husband had a hair in his salad. And we were not compensated for it.
Also I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my steak and was not told how much more the upgrade would be.

Had the dinner for two ... Sirloin steak is better than New York steak which was awfully fatty that night. STEAK QUESADILLA was soggy from water from salsa which spoiled it - shouldn't be placed in same dish when salsa is watery.
The restaurant was very clean and the service was very good. The food was delicious and came out fast with no wait.
I enjoyed it because we took my friend to dinner for her birthday. Most of the food was good but my son and daughter's steak were over cooked. The baked potato soup was terrible as the recipe has changed to something else. Our waitress was outstanding and make sure everything was going smoothly. My friend wanted the out door dining and I really didn't like where we were sitting by the front door when there were other tables available. But everyone went home happy and full with lots of leftovers that were really good the next day. I really enjoy going there with friends because I always feel welcome.

Ate inside for the first time since the COVID-19 closedown. Even more quiet than usual with only half the room occupied. Food and service were excellent, as usual.
This was our first visit since they were able to seat indoors again. All safety protocols were followed. The main difference that we could see was that the Campfire dinner has gone up in cost to $49.95 and they no longer offer the Wagon Wheel appetizer. Too bad because the wagon wheel was a favorite. The meal itself was great. My prime rib was a perfect medium rare.
This locations outdoor seating is well done. Many tables available under the buildings overhang. They also have tented tables in the front of the building. Reservations are a MUST and Open Table makes it very easy to make them.
The service was great food was super good it was a birthday they brought out the chocolate chips cookie with ice cream my son in law loved it thanks for making it special will be back soon
Check arrived before we finished eating. If it had not, we would have ordered a dessert. Didn't miss the calories!
We made reservations online and were seated within a few minutes. Plenty of social distancing, friendly waitress, good food and service. Nice evening!
Gin and Tonic was flat. Med. Rare steak was very very over done (like well done). They took back the well done steak and brought out a cold, raw steak. Definitely not worth returning to. Need serious adjustments to their process if they want to serve people well.
Our filets were great. The steak soup has been much better--there were only a couple of miniture pieces of steak. I will try it again next time, because it was previously excellent.
Asked for standard seating through Open Table. Was seated in the bar. Didn't care for all the TV screens with sports on display. Husband had the Trio and really liked it. Said his sirloin steak was better than some of the better cuts he's had in the past. I had the Cobb salad with chicken. It was good. The server was friendly, but had to wait a bit longer than we would have liked to get the check.
The food is always fantastic at this restaurant and the service is normally outstanding as well because the waiters and waitresses normally anticipate our every need and are usually ahead of us, but on this particular visit, at times we had to flag down our waitress get things needed such as side plates for the bread, refills on drinks and request our check when we had finished.
The rib eye steak was delicious. Our server was very attentive.
