Looks the same as it did 15 years ago. Service ok. Disappointed with the food. Steak overdone, asparagus undercooked.
My prime rib was a little too done for medium rare, but I didn't bother to send it back. I like green beans al dente, but these just weren't good. Hubs loved his top sirloin and broccoli though!
It was busy and service was spotty.
My friends and I enjoyed everything at Black Angus. The food was outstandingly good.
The food is always great at this restaurant and the service is outstanding as well.
The birthday and other promotions were very good, I brought 4 other people and they used promotions also. I love the prime rib at the BA, but the promo was for steak. We chose ribeye. The 12 oz was large area but too thin to make rare. It would have been much better to have half the area and twice the thickness.
Black Angus seems to not function well or haven't enough cooks or wait staff on holidays. We waited almost an hour to be served. We had made reservations in advance because of the July 4 holiday. You would think a 5:30 dinner time would not take and hour to be served
food was beyond great and so was the service. Will recommend to friends and family.
The music was loud.
A birthday dinner celebration
Good food & good services
Delicious and great service!
Love this restaurant. The ambiance is nice and perfect for a romantic date. We availed the campfire feast and the food was super good. My gf love the strawberry panna cotta dessert.
We love going here. It is an old fashioned steak house. The atmosphere is super casual and very intimate due to the seating arrangements. This time we had a summer special. It consisted of a sirloin and two more meat choices. Two side dishes. The ribs were meaty and super tasty. The shrimp were nicely grilled, with that char flavor. I always opted for a Cesar salad which is a little extra. I have never been disappointed here. Great value. Great food great service.
Super clean and quick service.
I called last minute for 14 people and they accommodate us
Well, it may have been because it was more busy than expected, but after we ordered, we had to wait 1 1/2 hour for our dinner. The waitress was very good. The food was fair, my shrimp were overcooked to rubbery and the whole plate was lukewarm at best. The others in our party said that theirs was just warm as well.
I ordered a top sirloin steak well done, and i got it and it was pink inside and very dry. I understand that when its well done, it dries out, but it was still pink inside.
Rib-eye was excellent (cooked to perfection), but the Wrangler wasn’t as great. Our server, Perry, was courteous and attentive which made this birthday dinner even more enjoyable.
We had a great evening. The food was great and we had a coupon which made it more affordable and able to have a few more drinks. We have been there twice in two months and expect to go more often.
LADIES RESTROOM WAS CLOSED, THIS WAS AN AWFUL INCONVENIENCE.
Service was terrible and food was mediocre.
Consistently good food and good service. One of our favorite places for dinner. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
We have been dining at Black Angus for over 30 years and they are consistently delicious! The steaks are the best around. I have eaten at Black Angus Restaurants in Phoenix, AZ and Orlando, FL and they keep their standards high. The steaks are always excellent and it is my understanding that they cut the steaks on site. I will be a Black Angus customer for life!!
waiting time is a little longer even with reservation
We love the private, comfortable booths at Black Angus. It feels like you're having your own, private party inside the restaurant. You're able to hear one another's conversation without straining, and the food is always delicious. This was the perfect place to celebrate my nephew's graduation, and I'm so glad this restaurant was close by. I wish there were more Black Angus restaurants!
We made a reservation easily then when we got there were turned away because they had plumbing issues....
That is understandable but when we tried to make another reservation at the other Black Angus it would not let us and would not let us cancel the existing one either. Very frustrating when you are trying to handle a birthday celebration with several people and a toddler.
Great service and food. Good value also, got the Campfire with coupon. Really excellent. Thank you so much!
So far in the last 8 months I have not been dissatisfied whatsoever in Black Angus, the wait staff is prompt and accommodating oh, the food is fantastic, they cooked it to perfection, their carrot cake is to die for, and I look forward to going back.
Excellent food, we had the luncheon steak and bbq chicken salad. Both were delicious, and our waitress more than took care of us. Will be returning
Always excellent service and foods.
Good food, lot of it, friendly service and a very reasonable price. Very nice environment for a Birthday celebration and a free desert for the honored one!!
The managers came by our table a couple times to make sure everything was going well and making sure that our meal was made to our liking.
Visiting for my father's 90th birthday. The server was very attentive without being disruptive to conversations at the table. Everyone's meal was prepared exactly as requested. The cowboy cookie with ice cream given to us for dessert (birthday) was sufficient for all of us to share.
I'm a "regular" at Black Angus for lunch and Black Angus is normally my first choice for dinner too.
I was disappointed with the cost of the food vs the actual quality of the food. My steak was pretty tough to chew through as well as not very hot when it came out. My mashed potatoes were also not that hot and the mac and cheese was just okay.
Fast service and good food. Don't like the setting layout because feels no privacy. Plates are not very clean!
It’s been a while since our last visit to Black Angus. It was excellent. Our server, Perry, made us laugh while providing great service. The tri-tip was the best steak that I have tasted for some time. A memorable Mother’s Day.
I know it was Mother’s Day and busy but my son’s steak was overdone and Brittany never came back to check on us so he had to eat it. My green beans were disgusting quality and not done. The cowboy cookie was burnt. To pay that much money was disappointing.
I ordered a green salad, it was green but I have never seen any greens like this before, thank heavens the honey mustard dressing was delicious. My entrée was a top sirloin teriyaki. I never got one bite that didn't have grizzle in it. My husband had a filet that looked like nothing we have ever seen before and it too had a over abundance of fat and grizzle. However our server was Jenny and she was very good.
service was pretty poor overall. we had to send my brother’s steak back twice, my cocktail had a long strand of hair in it, and all of our food was lukewarm. in addition, we had to ask for things multiple times before receiving it. simple things like straws.
