Service was great and food was good as always. We dined in which everyone was spaced apart which was great. Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom was not tidy. They need to empty the containers which was overflowing with towels and falling on the floor. Everything else was clean and the servers were great n prompt and always check on our needs.
We were a party of 3 for my husband’s birthday. Food was just okay! My MIL got potato soup and it was not hot, barely warm. My husband and I shared the Campfire Feast, we got our appetizer right her soup was brought out. Then my husband got his garden salad but I didn’t...he finished it and I was still waiting for mine. AND our waitress was nowhere to be found. My salad was brought out with my dinner, kinda defeats the purpose of ordering a salad. We then got boxes to take leftovers home and ordered the Sky High Mud Pie to go and it looked nothing like it use to, very disappointing. Also, we asked for more water, then asked a second time, finally got water with out check.
Wonderful service from our server. Very grateful and appreciative that indoor dining has resumed and that safety precautions were in place.
This place was great especially when we use the offer that we got through open table my daughter love the shrimp I love the lobster and my husband says the steak was a perfect portion size for him
Made reservations for 6:30 for indoor dining.. Checked in with host at 6:25 along with about 4 other parties. First two parties were taken inside to be seated. We were third and told that it would be about 45 minutes to an hour before we could get seated inside. Had the option of sitting at the outside tables. Took that option as the evening was cool and we did not have jackets because we expected to be seated inside. Do not know why Black Angus took reservations for indoor seating and was not able to provide within a reasonable amount of time. Other than that disappointment we had a great waitress named Christin ? , that gave us exceptional service. Took our order and brought our beverages right away and soon after that our salads than a minute or two after finishing the salads she brought our main courses. Food was cooked just right and tasted very good. If only the seating would have been correct it would have been a great night. Thanks Black Angus for the great food and super service. Joe
Our steaks were wonderful the only problem was I like thousand island dressing on my salad and they were out I received balsamic something and was not to my taste buds 1st time I have had a issue of any kind our waitress Taylor was very good I'm not complaining just expressing can't beat the dinners thanks
Outside dining is a major hassle and not enjoyable. That said, food was great. Service was fine but servers have to cover a lot of real estate with everything outside seating/dining. Tables were slow to be cleaned/cleared for some reason.
The service was excellent. Food arrived at the record time and was great. I just did not like sitting outside. It did not look any fancy. I would have appreciated an attempt to make it cozier, more appealing.

It was my friend birthday she order a steak medium after waiting our food came she sent her steak back because they cooked it too long I finish my meal she had them fix it to go. She did not enjoy her bd I will be back as usual

Great service, the beef never disappoints!
Had reservations, but took a while to get seated. Took a while for the server to get to us. Ordered bottle of wine, he came back with champagne. When wine did arrive, asked for a chiller.....it never came. Salad plates were never removed. Server ask us to cut into our steaks, he never came back to see if they were cooked to our liking. Another person delivered the bill, our server returned and indicated it wasn't our bill. Made the correction and forgot to bring me a 'to go' box. The food was good. But Larry's steak was undercooked! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and indicated such, but there was no special treatment.

My wife got a coupon for a free dinner so we thought we'd go to Black Angus in San Lorenzo for a couple of dinners. I made a reservation, got there 5 minutes early & it still took them another 10 minutes to seat us. I had printed the coupon & the waitress took it. My wife wanted Rare Prime Rib but was told there was nothing rare. So she ordered a rare rib eye. It was rare but had a lot of gristle & fat. I ordered the double lobster tails. They were very tasty but way overpriced & very small. When the bill came they had not deducted the coupon. A different waitress asked for the coupon. I told her the 1st waitress had taken it. The 2nd waitress said the 1st had left. The manager deducted an amount that was less then what the coupon had said but I just paid the bill. It will be a very long time before we ever go back to Black Angus.

My steak i ask for it to be medium and it came out well done. Also my Lobster we dry. It was very disappointing .
Food was prepared terribly raw to half way burned steaks 🥩 more like a sizzler now.

I’ve been to that Black Angus three times In the month of September.it is one of my favorite places to eat. They changed the dessert menu a little because of the pandemic but it’s OK. The Last time that We gone there we waited over 45 minutes for our meal to come. I was very disappointed. Other customers have came after us and left before us.

Not nearly as good as its been in the past! Everything was over cooked. The margarita didn't even taste good. Also trash was all over the ground (paper menus, food, spilled drinks). Nasty! plus cars pull up and park right near the outside seating area. Had one huge truck with bright headlights glaring right into my face for a good 10 minutes, while they picked up their take out order. We won't be back here anytime soon.
The food that came was kinda cold. I’m sure it sat on the counter for a while before it came outside to us on the patio dining. I would suggest during Covid that they get a runner to run the freight back-and-forth.
Was seated at a table outside the tent, on a bit of a slope. That table had no lighting. The table shouldn’t be used. The table was filthy. Drinks were never refilled, or even offered. Menu is limited. Their famous bread has been shrunk. Servers poorly trained, and the people who appeared to be managers aren’t paying attention to the tables. Was way overbooked; about 6 parties waiting for seating when we left. Not acceptable for a reservation only model. I don’t think I’ll return until indoor dining is restored.

We made a reservation for 6:00 p.m.. We waited about 15 minutes to be sat down while the host played on her phone. They did not take our order until about almost 7. It was not even busy. Food was okay, I'm so over outdoor dining!!!
We had to use our phones to view a menu. My phone wouldn't load it. No big deal but we were surprised that paper menus were not available. The outdoor dining was very basic but sufficient. We will be back.

My family and I decided to try out Outdoor Dining for Black Angus. The menu has been somewhat modified due to Covid-19. The sampler appetizer was no longer available but we tried the Spinach and Cheese Dip which was really good. The steaks are still really good, the only issue we had was the server got my order wrong( she is new) and it took them forever to cook my steak, that I had it bagged for to-go.

The waitress didn't mention if I select my two choices that came with my dinner will be charged $2 extra if I select asparagus vs broccoli and ceaser salad vs regular salad. It's very important to let your patrons know upfront. I don't like surprises. I know you need to make money but let's be honest.
