Went on Father’s Day with a reservation and was seated as soon as we walked in.. however the server was lost and didn’t know where to seat us and had us sitting looking around for a table. Then when finally seated the waiter was probably new and was not very attentive and looked like he was being pulled in all directions. The appetizers we ordered came out very late, and separated as one came when we were already done eating our meals. Also the meals came individually, my husband ordered a salad as one of his sides and got it before his meal.. my daughter ordered soup as a side and got it as an appetizer. Also they manager and staff would walk down each row of tables with a iPad taking a survey of tables it was kinda weird and rude when your trying to enjoy your dinner out. Also couldn’t even use my rewards due to it being a “holiday” which I wasn’t aware that mothers and Father’s Day became a holiday. So it was not a pleasant experience this time but I’m hoping it was just a bad night and would be a better visit as we have had in the past.

the service was very slow. we waited at least 40 minutes before ANYONE CAME TO TABLE TO EVEN OFFER US WATER OR DRINKS. Finally my daughter went to the bar to get my husband some water, when the waitress saw her she then came over to take drink menu. again much later she came over to take our orders. There were 6 of us and we all chose the dinner for two. I ordered ribeye steak also by husband ordered rib eye steak and my grandaughter irdered rib eye steak as her dinner for two with her sister. when the food was delivered they brought prime rib for my husband and also my grandaughter which they did not order. The waitress kind of argued with me that they ordered prime rib and i told her i ordered ribeye for me and him and i heard my grandaughter also order rib eye, She then took them back and said it would be 8 minutes for another but it took at least a 1/2 hour. my husband and grandaughter received after we all had finished our food. Very disappointing for my husband who is wheelchair bound and out for a special occasion for father day. This not the first bad experiance we have had there, unfortunately we won't be dining there again.

Went here for Fathers Day dinner and had a good experience being served by Alex. Food was good and bread, appetizers, and entree came out all at good times. Being a rewards member made the experience even better for the deals!

We got there earlier than scheduled time and were seated right away. We ordered the prime rib rare and it was rare (except the leaner side was a bit overcooked because of little fat - which is common). The service was great and attentive. Restroom was not dirty. We will go back for the good quality, great service, and unbelievable promotion.

We dine at this restaurant regularly. Surprised how slow restaurant was for Saturday night. We were seated promptly and service was good. We both ordered the 12 oz prime rib (medium). The meat lacked usual moist flavor. The texture was on the dry side. The sides were good except for the steamed broccoli - only provided 2 crown (less than normal). Still good value for dinner. Still go back in the future though.

Kiana was our server and she was absolutely friendly and attentive. I have never been to a Black Angus before and I was pleasantly surprised. The value was great and we got so much food! The interior is dated, but it adds to the charm on the restaurant! I will definitely be coming back!
