My family and I love BlackAngus for the good food at very reasonable prices; and feel that they have the best booths for comfort and privacy. However, we also notice that they haven’t kept up to date on their decor, especially the rest rooms. Time for an overhaul, please don’t change the menu!

We love the Booths for Private dining-- the food is always served at the right times-- Servers are polite and friendly--

I expected it to be much more of a steak house. The steaks were thin and cheap. I could have went to outback and received better. The sides were small, I think I had maybe 4 pieces of broccoli on my plate. this was my second time there, only because I forgot how poor my first experience was. I would not return for a free meal. this does not live up to having the title of "steakhouse".

I expected our server to be busy and frantic- given the fact that it was Valentine's Day- but the service was amazing! The food was also delicious.

Made a special reservation for Valentine's day and 36th birthday.
Reservation was scheduled for 730pm we arrived ten minutes!!
We did not get seated until 8:58
Ok no worries it's a major holiday.
We place our order server brings my beverage right away my wife did not receive her beverage for 20 minutes ok again we are trying to enjoy our self and it's a busy night (Valentine's day) no worries we press on after being seated for over a hour our food has yet arrived. I started to notice other tables that have arrived after us are eating there meals...
Wife says to me am I not special ?
Ok (not good) !!
I very nice to the server and try to figure out why we are not getting service I ask mam when you bring my wife her glass of wine can you also bring me a glass of water ....I get this look like I'm a
Now the romance and enjoyment of our night is fading fast as my wife is getting very finally arrived one hour and forty five minutes later the portions were very small we ate our over priced small portion special occasion dinner in one tenth of the time it took to receive it.
Now steak was tasty and cooked very well so I guess it wasn't a complete loss.
Unfortunately for the value and service I will not recommend to anyone or don't see any reason to ever go through that experience again.
Very unfortunate as a cattle rancher from the Midwest I prefer to only eat guilty beef not very good choices in the area to satisfy my diet .
I expected a far better experience than what we received.
Sorry sorry sorry is all I heard from the staff . I don't complain about situation they were very aware of what was happening and yet no action was delivered to make us feel as valued customer...
I give this establishment and our experience a 0-1star rating
Thank you

I always enjoy the Campfire Feast For 2, with the Wagon Wheel Sampler. The steak was perfect to my taste. It is an abundant meal with a great dessert to share. My wife and I look forward to opportunities to take advantage of the deal. Our waitress was friendly and helpful.

Went to dinner for my husband’s birthday. This restaurant is one of our go-to places for special occasions because it never disappoints. This time was no different. The service is always amazing starting when we check in. Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious

I always enjoy Black Angus. The food is good quality, and the service is always excellent. The menu has many choices, and not all beef.

Overall was pretty good. Server Anthony seemed to be a person relatively new to table serving. He did not seem comfortable with the friendly interaction so often experienced in a Bulls Eye booth. We did not notice until we got home that he did not return our discount lunch card. We often meet our senior friends at this restaurant and this will not affect our desire to keep coming. We will get another card the next time.

We love the separate booths. Makes you feel special, away from distraction. Our server Christin is great. We love for her to serve us. We are willing to wait as long as she becomes available. The food is delicious and well cook according to how we like it (steaks) Umm, the crab legs were scrumptious!!! We will be back.

I've always like the Black Angus. The steaks are always good, better than most every day restaurants and sometimes better than nice restaurants that aren't steak houses. There is always too much food, a nice variety of choices from good seafood to girthy steaks and lots of veggies to choose from.
The steak soup was definitely too salty, but everything else was good.

Service was friendly, while the kitchen was a little show, food was prepared to order.

Our waitress, Alexis was wonderful. We so enjoy the high booths and how quiet the restaurant is.

Our waiter was very slow. Never brought any bread to the table until we had to ask for it. Brought the plates for the dessert but didn't bring the dessert. We had to go to the hostess to get our checks. Perhaps with more training he would do a better job.

Always friendly staff and knowledgeable waiters/waitresses. Steak is great and a way better value than more expensive steak houses. Love this place!
