We love going here. Black Angus is our favorite place to eat and the 3 cheese cheesy bread appetizer is our very favorite. We order it every time we go there before dinner.
Burger was terrible. Over cooked. Bacon was practically raw. Price too high definitely not worth it.
It was my birthday it was amazing I had the mignon blue medium rare with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese and it was great my server was just amazing it was my 28th bday and I will never forget it I will definitely come back again soon to this location
Good food, service and atmosphere, as always. Best steaks and filet mignon!
Great food! Private
Good as always!
Everything was freat as it always is ! The service person was exceptional as they are on every visit.
The service and the food was fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future!
Great service and excellent food for an affordable price.
Our waitress was so sweet and friendly and efficient. We had a problem with the tritip steak and she brought us a different steak that was heaven. We will always come back and by the way the cheesy bread is excellent. We order it every time we come in.
Made a reservation, was greeted and confirmed about reservation, within 10 seconds of walking thru the door, was seated about 2 min before res. Time and was served by the prompt and patient waitress Carry who smiled at every check in at our table. I didn’t even realize she refilled my Pepsi. I’m pretty sure she’s a ninja. People that like med rare steak don,t want it overcooked and it was a little but they were busy because of Easter Sunday.
Great waitress Sage.. very caring
Food was excellent. Service superb
Lettuce was brown and slimey in salads. Brussel sprouts were extremely undercooked. Service was scattered and unreliable. Disappointing visit.
Expensive, but easily the best steak in town. Great spot for a special occasion.
Nice meal. Everything prepared well. Good selection. Very good service.
Our waitress was great, the food came out quickly, everything cooked perfectly.
I love the atmosphere of Black Angus. The tables are situated in such a way that you always feel like you are the only ones eating there. I love the tall booths and privacy glass, so you don't hear everyone's conversation, just your own. The food is always great, the portions are more than generous, and we can't wait to go back.
Black Angus is our favorite restaurant and we always order the cheesy bread appetizer every time because we love it so much.
Server was terrific.
Our most fave in Puyallup! Best ribeye. Great service. Took my Dad here for his 86th Birthday. Loved it

Everything was exceptional for treating the special guests we had with us from out of town. I could not have been any better. Not only was the food great, but there was plenty of it, and for one of our guests, the gluten free menu was fantastic. Everyone in our party were pleased. Thanks you!
Birthday excellent service, always checking to see if our needs are being met. Birthday desert was modified to meet our dietary needs
Birthday, food was great!
Amber was our server, and she was awesome...super attentive but not smothering. She was fun and friendly!
Excellent place to go for any occasion, food is always good and so is the service that's why I keep going back...
I love Black Angus and rarely have anything negative to say.
Sadly, this last visit did not go as smoothly as others.
We had a 6:15 reservation, but we're in the area so arrived about 5:45. I went up to the desk to let the staff know we were there, and the manager, who had been speaking with the two hostesses, checked me in and said they could probably get us in early, 1t to 20 minutes.
We took a seat and waited. At 6:15, we had not been called but decided to wait another coyple minutes. But at 6:20, I went up to ask how much longer it would be.
The hostess took my name and apologized, explaining that we had not been checked in, but would be seated shortly.
We were called at 6:27.
When it came time to order, my fiance ordered the prime rib, and the waitress asked if I was having the prime rib as well. I told her know, I wanted the New York. She commented that that was a good choice and asked how I wanted it cooked, if I wanted onions or mushrooms etc.
However when the food arrived, we each recieved prime rib.
I worked I. Restaurants for years and chose to not to make an issue since the prime rib is excellent, and I knew I would enjoy it.
Other than these two issues, we had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed ourselves.

The food and service were as good as always, we were seated in a both next to the bathroom that faced a long table with a large noisy group, made it hard to enjoy our food. There were a lot of open tables that we should have been seated at before that table was used.
we had the campfire special which is what we normally order. Prime Rib.
This time it wasn't as good. Lot of gristle throughout cut of meat. Changed meat company's?
Or just a bad cut ?
Just was not as good as what we have had in the past. We eat there like every 2 mo.
Shrimp was overcooked but everything else was good
Our server David was great and helped us celebrate our son's birthday. Food was plentiful and awesome!
On a busy Saturday night we were very glad that we had our reservation. We were seated right away while those just walking in were told 45 mins to an hour. The food was very good and considering how busy it was the staff was doing their best. The only issue that came up during the visit was that the waitress turned in the wrong order for the kids meal. She reordered the correct meal, and left the food made in error for the child to nibble on while waiting. Since we had mentioned it during the reservation process, they also brought the Birthday person a special dessert as a gift.
Perfect for the occasion
Diner and service were awesome
It was my father in laws birthday dinner and was our treat. The food was amazing, the service was on point and the manager was sweet as always. This has got to be one of my favorite places to eat salmon. So amazingly yummy. Once again thank you Black Angus.
My husband said that his rib eye was the best he has had in a long time, cooked perfect, nice and juicy.
Food was excellent and service superb. Great menu selection. The carrot cake we took home was so good and moist
We appreciate the ability to make reservations on line, meaning we don't have to wait when we arrive. The people who work there are always friendly and our waitress was very attentive. This is the best place for a good steak and a great place to meet up with friends for a nice visit.
Sadly, not the historical experience of dining at Black Angus. We came for prime rib, they were out. Restaurant needs cleaning and updating, service is marginal and food bland. We ordered the rib eye steak which was undercooked and flavorless. Our side of broccoli was overcooked. Salad was okay.
Too bad as we have enjoyed many great meals through the years at various Black Angus restaurants in the Puget Sound area.
Everything was really good except for the top sirloin steak I ordered. No way was it aged. Very chewy and tough. You could eat it, but with alot of effort. It was my free birthday steak dinner, so I didnt complain. Now wondering if you get the lesser good cuts when tbe meal is free. Oh well, lesson learned.
