We have frequented Black Angus for decades for quality, good service and good value for the price. Our last visit was okay but not exceptional. Our steaks were ordered to be cooked to medium and came out rare to medium rare. We ate them rather than sending them back and not being able to dine with others in our party. I don't care for the mixed greens and requested romaine in my salad and was advised of an additional cost of $2 that I have neve had to pay in the past. Also, a loaded baked potato is now at a $2 additional charge as well as garlic butter at the same price. The quality of the meal and the value for the money was not the same as in the past. Would we return to Black Angus? Maybe, but the additional charges are irksome.

I took advantage of their Campfire Feast for ONE. It includes an appetizer, an entree, two side dishes, and a dessert. What a great deal!

It was a perfect evening with perfect food for everyone (especially the trio with steak, lobster, and shrimp!) and the wine of the month was outstanding. Our waiter, John, was fantastic. Loved the whole experience!

Service was not that great, party of 8 we had to ask several times to have water refilled (4 guests were drinking just water) Also they placed us at two separate tables of four, We had to push the tables together ourself. Two orders were done incorrectly which the waiter did not catch. One was for a two chicken breast dinner but came out with a chicken breast and ribs which is a more expensive plate and guest was charged the higher price. We do not come here often saving this place for special occasions but will rethink coming here.

Went to Black Angus for an all-you-can-eat steak dinner, a perk for Prime Club members. Well worth the cost. Excellent small steaks and sides. Legendary service was excellent, as was the ambience. Would definitely do this deal again, as well as go back to Black Angus.
