Black Angus has always been our go-to for special occasions. They didn't disappoint.

Our Server, Palomo was terrific. The Manager also came by. As usual, our salmon was superb.

Food and service always great here. Steaks are usually cooked to order perfectly, unlike some other steakhouses I could mention.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. My wife and I both ordered the New York steak and they were cooked to perfection, just exactly as my wife and I ordered them.

Had reservations on Mothers Day. We were seated quickly and service was excellent!

We went here for Mothers Day and reserved a table for seven. Even though one of our members had to cancel out it was not a problem. We could not have asked for a more accommodating wait-person. We were served without being rushed and all our requests were promptly filled. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Oh, the food was great too.

For Easter dining service, would have expected great service; not so. Was just about to ask if our ticket was lost, when meal was delivered. One appetizer was brought just prior to rec'g main course. This is after being told, the app was due shortly.....NOT.
The experience at Black Angus is not what it used to be and am sad about that. Was always our favorite place to dine.

We were having an Easter lunch with family. The other 4 had Filet Mignon and I had
the Lamb which was an Easter feature. The Steaks were very good, but I was very disappointed in the lamb chops. They were dry and the mint on the side was not what I know as mint.
Next time I will have the Filet too. I have had good meals at Black Angus before and that is why
we chose it this time.
Waitress Jamie was very attentive and did a great job.

Very busy on Easter but we got right in since we had reservations for party of 5. We were given a booth and it was 'cozy'. Waitress was distracted by her other tables so service was just okay. Ordered no croutons on salad - got them anyway. Wanted more bread but couldn't find the waitress so asked assistant manager for it. Beverage refills took some time. Ordered lamb chops well done - almost, still pink in the middle. Asked for no sauce due to food allergies - got it anyway. Spouse ordered pork chop & was 1/2 way done when he found a hair under his cup of cole slaw - completely lost his appetite. Manager tried to make things right but damage was done. It will probably be awhile before we return.

The meal was excellent. Our server was dressed beautifully with a good personality. Our salad plate and forks were chilled. Out of all the restaurants we go to, their salads are the best! The steaks were cooked perfectly to order. Their food was great. That's why we keep coming back year after year!

They have a great menu for all. The wedge salad is very good. The service and the manager are very friendly.

The restaurant was very empty, but we had to wait (with 4 people) for 40 minutes for our dinner. They apologized and were very friendly. When we finally got the dinner, it was ok, not bad, but not very good. A steakhouse can do better.

I'm glad it is kid friendly but this time we had a noisy family next to us that was hard to ignore. Occasionally we bring the grandkids. I hope we weren't that noisy. Can family's be seated in an area away from others?

We got the wrong appetizer and it took over an hour and half to get our entrees.It wasn't the server's problem but the kitchen's. They were'nt that busy! We were there almost two hours.

The restaurant was very crowded, but the noise level was low.

Arrived for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The waitress came to take our drink order. when she returned with drinks she spilled an ENTIRE glass of iced tea on my mother. She apologized to her and brought her some napkins to wipe off. When we left the restaurant 1 1/2 hours later, her clothes were still wet. She did not offer to comp her dinner. I thought that would be a thoughtful gesture after soaking her clothes with her drink.

My dinner was very good and the service was outstanding. I will go there again.

The Black Angus has been a favorite 'go to' for us for a number of years. This last experience was awful. I am not sure we will go back. Food was good (although it was luke warm, but I didn't dare ask for it to be warmed up) but the service was the worst I have ever had. I was with my son who has autism. When he ordered (he reads the description off the menu) the server clearly was annoyed and didn't want to listen to the extra descriptive words he was reading. After that, her attitude totally changed. She never came back to check in on our items, we were never asked if we wanted fresh ground pepper, etc. Mind you, we heard her follow up with guests at tables around us. I ordered a second drink which arrived when we were done eating. I believe it was intentional. I overheard a patron at the booth next to us complain to the manager about how long they had waited to be seated even though there was lots of empty tables. The manager was very sympathetic and offered to buy them their meals. I did not talk with the manager, as I was totally insulted. I am sure the Black Angus does training on how to treat those with disabilities but this server did not get the message. My son has no behavior issues and was not disruptive in any way. He is always polite with 'thank yous'. Very insulted.
