Tables were slightly too close together. Our table was dirty when we sat. Our steaks were over cooked. We ordered them medium, they arrived almost week done and bone dry.
I got the steak, lobster tail, and shrimp. The food was delicious, and the service was great!

During this Covid nightmare it WAS so nice to still be able to dine outside, they had a nice tent to the open sky and heaters if needed. We dined Saturday before the new shutdown of restaurants....what a shame for these establishments!
It was surprisingly enjoyable. In this enviro, its tough to go out and find a place to enjoy some service. This was outside, of course, but they worked hard to make it enjoyable. Food quality was OK but a terrific value overall. When we can sit and eat again, I will be a repeat visitor!
We arrived a bit earlier to our appointment and were escorted to our table. Good thing because my husband was very hungry. The food was amazing.
We throughly enjoyed our meal. It is a shame that due to the virus we were unable to eat inside but, the outside location worked out just fine. Service was great.
It was a very windy day and I was not seated in the tent. When I politely asked to be seated in side the tent, the host said that more guests can sit there once the extra waiter arrives at 4pm. To my surprised, as more guests arrived at 3:25pm they were seated inside the tent. I’m disgruntled with the seating arrangements and furious I was lied to. On a positive note, my server Rochel was terrific. She was friendly and prompt.

the overall ambience and food was excellent, for the circumstances, however, we waited way too long for our food. I think maybe more waiters/waitresses would have helped

We all enjoyed our entrees, cooked the way we wanted it. They had heaters so it wasn't cold eating outside.
Arrived a few minutes prior to reservation and was seated shortly thereafter. Staff was friendly. Food was average and drinks were delicious.

We hade a reservation for 3:30, wasn’t seated until 4:00. Disorganized. Outside tables weren’t full but had to sit outside of tent. Though food was good, was not a pleasant atmosphere and won’t be back for a while.
If this Black Angus were not outstwanding, we would not have come back year after year after year asfter year for nearly two decades.

There is no better value than Black Angus Steakhouse. We paid three times the price elsewhere last week and did not enjoy it nearly as much. On this night the service was exceptional and the food was great. They seem to have finally figured out the challenges of setting up in the parking lot, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Only downside is no thousand island dressing (we brought our own) since the move outside.
This was our first time dining (inside or outside) in months. The set up was nice and comfortable and we were aware of a time limit. However, we had hoped that would mean increased attention by the wait staff. We were seated over 15 minutes later than our reservation. The second drink I ordered was received well after the food had been consumed and we were asked to leave before I could finish it.
Black Angus is always a winner for me. Good value, friendly and professional staff. I felt safe dining outside at Black Angus.

We were celebrating my best friend of 41 years birthday! Daniel was our server. He was kind, polite, attentive, and took care of all of our needs. We truly had a great time!! Thank you Daniel!!
I have always loved Black Angus restaurants; but (and unfortunately so), dining outdoors (in the parking lot) just doesn't work for this establishment.
The food is always perfect; the service is always good; but, the noise from a busy avenue immediately adjacent to the restaurant) and cars and motorcycles entering and exiting the parking lot were all a huge distraction.
While I understood that tables at the restaurant might be in demand, I thought the hostess's seemingly indifferent attitude to my party (as guests) and the rather severe tone in her remark that we would "only have one hour and fifteen minutes to eat" were rather rude.
Our waitress, Jadra (who has been an outstanding server at this location for some time) was wonderful (as always) and her demeanor compensated for all the other negatives.
I am glad that Black Angus is making it through the pandemic; but, I think that more attention needs to be given to ambiance if guests are going to need to be seated outdoors).
Oh... (and I don't mean to be critical... but) there was a party with a child who got up from their table and wandered around --- without a mask --- making annoying grunts. (Really.)
We enjoyed our time outside. Service was OK but not outstanding. The vodka tasted like gin and my steak was overcooked, but they took it back anc gave me one that was ok. The traffic noise was a bit distracting.
Food was fresh and perfectly prepared; however, one special, which lured me in, in the first place, the server knew nothing about. So, I ended up spending more on my dinner, and got a lot less food. I’ll go back again, but when I do, I’ll be sure to take a snapshot of any specials I’m offered. This time, I feel ended up for me, as a bait and switch.
I love the taste of their steaks. Still outside seating but is on the side so not much traffic sounds.

Outdoors dining is never ideal but we had a great time, good service and food was great. Our server, Justin, was very amiable and friendly.
Very good considering the circumstances, being in a parking lot and far away from bar and kitchen is challenging but they are so doing the best they can. I think that they took the time to understand and comply with current regulations and we felt safe and had a very nice dinner.
Rib eye steaks were not as good as usual
