The food was delicious. The service was just ok. The food took a bit too long to arrive. Was a bit upset at the end when I got an email saying that we were a no show for our reservation when we in fact did show up and their seem to be a mix up upon check in.

Black Angus food is delicious and the servers are attentive and polite. We choose Black Angus for special occasions, on holidays and when we get together with family. The noise level is such that you can hold a conversation at your table without having to shout at each other. We enjoy our time there very much. Thank you at Black Angus for providing such a place.

They were a bit confused on where they were seating us. When we finally got to our table it appeared to look like an emergency table set up. Not very comfortable or cozy at all. Not what I was expecting for a reservation on Valentine’s Day!

Service took too long. My appetizer was very cold. Asked for lemon in my tea and never got it. Askez for a paper napkin and never got it from my waitress, has to ask someone else. Will use Open Table app again.

It was busier than normal because it was the weekend before Valentine’s Day. So I took that into consideration, before writing about our experience. Our waitress was great. The female manager needed an attitude adjustment. I ordered my 2nd margarita via the waitress when our meal served. When I was about half way down with my food the margarita was still done. When the waitress finally served it she said she was going to ask the manager to take it off the bill. The manager said no and our waitress did not want to tell us this. My husband asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come talk to us and told the waitress, “fine, just take it off.” I saw the manager’s attitude when she was talking to another server and how she roughly grabbed the dish out of her hands to walk it over to another table. If our waitress wouldn’t have been so good I highly doubt we’d be back.

Service was excellent! We had the ribeye which was cooked to order with garlic butter topping. Could have had better flavor but the topping really helped! Steak was tender. Twin lobsters were delicious! Tasty, tender and melt in your mouth delicious! Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis!

My $38 ribeye steak was over-cooked. They said it would take 15 min. to replace it. My date said she wouldn't eat until I had my dinner, so I sucked it up and ate it.

They should have made it in 5 minutes, or offered to replace both. They didn't even comp the bill at all.

That's poor customer service and poor management.

Come here often for the dinner for two. Husband loves the salmon and I usually order the filet mignon medium and have never been disappointed. Ask for dressing on the side if ordering a salad unless you like a lot of dressing and the ranch tastes really good. Love their bread.

We arrived later in the evening for a 9:15 PM reservation. Our waitress (Christin) was so pleasant and helpful. Even though the restaurant closed before we were finished, we never felt rushed to leave. The staff waited patiently for us to finish our meal! Thank-you so much to the wonderful staff for making our New Years Eve dinner memorable!

I had the short ribs this time, and they were great. Slow cooked in a herb and wine sauce, the meat was super tender. Was served on bed of real mashed potatos.
My wife had the Teriyaki sirloin steak, which was cooked perfectly to medium rare. Our waitress was attentive and very nice, even on a busy New Years eve.

Black Angus servers are always competent and courteous. The food is what my relatives like and expect to find there. I had a great Cobb salad with try-tip and a great glass of merlot. Life is good when seating is assured on a holiday night, then an affordable dinner follows.

After we were seated, we asked to be moved to another table and still have the same waiter. Our request was granted and we moved table. The reason for the move was because there was a family who let their children run through the aisles and all around. This was happening while we were waiting to be seated also. I felt that the Manager should have asked the parents to please seat their children as this was inconsiderate to the waiter, waitress's and other patrons.

We like this restaurant because it is close by and has good pricing for meals, overall a great value. We also receive points for dining at this place because we belong to the IHG rewards points program, so it adds to our convenient list of go-to places.
