the filet steak is not too back but the lobster tail not too fresh, I hope you are will try make it better for the lobster tail thank you.
The waitress was very helpful and worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable.

Food was good for the price. The food could come out little faster.
Wad a little disappointed with the portions for the price. Also didn't think it was worth it using my free birthday meal coupon up to 20.99 with barely any options for a steak dinner and having to pay more. We spent way more then we wanted and expected to. Also ask for a quiet table got sat in back corner bit another gentlemen was seated there then many more came after was quite noisy
Paying a premium for lunch on Sat and Sun for a family of 7 was expensive. Our granddaughter's steak had some bluish coloration on it, so it had to be re-ordered, and the rest of us were nearly finished by the time she got her meal again. My chicken burger was sadly disappointing: not very tasty for a thick breast with 2 strips of bacon. We enjoyed celebrating my birthday with 2 cowboy cookies, but the bill was wrong with extra charges for 2 drinks and a steak dinner. Then it took 4 times to correct it. Our waitress was attentive and apologetic, although quite busy with other tables.

*The waitress seemed fake & unhappy.
*They didn't have the cut I wanted to ordered, she offered me a different cut (More Expensive) she didn't make the adjustment eventhough they didn't have what I wanted.
*I had to ask for courtesy bread, when they usually serve it as soon as you sit down.
*No one picked up our empty dishes after we finished eating, I had to ask for it...
*No water refills...
Great cocktails, Nice ambiance, reserved with open table and were seated as soon as we walked in, not bad for last minute date night.
I made a reservation at 7:45pm. I still had to wait till 8:05pm for seating. After We ordered foods. It took about 45 min for the main course to came out. The foods was just ok. The service wasn’t that good. I asked for A1 steak sauce , he took it from the next table. While people still eating and still need the A1 steak sauce. This is my first time try at Angus steakhouse. I always go to Red Loster. Well next time I will go to Red Lobster rather then go to Angus steakhouse.
Great! I'm glad BA allowed reservations on Valentine night. No price rack-ups like other restaurants on this special night.
We have been coming here from South San Jose for all family celebrations for years and have always had great meals and excellent service. Came for Valentines Dinner and the New York steak was so full of gristle that I couldn’t eat it. I understand that it was a very busy night but the wait for a table was terrible. Had reservations and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get a table. Server was nice but couldn’t keep up with the crowd and had to wait 1/2 hour to get our dessert which the cake tasted old. We then had to wait another 1/2 hour to get our check. We won’t be coming here on special occasions and hope that the quality of meat has not change as we well then have to decide to go somewhere else.
Ruined my family's Valentine's Day Dinner and was over priced for extremely poor made food and the host was rude as hell
Food was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Server was friendly and caring. Overall a very good dining experience. Would highly recommend.

I had registered on their website for a coupon via email for a free birthday dinner. The coupon didn’t arrive in time so we decided to go anyways . When we got there I mentioned that I didn’t receive the coupon and the waiter said it would be ok and that he was going to take care of it. So we (6) people ordered steaks. 4 of us had the rib-eye steaks. The steaks came out over cooked and very tough and were as thin as paper. The worst part was that the food for the quality was overpriced. At the end of the meal the waiter told us that he could not give me the free meal because I needed the coupon. In any event, I would not recommend BA, the food was bad, false promises by the waiter and it was way over priced for a thin piece of leathery steak. I will spread the word to my friends and family to avoid BA at all costs.

Mixed appetizer was excellent. As well as the Salmon. The fillet was a bit on the chewy side.

Ny Steak was great and the wagon Wheel appetizer is a great way to start the meal. Then the fudge cake with ice cream and hot fudge at the end, nice

We received average service (a bit slow). The crew seemed to be all very new and not organized. The food was very average. I haven't been to a Black Angus in a while, and was a bit disappointed.
Slow service. When asked for a plate to share hot food a chilled plate was brought out. Never came back to check on us. Bad experience all together
I was quite disappointed with the braised short ribs. Priced at $29, I was not expecting the fatty-ness that I was served. I don't mind paying more for quality but in this case it just was not there.
Pleasantly surprised by their lunch menu, nice selection and food was of high quality.

We went to celebrate a birthday dinner and received excellent service. We were greeted and seated right away and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
It was New Years ‘ eve and we were seated about 30 minutes past reservation time. Overall the experience was good and will return to this location again.
Food was cold,some over done ,some not done at all ,not eben got ar veggies and when we did they where not cooked at all .like they through them in for a second to warm .we where 6 people .dissapointed

Bathrooms for a supposed to high end place where so disgusting .dirty ,old ,very outdated ,will not go to this one again ,until there will be some upgrad done and changes on preparing the Food .
Overall the food and service was good. I was disappointment that they had Chief specials on the board had Coconut Cake, but when I was ready to order it they said they didn't have it. I told the waiter that they should have taken it off the board. I notice they change the molasses bread, it is not as good as it use to be, it more doughy. I ordered the artichoke hearts and the heart part seem to be missing which is usually the best part. It look like someone took that heart part out of the artichoke before delivering it to us. I regret ordering it, I wanted to tell the waiter but he seemed to occupied and very busy based upon the amount of people in the restaurant that night. I should've taken a picture of it. I guess this will be learning experience for me not ordering it here ever again.
Our family members like this restaurant very much, will go again in near future.
I live in Sunnyvale and I drive to Milpitas to eat at this Black Angus. The food and service is consistent in this location. Always good. Thank you.

We had our group holiday luncheon. The server was great and made the day entertaining. The food was good and they worked with us on letting the group do our activities of gift giving.
We had a server and for the love of god I cannot remember his name. He was the most attentive server we have ever had.
I haven't eaten here for awhile because they raised the price and the portions have been reduced. I came back because of their prime rib. Food was pretty good but less than before. I don't plan to return in the near future.
Nice food and service as always. Every time we go dine Black Angus has new items on the menu.
