As always the steaks are perfectly prepared and the waitresses are amazing. The bread was pretty hard and who runs out of croutons! The ambiance is lack luster and really could use some TLC. Especially since you pay and good amount for the food. Oh yeah, I go here at least once every two weeks and love it. So I am being honest in hopes that management will see and work on those few things!
Very efficient and personable.. every visit.. excellent waitress, waiters and front desk people... managers are awesome and caring! Always .. refer friends and family to Lancaster Calif.. Black Angus.. or any Black Angus..restaurants they all have a 10 rating with us! Good job corporate office in your fine selection of great workers!

I ordered the ribeye steak. It was delicious. For my side dishes I ordered the steak soup and mc n cheese, both tasted good. The waitress was very attentive and the service was outstanding.

Our waitress Miranda was AMAZING! She was responsible for all of the tables due to COVID-19 and she did not miss a beat. Cheerful and prompt. My filet was undercooked and I sent it back to be cooked more, it wasn’t, hence the 4 out of 5. Other than that it was great. I just brought the filet home and I’ll put some fire on it and have it for lunch!

BBQ ribs were very dry and seemed to be reheated. Bacon, Avocado, chicken sandwich was very good. Steak quesadilla was boring. Three people in our party and only gave us 2 paper menus. When I requested a third menu for our 90 year old mother I was told the manager told the servers to only give one menu per table to save printing costs!!!
The food just doesn’t taste the same and they replaced the wings with some dried out chicken tenders.

Our server was friendly and upbeat, she made us feel welcome. The food was good and came when we wanted it. She checked with us while we dined , but not too much.

With the onset of covid and this being one of the first encounters I’ve had dining in for sometime, it was very good overall. The steaks were cooked to perfection, although potato skins were a bit dry. Over heated. Our waiter was amazing and kept the drinks coming without concern.
It was nice to finally be able to sit down and eat dinner. My wife and I missed Black Angus. The staff was really nice a usual and looked to be happy to be back at work. It was also nice with the limited seating, felt nice and private.

The experience was great. Service was A-1, and the food was exceptional.
The only problem was a table of six or seven adults who were extremely loud.
This was still a very nice experience, as it was the first Friday Night Dinner Date for my husband and I, since the Covid pandemic hit everyone.
Everything was great except the drinks felt like they skipped on some alcohol
We showed up at 6:30 and left at 8. Service was slower but we were dining outside. Food was great!
Ordered the top sirloin, as we always have, for many at the table. Was horrible, completely raw, chewy, couldn't even cut it with knife. The waiter was wonderful though, not his fault they switched meat companies and the cooks don't know what to do anymore.
We order the ribeye—- medium - this steak was horrible even look gray; for being a steakhouse it was bad
This was the 3rd day that they were opened for indoor dining due to the loosened COVID restrictions. Made the reservation on line but noticed that the res did NOT state indoor dining so I called the next day to be sure. We normally would go into the bar for Happy Hour then eat in the bar but they took us straight to the dining room as they did not have Happy Hour up and running yet. We ordered our drinks, service was exceptional, fast and efficient. Dana was very attentive. The dining room at 5 pm had only a few tables with customers since they were restricted to 10 percent of full capacity. We also noticed that they seemed to expect the meal would take 1 hour and 15 minutes so as to allow others to enjoy the indoor dining. I think we took 1 1/2 but nothing was said by the server and we werent rushed. I am SO glad BA made it thru the tough times and encourage you to show support by dining there. I know we'll be back!
Seems like if they left the partitions in, that would have been good enough barrier for Covid purposes. It’s more like a cafeteria now unfortunately.

It was cold and windy. There were heaters but ours was too far from the table. Our food and coffee got cold right away. We were very disappointed with the ambiance. We expected better from Black Angus.
There was no top on the canopy.
And we were seated by one of the openings. We won't be going back.
