It was a pleasant experience. Took my Mom to get a steak and she was happy with her meal and service. Our waitress was helpful and very friendly. Will go back again!

The food had a few hiccups, steak was well done rather than medium and salad was not fresh it tasted like it might have been in the fridge too long.
Our server Ben was phenomenal!!!!! He went above and beyond for us and handled every complaint with a smile.

For outside dining they did a good job of serving and bringing the entree only after we finished our salads so it was still hot. Good service and god food.

there wasn't anybody there at the time of our reservation so it was good for us during this pandemic and the service & food was Amazing ! everything was fresh and cooked how we wanted.

Have always been a fan of Black Angus and when me and my wife went there the other night it was like "Now this is the America we know and love." Food was excellent and it was kind of fun eating outdoors. Service top notch as always as well. Twin Lobsters and Prime Rib. Superb...

I always enjoy going to Black Angus. My only complaint was it was very cold since there is outdoor dining at this time. A heater or heaters would've been nice.

Was trying to do a little romantic dinner with my babies and my husband but it was way too cold. Had ordered and had to switch to “to go.” They were fine with it. Food was great do recommend. Everyone is very welcoming.

Everything was great except for the fact that they didn’t have lobster which was the one thing I actually really wanted. Nor did they have the dessert my partner wanted but other than that everything was good

Same great experience as before covid happened. Only thing is that it does get cold at night. Be advised to bring some warm clothing for this chilly nights.

Food was warm and became cold after 10 min high winds.

The way they had the seating had us out in the wind. no heater near us.

Your rating would have been higher except for the fact that we received 5 sets of dirty eating utensils, they came to the table with all sorts of food stuck to them . I have never eaten at your establishment before where the level of service and cleanliness was so poor.

I wasn't to pleased with the waiter service my reservation was at 7:45 I understand you guys close that 9 I thought that was being rushed I felt when I was asking for stuff thatthat I was almost like a nuisance I really love Black Angus but the way I was treated that day are actually that night was not a damn good experience as far as recommending my friends family members to Black Angus I definitely will but the one in Lakewood I will really question

I took my boyfriend here for our Valentine’s Day dinner and was so disappointed in the plates. We got the Valentine’s Day dinner which I feel we got robbed of our money. I’m not the type of customer to ever not pay for something we didn’t like but We will just not return. The Valentine’s Day dinner was not worth our money. Steak and lobster tail were extremely small, for it being an $50 plate. Not considering going back. This ruined our day.

It was do nice to be out George are server was fantastic..the good was awesome cannot wait to find again ..

Had reservations but they were unwilling to accommodate us. Seems like they weren’t really wanting to help us just we’re happy for us to leave

The restaurant had no outdoor heaters. It was windy and cold. The steak got cold. Took desert home to eat due to discomfort of area without heaters. Would not recommend outdoor dining here.

Outside dining with not enough heaters available cold not able to enjoy food

It was ok eating outside. Chilly but the server moved one of the heaters right by our table which was great.
Food was plenty, good tasting. Carrot cake was excellent.

Needless to say, having to eat filet mignon outside was not ideal. After messing up our reservation and finally getting seated inside the protected area, things went well. The food was great as usual, just had to eat fast before it got cold. But we gave it a try as it was a son's birthday and we always go there for dinner. Always recommend Black Angus, but will wait to be able to eat inside again.

The problem was the time waiting for food, seemed over an hour.

I am so happy that Black Angus is open again. I have always enjoyed my dining experiences at this location.

They are doing the best they can with outdoor dining. The food is their usual good quality and the servers are working very hard. I will be returning soon.

Their service was great. Their food was delivered hot and on time. The Prime Rib was perfect. Everything was very good. This place did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Thanks, to the Black Angus Steakhouse.

The salad was brown and wilted. The steak was over cooked. The service was good though.

The service was very good, the food was delicious but the steak was a little chewy. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were AMAZING. The strawberry lemonade is my favorite from anywhere else I've tried. My only complain is that it was cold (not the food). It was really foggy and cold when I went and we were not seated near a heater or anything so it was pretty chilly. If you go on a night that is cold, I highly suggest to take a warm jacket. Although my husband and I were both wearing sweaters and were still cold.
