Our waiter Endre was superb! Even though his section was packed and he had a lot of people to wait on he still made us feel appreciated and took great care of us. He was very patient, kind, and proactive. I will always remember to ask for him when coming to this location. He made our night and deserves a huge raise! I can’t even express how totally satisfied our experience was! Thank you Endre!

Personnel waiting tables need to be more responsive more service oriented. Your coffee cups are too small. However, we really enjoy Black Angus. Thank you.

Ben provided great service. The tables were distanced well and the food was very hot and served quickly. The manager came to greet us and ask how the meal was at the end of the evening which is always appreciated. I would definitely return.

New Zealand rack of lamb was absolutely delicious (as always) and that is what brought us in to restaurant! Grilled artichoke appetizer, wedge salads, au gratin potatoes, molasses bread were all delicious. Had beer instead of wine and that was Super cold and refreshing!! Service from Ben was great!!
Ordered 8oz filet mignon and another person in my party ordered the 6oz filet mignon, both well done. When meal came both steaks were the same size with mine actually being thinner. The manager came and said he would personally take care of the matter. He later came back with what had to be at least a 12oz piece of meat that was topped with a huge flat circle of unmelted jalapeno butter on top (odd that it was not melting when the jalapeno butter for the first small steak was served in a small dish pre-melted). So he asked if that steak was better and from looking at it, I replied that it was. We were dining outside and within 2 minutes of me having the new steak, I noticed the manager get into a big white and leaving. I then sliced a piece and ate it, but it was tough. I took another slice and it was even more tough and I noticed that it was some other type of meat, NOT filet mignon. I had 2 other people in my party try the steak and they agreed that it was NOT the texture of filet mignon. I then noticed that the meat was not pink at all in the center, but the 6 oz filet mignon that was also served well done was, as filet mignon would be, still pinkish in the center even though it was well done. How could that be possible that there was no pink at all in this 1.5" thick 12oz looking piece of meat that was supposed to be filet mignon??? The item was removed from our bill, but I left very unhappy with the experience!!! It was a ruined Easter Sunday dinner.
The appetizers, entrees and desserts are all delicious. The ambience is very nice and the service is always good.
waiting to be service more than 15min, requested water, he kept forgetting, table setting no salt,pepper, when water glasses were empty didnt bother to fill them, 1st time not good service we were regulars for many yrs.
Went with my mom and two daughters the day before Easter. We made reservations! We had the best waiter and the best experience ever. From the drinks, to the Appetizers, to the dinner and dessert, everything was outstanding! The quality is still there after all these years. They were well organized and everything was run very smoothly. I’ve been back to a few restaurants since Covid and this Black Angus by far exceeded my expectations. Exceptional experience!!!!!!!!’
Before Covid, the steaks were a better quality, including the meal. The quality of the meat and meals need to be better.

This trip, the food was kind of sub-par. Our steaks were just ok. Kind of fatty, and not much flavor like usual. I had grilled shrimp, and they were terrible!! So dried out, and flavorless. The wedge salad, even though it is a premium side that they charge extra for was very small (much smaller than it used to be), with very little blue cheese.
The service however, was outstanding! Our server, Emmi, was so friendly and personable. She really made the the whole dining experience
We were very happy with our Dining Experience. The seating was every other boot and tables no more that six people allowed.
The Server was very good and nice. He knew the menu well and was helpful at all times.
I ordered the Salmon, I asked for Tartar sauce, they didn't have any, nor did they have 1000 island dressing. Don't serve sea food, if you don't have Tartar sauce.

It was a great experience for our first venture eating out since indoor dining was allowed. We had a reservation for 6, but they also counted our infant who was in the carrier who made our party 7. They split us between two tables, so just know going in that you have the proper count, and even infants need to be counted. They are not allowed to seat more than 6 per table under the current rules.
I love that the meal can come with salad, good blue cheese dressing, and vegetable and the bread is a winner!

We asked for ranch dressing, the server never brought it. Finally came to advise his shift was over, provided check and noted we would have a new server. After 30 minutes and no one ever coming to our table to check in, we eventually had the ask the bus person and hostess to please have someone come to our table with to go boxes and to collect the check; which was another 10 min wait. My husbands food was good, but my cut of the NY 12 oz steak was a bit tough. We will not be returning to the Lakewood location
Customer service was great, good food restaurant was not overcrowded. Taking safety precautions for the covid 19.
Generally the food, atmosphere and service is great, this time however was the exception. We were seated in an area where the server had only 6 tables. It took over 20 minutes for her to come to the table and ask for our drink order. After the food was served, she never came back to see if everything was ok or if we needed our drinks refilled. We had to ask 3 times for a to go container. When she gave us the check to pay, she did not even leave a pen to sign the credit card receipt.

Really, Great food and Service under the circumstances. Covid rules were followed, advance Reservations Required. We enjoyed our dinner and felt very SAFE

The server did not specify eack steak was $24.99?! I ened up paying $110 for 2 dinners! Very disappointed. And the steak were tiny!? Also lobster tails very small.

Food was good service was good
Food was mostly very good as usual. Only issue with the food quality was with the kids grilled cheese which we returned as both my boys wouldn’t eat as the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted to which the server replied ‘’yeah that happens a lot’’. I think it was taken off the bill but I really didn’t notice as by the time I left I was quite upset. My wife and I ordered the campfire feast for 2 and both opted for the prime rib. We notified the server we would like the upgraded size from the included 8oz to the 12 as we always do. Some how the server rang it in as 2 individual 24oz meals. Throughout service you could tell our server was overwhelmed and quite visibly upset when we or surrounding tables would ask for things. Once our entrees arrived I noticed it was a much larger steak than I ordered or cared for. I tried waiting to notify the server but it was close to 10 minutes before he finally checked back. We decided to just go ahead and eat but that was made even more difficult as we were left with a 2inch thick piece of meat to cut with dull steak knives. I had to hold my wife’s steak with my hand to cut the thickness in half so it could be enjoyed. Then comes time for the bill! It was roughly $50 more than it should have been b/c of the server error. I notify him and he went to get that fixed. At this point we’re like 5 minutes into asking for the bill. My wife takes my kids 2 little ones to the car as they’re getting restless. He returns with the check but only one of the entrees is fixed. Leaves and is gone another 5 or so at which point I get a call from my wife to let me know my special needs son is having a meltdown and we gotta go. Eventually I have to go find him and finally get the bill corrected and able to leave like 15 minutes after initial asking for it.
