Me and my GF come here to celebrate our birthdays and we also tell others about this being one of our favorite local restaurants. We love this place and the great service we receive.
We had a party of five for Sunday lunch. Our server Irene was amazing! We ordered 2 campfire grill specials and everything was tasty and delicious. The pri.e.rib and topsirloin were so tender, the melted in your mouth! The chicken and baby back ribs were flavorful and juicy. We will definitely be back.
Everything was good, except that the floor on the bar was full of water, And one of your employees could have an accident, Shame on you! Besides that, The dinner time was excellent! Thank you

Black Angus - has never failed me as a go to Thanksgiving day Resturant - just make sure to go early and to make a reservation - It was nice to see the restaurant full again - Service was impeccable even though there were busy

We went for Thanksgiving lunch. We kept our expectations in check, knowing Covid restrictions and lack of staffing likely to play a part.
We were pleasantly surprised. Our food was tasty and came hot. Our server was nervous and obviously new but kind and attentive. Everything was clean, no complaints. And $25 for turkey dinner sans family drama? Count me in!

The service was bad. Our drinks weren't refilled often enough. The entree came out before one salad. The others had to wait for their salads. The steaks were getting cold. Awful experience. I realize it was busy and the waitress seemed stressed.

Have not been to Black Angus since was before the pandemic . It was just as good as I remembered! I noticed the prices were up , but they are up everywhere. We had a great server.
Excellent quality food! My husband loves all their steaks & love the grilled shrimp with garlic butter dip. We always get the sampler appetizer platter with the best cucumber dip! I like we can make a reservation and know we don’t have to wait more than 15 minutes. The servers are all professional & they’re friendly! It’s a little pricey, but the western atmosphere and newly designed seating make it worth paying a bit more. Can’t wait to go back!
Our server was very friendly, came back multiple times BUT was misinformed about coupons. I showed her my coupon, she took the code then our order. After we ate she informs us that she didn't realize the coupon was good for our order. We had to pay full price and the manager refused to do anything about it. We weren't too pleased. If we had known, we would have order differently.
This is by far our fave Black Angus. Every once in a while we’ll crave the food and we won’t go to any other Black Angus. Great service along with great food.

I got early to my reservation and got my table and ordered with my family. Waited 2 hrs at my table expecting my food to come by, I thought since one of my members ordered a steak that maybe that was the reason for the delay. Sadly somehow my ticket number for our food got “lost” between the waiter and chef and we didn’t receive our meal. We just ended up leaving. Never will I try to eat here again. Service is horrible.
Salad n soup great but our steak was rough hard to cut , did not enjoy it keep in mind I ordered medium rare should have been easy to slice up

We weren’t seated until 15 minutes after our reservation time. Service was horrible. Food was not great.
Service was excellent. Reservation through Open Table was easy and accurate. Food was outstanding as usual. And coupons for trio meal and free birthday cowboy cookies helped.
No waiting and nice booth. Waiter was absolutely fantastic. Anticipated our every need and checked on us often. We loved everything we ordered and plan to return the next time they have such a great special.
Server was amazing. My son's steak tasted a bit overly charbroiled. Other than that, everything was great!
We like your food and service but the place feels like a mortuary. It has the COVID danger feel and this must keep the people away. We know of other restaurants of similar quality that have an inviting feel, more patrons and follow all the protocols.
THe Server we had needs to be trained further. Reception staff had no clue, would rather take a complex phone order rather than seat customers with reservations. This was our experience on a Tuesday at 4:30 PM. Not sure if we will ever return!
Our server, Sara, was the best! She was attentive and ensured our orders were timely. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy the great food and drinks. P.s. prickly pear margaritas were awesome!
Excellent service from the time we walked in the door. Hostess was very friendly. Our server, Ben J (?) was awesome and very attentive without being in our face. Glad to be able to go back to a restaurant that was able to keep it’s standards post Covid.
You need to make reservations, they will ask you when you arrive. And you must wear a mask. If you don't have a "smart phone" you can ask for a paper menu. Dinner for two was $85.00. I really miss the weekly lunch with the coupon deals. Dinner was good. Service was very good, Ask for "Ben". He will take care of your dinner needs.
Upon entering the restaurant I was immediately greeted by two young women, ask how many was in our party and within two minutes were seated at in a booth. Our server came up within about five minutes took our drink orders and ask us if we like any appetizers. Our server brought us our drinks and within 10 minutes we had our appetizers and placed our order for our entrées. Our drinks for a couple the server checked back frequently to see if there was anything that we might need. Within five minutes of finishing the appetizers our entrées were brought to our table.
We ordered the loaded baked potato skins for appetizer they were made to perfection they were not too hot or too cold just the perfect temperature for eating. They were quite delicious!
For our entrée we both ordered the ribeye steaks with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The ribeye steaks were a little disappointing due to the fact they were thinly cut although they were cooked to the perfect medium rare and medium well I was still a little disappointed. Both of the side dishes were very good.
Outside of the restaurant as you approach there was no trash or rubbish outside it was a very clean. Upon entering the waiting area was very clean and the seating was ample. The bar was exceptionally clean. The ladies restroom was clean and well stocked. The dining area it was a very clean and everything was proper for COVID-19 rules and regulations. All staff were wearing masks although from what I’ve seen of the wait staff, servers, hostesses and the manager no one was wearing gloves.
I have to say the service was absolutely on point!!!

I was celebrating my birthday. They didn’t cook my steak how I wanted it. I sent it back the recooked the same steak I sent backed over cooked that one. I asked for a fresh steak to be cooked they brought me a different cut of steak that was dry and very overcooked.
Don’t bother making a reservation. You’ll wait 30-45 mins anyways.
My wife and I had a very nice dinner and the service was OK but I guarantee we will be back again very soon
