Well I wanted to take my mommy out to eat before mother's day. This is one of her favorite places to eat, & I haven't been able to since the virus spread. She's very happy, food was delicious,the front man was very nice, & our waitress was just wonderful. Thank you.

The food was bad! My daughter’s, a 12 year old filet mignon was burnt outside and inside was super red. I had to ask for a redo.

The server and manager did not acknowledge the offer as given and accepted on this reservation and acted ignorant snd the manager hovered over me with a threatening tone, asking me to make my choices quickly. I objected and he walked away. The server started to take regular price choices. I walked out and showed the offer to the manager on the way out and he encouraged me to leave. Major price difference between offer and menu.
Were seated immediately. Our waiter was very attentive. Food was excellent. Felt very comfortable for my first time indoor dining this year
Endre, our server, was top notch! It’s one thing to have great food, but to also have an amazing server combined with that is short of nothing. We had an excellent meal and enjoyed our visit to Black Angus Steakhouse and will look forward to going again when we visit LA.

Ok, we got set rather quickly and ordered or appetizers and drinks. ONE appetizer came out, but not the other. Then the drinks came out except for one. The martini was good, but we ordered a strawberry lemonade as well and it too OVER AN HOUR before they got it out to us. After the first appetizer was done, the second came out. A table had been set to our left about 5-7 minutes after we set down, and their appetizers came out and their food came out before our second appetizer came out. Then the food finally showed up. It was good, except the chicken was over cooked and inedible. We finally complained to the waitress and she seemed unbothered by it, maybe because the table of the other side of us had small children who were running around the restaurant. The manager came out to talk to them, yet didn't stop by out table. We ordered desert (they did comp a desert for dinner taking so long) and the waitress came out a few minutes later and said out to go desert order would be ready in a few minutes. We hadn't ordered it to go. Over all, a crappy experience and we probably won't go back there.
The food was blain. Service was great. I just didn't like how the charged me for bbq sauce and didn't tell me they charge.

Always have had great service at this location, it is the reason I continue to go back. Food is awesome and the servers are always so nice and welcoming.
We had reservations and had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated. Our food was cold, one of the stakes was really cold. My salad was so dry lettuce looked like it had been sitting out for hours I wasn't able to eat it, it just looked old.
Our server was not the best. He came to our table 3 times during our 2 hour dinner (5 people). He never took our dirty appetizer dishes from the table. We never had refills (our lemonade) we all ordered lemonade and water and we finished the lemonade and the water, we had to share one of the waters to finish eating the steak. He brought the refills during my last steak bite. He again, did not take any of the empty glasses from the table and now we had bread plate, 4 empty butter container, 5 empty glasses of lemonade, 5 empty water glasses, the two finished large appetizer plates and my salad plate and 3 member of my party had finished eating their steak. He just dropped off the drinks and walked away. Our server was very standoffish, every time i tried to find him he would never looked our way. At fist i thought it was our table only, but i noticed the tables around me looked super full with dirty dishes and empty glasses.
To top if off, when we were leaving one of the servers was outside in his car smoking pot. We were parked next to him, his car was full of smoke and he walked out and walked in the restaurant smelling like pot.
We were celebrating my two nieces acceptance to UCs and it was not a good dinner experience. I will not go back to that location again the service needs to get better.

Black Angus was a great first dine in date. The food was delicious and high quality and the staff was extremely friendly. It was very easy to make a reservation online, and it was nice not having to wait over an hour like other restaurants that are not taking reservations. I highly recommend for dates and special occasions or just to enjoy a good steak.

The waitress didn't acknowledge me. I asked where do I sign in she had an attitude and rudely told me you have to check in and go outside. She didn't not make eye contact she's very rude. And I was told that my Open Table was ready and then was told it wasn't ready and then the waitress was about to give it away to another person with the same name without acknowledging that I checked in.There was no eye contact her voice was very rude and I wasn't rude to her she just was rude to me. They need to train their workers to acknowledge our customers when they come in and check the reservation time and ask for ID or something.
Our food was excellent & our waiter had excellent service. All the staff was friendly & helpful.
We ordered a prefixed dinner, which included an appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 dessert and 2 drinks and it was all wonderful! We have a very pleasant dinner. It was a great feeling to be able to dine inside again. The staff was friendly and it was obvious that extra precautions were taken to keep everyone safe and the everything clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We look forward to paying a visit back very soon!

Our waiter Endre was superb! Even though his section was packed and he had a lot of people to wait on he still made us feel appreciated and took great care of us. He was very patient, kind, and proactive. I will always remember to ask for him when coming to this location. He made our night and deserves a huge raise! I can’t even express how totally satisfied our experience was! Thank you Endre!

Ben provided great service. The tables were distanced well and the food was very hot and served quickly. The manager came to greet us and ask how the meal was at the end of the evening which is always appreciated. I would definitely return.
