Good and service was good but it took over 2 hours. Usually they are much faster
Previously written but deleted before I could submit.
Green beans were very under cooked and steak was not grilled to medium. It was more like medium/rare.
Great service and grate food!
I have always enjoyed going to Black Angus for absolutely excellent food! The atmosphere and ambiance is always wonderful until you all started singing the Birthday thing ☹️ it really cheapens the ambiance it makes me feel like I’m at Chuck E Cheese . If I could change anything about the restaurant it would be to stop the singing give them a free slice of cake bring the restaurant back to the good quality name that it has always had!
Roy makes the dining experience terrific
Always a fine meal
As always excellent night. Only thing we missed was our usual server, Roy Cook. Roy knows what we want without asking, he is always courteous, friendly, accurate, very caring and such a joy. Roy is the standard by which all servers should be trained and critiqued. Our server, Tamara, was great. We immediately knew that she was Roy trained. Another great experience for us at Black Angus.
It was good but I mistakenly left a special cup there. When I went to retrieve it, it was gone. I’m so disappointed that one of the workers took it or did it turn it in.
Easy onlin reservation. Good food and server was attentive.
Reliable basic foods. Slightly over-priced for small steaks, but good.
We decided to strap on the proverbial feed bag and eat what I call a bit high on the hog. We had 6 oz. filets with baked potato and a salad. I always ask for mine Blue rare and after a bit of back and forth with the waitress (she said she doesn't cook the steaks - geez, really??) we got our dinner and it was excellent. With a $12 glass of 9 oz. wine the bill came to $70. Not cheap eats by any means, but for4 a nice steak a couple of times a year, I recommend it.
From the time we arrived until the time we left everything was wonderful.... we had a waitress her name was Patti she was perfect !!!!
She listen to everything we wanted her timing on serving each entrée was great .... met all our needs... very friendly
Definitely will tell our friends and will go back again
My husband and I came here when on vacation to Goodyear. The service was a little slow to start but I think our waiter was just finishing up serving a lot of tables when we sat down. We ordered a deal that serves two adults for $60. It included an appetizer and a dessert. One of the beat value dinners on our vacation! I got steak, which was cooked a perfect medium. My husband got ribs, and he said they were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. Please note, reservations are highly recommended! No matter how big or small your party, you should call for a reservation just in case.
Really hungry so I ordered the large prime rib 11/2 LB cut , was served a small cut, I told the server my order was wrong, she said she was sorry. A manager brought me another cut (wrong again) rather that try a third time I settled for what I got. The server came by and asked if we wanted more bread, we did. After a wait we asked for the again for the bread which then got. Really not at all happy with the meal.
Black Angus is our restaurant of choice for all occasions. This night our favorite server, Roy, was not working. That was the only thing missing that night was Roy. But we realize he can't work seven days a week.
Waitress Brianna was outstanding, she was very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent and was served in a timely manner.
The steak was perfect; the chef even asked my husband to cut into it and check it for wellness...perfect. My salad with filet mignon was delicious as well. The server did not check back often to fill our drinks but she was polite and helpful. We often come here because the food is great!
It was great as usual
It’s my favorite place to eat out
Good food, nice reasonable priced steakhouse, friendly staff
Our server was Tia. She was an excellent server. Food was all prepared well. Service was prompt and meal delivery was timed perfectly. Quality of food was very good. We were very happy with our meals.
Food & service was great.
The quality of the food was very poor. Would never go there again
We brought a friend to celebrate her visit for the week. She totally loved the food and setting. We said she would. We will continue to bring any of our friends here without hesitation. Our waitress, Patty, treats us superbly.
Early lunch offers a quiet place for people with hearing aides. Service was terrific.
Food was extremely good. Atmosphere was great. Service was average! Overall good place for dinner.
Excellent food and attentive staff. Waited in bar 25 minutes after reservation time, but worth the wait.
The location was crowded when we arrived, but luckily we used Open Table to make a reservation for 6:30 pm. We got to the restaurant at 6:15 pm and checked in...We were told that we would have a table at 6:30. We went to the bar and were lucky to find two spots in the middle of the bar. We sat there for 11 minutes before anyone of the two bartenders addressed us...We'll be right with you. From the time we got there to the time we were seated at 6:55 pm, I checked with the host stand three times on the status on my 6:30 reservation. After being seated, we were placed at a table that faced another table..dinner and a show. We got to watch the other table eat their food...Yum! At that point we said we didn't want our date night ruined any more and left for another restaurant. We left two have finished glasses of wine at the table and walked out.
This was my first visit to Black Angus Steakhouse. The place was alright, the atmosphere is nice. We, my date and I, decided to try this restaurant because we had a coupon. I feel that when our server was informed of the coupon she made some assumptions that resulted in less than the best service. This may be my own assumptions, but I would be disappointed if the level of service we received was the standard in this restaurant considering the menu and atmosphere. My steak, ordered to be served medium, was charred on all the edges. I cannot count this as one of the better steaks I've had in my life. I would not go back, nothing about the experience had a positive impact on my date night evening.
We were able to make a reservation so we only waited a few minutes instead of 55.
We have gone to Black Angus for over 12 years and have never had a bad meal, not bad service.
Keep up the good work.
We each had the sirloin + prawns with 2 sides. We each had enough leftover for lunch the next (which was our plan, by the way.) The steak was ver y flavorful and done exactly as we wished.
Enjoyed the best steaks in the area.
My husband and I come all the time. We love the prime rib. However, on this occasion my husband and I order the cowboy prime rib. By the time we trimmed off all the fat we was left with 8 to 10 oz of meat. We paid for cowboy not the 8-10 oz.
Will not be coming back any time soon
Great service thanks ladies.
The food was great as always and the staff was very attentive. This place has been a "go to" place for a good evening out or special occasion.
Came on Valentines with our girls. The food was delicious & service was great. I believe it’s the manager that came by & brought our girls red balloons. Last time we were here he brought out extra sprinkles on their ice cream sundaes, very family friendly!
This was a Valentine's Day event that included a first time date. We had reservations for 6:30pm, but got there early to enjoy a glass of wine, during Happy Hour, prior to enjoying dinner. Once seated at the bar, we asked what the house Cabernet was, and was told there was no Happy Hour on Valentine's Day, since it was a holiday. When questioned about which holiday, we were informed that it was Valentine's Day. Not in my short term of life on this planet have I ever heard of Valentine's Day as being a holiday. When asked, I was told, some people consider it a holiday banks and Post Offices are closed on holidays. They are not closed on Valentine's Day. So, the bottom line, they stopped serving Happy Hour drink prices, knowing the restaurant would be full of people celebrating Valentine's Day, and able to charge regular prices to increase their bottom line for the day. Very poor customer consideration. Will probably not go there for any special occasion since it might be labeled a HOLIDAY.
Our food was good, our server, Tamara, was excellent.
Even with the good food and service, left with a bad taste in our mouth!
