One of the filets ordered came raw instead of medium well. When we alerted the server she had the filet put on a dirty bread plate and taken to the back to be recooked. The recipient was so disgusted he didn’t even finish his dinner. Service was also very slow and the restaurant was over half empty.

Food was very good, waitress was very good but the Ambiance was less then expected for a open table seating. My wife had to move there different chairs around from tables to get one that wasn't wobbly. Need to get a carpenter in to strengthen the chairs before some one collapse 's on one of them and gets hurt. Especially one of us older folks.

We had a reservation for 730p, we were not seated until 2100 or 2130. A man behind us, complained loudly to the manager and therefore was seated before us. Mind you, I did not want to do as he did because I did not want to upset our mother. It was unfair of the manager to seat them first while we patiently and quietly waited.

Just a bad overall experience made a reservation which obviously didn’t matter had to wait over an hour to get seated then we get put in the back in a crappie table next to the staff kitchen entrance and over payed for a thin crappie piece of meat which they called a steak would not recommend this place especially on any holiday or occasion all you’ll be doing is setting yourself up for frustration and disappointment

Have eaten here many times. This time was for Mother's Day and it was really crowded both with reservations and drop-ins. Our reservations were at 6:15 and we were seated at 7:15. I have never had to wait a full hour to be seated when I had reservations. The people at the front were very nice and were doing their best to deal with the situation and the occasional angry person. They even brought around appetizers. They should have anticipated the crowd and probably should have told some of the drop-ins that they couldn't be seated that night. There, as to be expected, many large groups to accommodate.
The food was good as always and the servers / staff were very nice.

You want good service and bang for the buck this is the place. But if you are in a rush give yourself extra time on holidays like mothers day. But even then this is your best bet. Thank you Alice

Took my mom out for mothers day. Made a reservation for 6pm and did not get seated till 7pm. Dining room Is optimal for 35 guests per hour and they had open table set to accept 50 guests per hour, causing to over book the dining room.

We made reservations for 5:30 Sunday Mother's Day. Had to wait over an hour for our table. Sad when you have to wait over an hour even when reservations are made

We had a great time considering our food was not what we ordered. We realize it was Mother’s Day so we did not expect it to be perfect. Everyone did a great job. Waitress was great. Thanks for a great dinner

we had reservations for 3:30. We both ordered prime rib with potato and veggies. Forty minutes later we still had no meal. Yes it was Mother's Day and the place was filled. but no need to wait that long. Did some have to go to the field to catch a steer? When the meal finally came, my meat was a New York strip instead of prime Potato was cold, and the broccoli was not even cooked. And Yea, The meal was deducted from the check, but the idea was- one meal took too long and then it was wrong. Used to be our favorite place to celebrate special occasions, but not any more.

Food was lousy tasting. They forgot my baked potato so I had nothing to hold me over but didn't realize until later when I was hungry. Waitress was terrible. Bus boy was excellent. Manager Alice was nice. Eat there often but special occasions aren't really worth going there anymore let alone just eating. Might be time to find a new place. Kid plate was set in front of 2 year old so hot you couldn't touch it. Offered nothing for our worst experience there yet.

First time here, and I am happy I came here for dinner. Food was perfect the waitress we had was super nice, even though it was busy she still came around to check up on us that we were doing good. Yes first time but not that last. I recommend this place to anyone and bring the kids, they will like it to.

Steak, Salad, AuGratin Potatoes were all very good, however, the Lobster Tails were overcooked (my wifes was very tough). Seated us in a booth right up front, as result it was a little noisy. Definitely will return, but we will not sit up front and if we have Lobster Tails, will request that they are not overcooked. On my last visit the LTs were fine. Anyway, if it wasn't for the LTs and the booth location, I may have given a 5 versus 4 star rating.

This use to be my all time favorite place to go but the last 2 times we've been there the food has taken an extra long time to arrive and by the time we start eating everything is cold. The baked potato was so under cooked. I would think they could see when the butter doesn't melt the potato isn't done. The taste is great on the food but it's to bad they can't get it to you when it's still hot.

This was our first time here, it was a very nice experience. The food was great! My husband had the ribs and I had the NewYork Strip, with the garlic and herb butter. Yum yum!

Great server, bread was good, food was delicious. Decent pricing. Might not be ideal at certain times for dates or romance. Was a very noisy family across from me. Playing games on their fun and cussing and being loud

Great meal, service, and atmosphere! It is so nice to go to a restaurant where you can actually have a nice conversation with your family and/or friends. This is by far my favorite place to go for steak!

I have always enjoyed going to Black Angus for absolutely excellent food! The atmosphere and ambiance is always wonderful until you all started singing the Birthday thing ☹️ it really cheapens the ambiance it makes me feel like I’m at Chuck E Cheese . If I could change anything about the restaurant it would be to stop the singing give them a free slice of cake bring the restaurant back to the good quality name that it has always had!

As always excellent night. Only thing we missed was our usual server, Roy Cook. Roy knows what we want without asking, he is always courteous, friendly, accurate, very caring and such a joy. Roy is the standard by which all servers should be trained and critiqued. Our server, Tamara, was great. We immediately knew that she was Roy trained. Another great experience for us at Black Angus.

It was good but I mistakenly left a special cup there. When I went to retrieve it, it was gone. I’m so disappointed that one of the workers took it or did it turn it in.
