   The front desk ladies were so professional. Our waitress Jessica 1004, went out of her way to serve us and gave us excellent service. I always recommend Black Angus to everyone.

   Every time we dine at Black Angus, we always have a good experience. Although it was crowded (we went on Mother's Day), our waitress was very attentive. Food was great as usual.

   An absolutely horrible experience. It took 2 hours to get our food and we ordered the easy family 4 meal so there wasn’t several different orders, only different sides. The lobster was TINY and freezing upon arrival. The steak was also tiny and mediocre at best. Also cold. The mashed potatoes were cold and hard! The asparagus was not fully cooked. We couldn’t get a drink refill to save our lives. The price was atrocious. I was mortified this was where we took my MIL. I was so sad for this experience and will absolutely Never return.

   Always a great dinner and awesome service! They seem to have a super cohesive team which is unusual and greatly appreciated.

   We had a decent time. Service was a bit slow and someone was seated ahead of us when they shouldn’t have been. Otherwise, everything was great!

    Our experience this visit was less than desirable. Our intial contact from our waitress was 15 minutes after our arrival. I did not receive my beverage (mocktail) until about half an hour after our arrival. Additionally, one of our entrees was overcooked. Our waitress was not apologetic throughout the difficultues.
