It was a very good experience and the service was excellent. I will definitely go back.
Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We made a reservation for 2 people at 7:30 tonight, but we arrived 15 minutes early. I guess I TRIED to give the benefit of the doubt to the server as it was Father’s Day. But 30 minute wait for JUST drinks? An HOUR for our cheesy bread appetizer. Our server “forgetting why he had three brown breads when doing his round and couldn’t figure out where the extra loaf of bread was supposed UNTIL I reminded him AFTER I had we received our entree. We got the campfire feast for two and we had to go into the kitchen to ask for our table number because our server was NOWHERE to be found and we left without getting the desert course. We left at 9:10ish. After hearing many servers complain about how long their shifts are, and someone accidentally dropping a glass in the kitchen and getting yelled and belittled at. We waited Almost two hours for a meal and when we went up front to pay our bill what assumed to be the manager checked us out, and asked us if we wanted to get the desert course and after waiting nearly two hours for not even the full meal, you’re damn right I wasn’t going to wait another second for desert. Plus the manager didn’t even apologize or ANYTHING. Was my first time at black angus and I think I’ll stick to outback from here on out.
Food was great like always but the table they provided was too small for 6 people. It was so uncomfortable..
The AC was not working which made for an uncomfortable dinner. When we spoke to the manager he did not seem very considerate or offer anything to compensate.
After being seated, it took more than 10 minutes until our waitress come by to say hello and to take our drink order. She seemed somewhat embarrassed and apologized. So, we thought that would be the only time things would go so slowly. However, every step of the meal was the same way. And, once we had finished our meal, it took her 15 minutes to come by and clear the dirty plates and take our dessert order.
It seemed that our table was the only one that was having this issue. We were her only table in that section. Other patrons had come and gone around us while we sat... waiting.
I realize this is not a fast food restaurant, and my wife and I enjoyed talking to each other. However, the pacing of the waitress was not normal, in fact it was aggravating.
The food was so-so too. My wife ordered prime rib. It was a very thin cut and the flavor was mediocre. Her side of green beans were awful, and over cooked. I had the New York steak. The flavor was ok, but it was quite fatty and was not a quality grade of meat. The potato and the broccoli were good.
We’ve had many meals at this particular Black Angus over the years. To be honest, it’s hit and miss on food quality and service... in fact more misses on both the last several times. We probably won’t be back.
We had the Cattleman's dinner like we always do. This time the New York steak, although cooked perfectly to medium, had little flavor. The value, especially with the coupon, is amazing and everything else we had was awesome! We will for sure be back. I always suggest a peppercorn sauce when I leave these reviews, but still it has not been added. I am suggesting again...please offer a peppercorn sauce for your steaks! Thank you!
Everything was great inside. Parking in this location has always been a hassle
Need more locations in so. King county.
Wait staff should not address customers as "You guys". What happened to ma'am and sir?
My wife had a filet and I had the large ribeye. Both were cooked medium-rare which is our preference and both were tender. We also picked Lobster day so we each received a free small lobster tail with our steaks and sides. Excellent meal!
I had a coupon for a free lobster tail and couldn't resist. Dinner was wonderful, service was great and my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I tend to really like Black Angus, although I don't get to go that often anymore.
Our steaks and sides were okay, and the dessert was delicious. But the spinach dip appetizer was served with potato chips??? Very strange and not very appetizing. And the potato and steak soups were much too thick - also not very appetizing. We were looking forward to our meal, but we did not really enjoy it. Sorry.
A steak house that had no prime rib available at 7PM on a Sunday night, really? Service was very slow and waitress was either uncaring or surfing her social media rather that attending to our table. She brought 1 small bread round for 6 people and no silverware or napkins. We had to request those after 10 minutes of fending for ourselves with a scrawny loaf among us. They have some work to do on all fronts. Steaks were overdone all around the table. :-(
It was good
Great service and food!!!
Always great service and kid friendly too.
Our server was fantastic! Brought us bread out more than once!
Toshi terrific server. Delicious meal.
Good sirloin steak cooked Med. I would suggest having discussion with server when ordering Med tenderloin. Should have been pink throughout, was cooked more well, but still tasty. Love the au gratin Potatoes!
Good as usual
Steak and everything else we order were great!! Jumbo shrimps with coleslaw and green beans were delicious.
We decided to go because they sent me a coupon for my birthday and we had not been to Black Angus in YEARS, even through it is a bit of a drive from Seattle we decided to give it a try. We had a fantastic meal and great service. We even had leftovers to enjoy the next day for lunch.
Dinner was great, only issue was waiting over ten minutes before I got waiters attention. After being seated no one seemed to notice us. Finally, I waived at a waiter and she said she didn't notice us. After an apology she took our order and service was very good. I also received a notice asking why I had not showed up for my reservation.
The server was not as friendly and attentive as others at the restaurant that we have had in the past. The stakes were good, but not cooked to our order, but close enough that we did not want to send them back.
Wait staff was great but host was rude
Good food for the price. Server was a bit brisk. seemed to have too many tables to serve.
Overall outstanding experience Way's Greg's was excellent relaxing way to end the week
It was a comedy of errors. We arrived as two couples, both giving the name the reservation was held in. They sat us at separate tables and fortunately we figured it out when I texted them. We received the incorrect appetizers. They were out of Italian dressing. The food was good.
I take my mom there for special occasions because they are very good about people seafood allergies. We went on mother's day and it was of course busy. Took over an hour to get food, but food was great. Staff is always friendly.
It was mother's day so didn't expect good service but we got our food pretty quick and the food tastes very good. It was very good overall :)
We arrived 30 minutes early at the restaurant and confirmed our 5:30pm Mothers Day dinner Sunday May 13th for seven. Then, took a seat and waited. At 5:40pm I checked again and asked how much longer would we need to wait? I was told that , "Oh, you called and cancelled your reservation". I replied, "No, I checked in 40minutes ago and have been waiting." She replied, "Oh, I'm sorry I just came on duty and cancelled your reservation." Our reservation was for a large round booth but we were seated in the bar at two small tables and a bench booth. Two of us were in an aisle on chairs and the waitresses kept bumping into us. Steaks were over cooked and dry, four ounce lobster tails were dry and more like 1/2 ounce. Awful. Will never eat at Black Angus again!
went for mothers day food was great service was great. prices were very fair, great atmosphere
The service was FANTASTIC , I adored our waiter. The food was great, the service fast despite being very busy on Mother's Day. My only complaint would be that my filet mignon was a little tough and grissly in parts... not what you would expect in that cut, but overall everything was good.
Our family always returns for the great steaks, baked potatoes and salads. There is alot more than just that on the menu.
Everything was perfect. The food and drinks and customer service. Best Black Angus in Washington State. Thank you
My dinner companion had a coupon for a special. We used it and that was a big mistake. Very poor quality steak and over cooked. On the plus side, we were seated on time even though it was the night before Mother’s Day, but my advice is to order off the regular menu
My husband and I always have a great meal and the service is excellent! He gets a huge prime rib and I get the fillet with garden salad, broccoli and blue cheese dressing. My own steak salad! So good!
Never fails, the food is always good. Pinky, our server, was extra helpful and accommodating to our requests even though she's busy. She has a way of saying things nicely. We had a great time celebrating 3 generations of mothers on Mother's Day. Thank you Black Angus!
We waited a long time for our food, the coffee was cold and we had to stop someone for refills (on the water, too), my husband's steak was overcooked and dry and so was the cake (dry) and the chips were really salty. The garden salad was good, though. Disappointing!
Brady was the best server we have ever had there. She was just great! She was just great at her job and she was a happy person. She made our 3 year old laugh and we just appreciated the service she gave.
Cornelius gave us faith in this location. After a unsuccessful first visit a couple of months ago, we decided to revisit. Food was GREAT and service was AMAZING! Thank you Cornelius!
Moms 61st birthday. Had a sticky table upon arrival and a dirty appetizer dish but didn’t want to complain after asking for table to be wiped. Moms entree came out SUOER dry when she asked for her prime rib to have a little pink.
