Food was very tasty and arrived quickly and was nice and hot. Service was efficient without being hovering.
Now that I've figured out how to get to it off 320th it is fast becoming my favorite spot.
Prices are reasonable for the quality of food. Love going here.
Sunday dinner - Noisy with lots of children. Food was good.
When we got there, I noticed many empty tables, and not too many smiling faces from the staff. After 12 years of not visiting a Black Angus, I expected a more streamlined experience. After being seated by our hostess who was in a hurry, we waited almost 10 minutes before our drinks were ordered. When our server showed up, she was smacking or chewing on something, and made no eye contact. When I asked for suggestions since I had a dinner entree coupon, she didn't have positive body language, and was quick to tell us how much more expensive sauces were.
Once our ordered was taken, we did get warm bread and drinks quickly. The problem is that part of our order came in 10 minutes earlier. So it was not coordinated well.
Other than that, nothing spectacular or memorable.
Very popular place with good value for the meal. Reservations helped reduce the waiting time to a few minutes and I would recommend on a weekend. We chose the Camp Fire special that gave an appetizer, generous choice of an entrée and two sides with a dessert to share. I had the prime rib and my wife the filet mignon. Both were excellent. I will return again when in the mood for steak.
It was a very busy night but the overall wait wasn't too bad. The hostess walked way to quick for my disabled mother.
Nice experience and great service considering we made last minute reservations.
I have been eating here since 1970. It’s still a sure thing for any occasion.
We went on Valentine's day. I understand that they disallow coupons on the dinner. that was fine. But they didn't honor my senior discount, nor did I get the celebratory birthday cookie. WHAT DOES A FRIGGIN COOKIE COST THEM? My birthday was a couple days away, and every other time we went for birthdays, we got the stupid cookie. It's kind of like a slice of cake. It's part of the celebration. It kind of took the celebration out of the dinner. How cheap and miserly. I won't be back anytime soon.
We had a nice Valentine’s Day meal, but it was nothing special.
Usually pretty good. Ordered rib eye, got prime rib. Server asked if I wanted fresh horseradish. It never came. Wife's back ribs were overcooked on outside(ie. Burnt). Ordered bread pudding for dessert. The bread was cold instead of hot. Might have just been a bad night.
Hot appetizer was cold, Au Gratin potato serving size was tiny (didn't matter though because it was cold too) server was downright weird. This was my LAST experience with Black Angus and it ruined fond memories. Go somewhere else...anywhere else.
Mother/son Valentine’s date
We were staying in Seattle for the long weekend with another couple. After several really bad meals at some of Seattle's hot spots, we decided it was worth the drive to go out of town for a good meal. It was definitely worth the drive. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food, service outstanding!!!
The food is always top notch at Black Angus. We were there at 5:00 pm on a Saturday and I had the ribeye steak and twin lobster tails and she had the prime rib and twin lobster tails. Both meals were amazing! The only complaint was that we were seated in an isle booth that looked right out into the waiting area so while we were trying to have a nice romantic evening, everyone waiting to be seated was watching us. Plus, everyone that was being seated had to walk right by our table so we felt like monkeys in a zoo. We've eaten there many times before and had semi-private tables. We wouldn't eat there again unless they gave us a more private table.
Our server was fantastic, food was delicious. Our reservation was executed immediately when we arrived.
Always great to have a nice family dinner with one steak and shrimp. Never a dull night. Open table just enhances the process.
Birthday dinner. Had a wonderful server / same as last time. Toschi - super attentive we will always have hope for her as our server. Only negative comment was very small.
It is a drive from wher we live but we don’t mind it is defitely worth the drive. The food is great, the noise level stays pretty low because of the high sided booths which we love. It adds to a privacy which is especially great for celebrating anniversaries. We love this restaurant!
Had a New York steak dinner steak was overcooked soup was just barely warm. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a baked potato that small before in my life. The one thing that they did have going for them was the service Was out standing.
There were seven of us and the service was outstanding. All of our orders arrived at the same time and the food was hot and prepared to each persons satisfaction. The waiters we had was very efficient and friendly.
