Black Angus Steakhouse - Dublin Ratings and Reviews
Service was incredibly slow. The presentation of the food was lazy at best. Dinner for 3 with no drinks 107.00 seemed a bit high for the quality of the food and the service. I’ll also say, I’m put off by my waiter when they look dirty with greasy hair...just kinda gross!!! No need to go back here....EVER! But otherwise it was greeeaaaat!
Steak was good for the price but not great. Sides were mediocre. Wine list, while relatively inexpensive, needs more variety and a better selection. Our waitress was absolutely excellent and the busboys were prompt to remove empty plates after the starters.
Pleasant place for a casual evening meal, even a special occasion. Thanksgiving! Nice Thanksgiving meal of turkey and stuffing offered as well as an abridged daily menu.
Service adequate and friendly.
Still have a great deal of trouble handling reservations and lobby space.
While I quite often go to dinner at Black Angus I was greatly disappointed with the food on Thanksgiving. The food was so salty my sister and I could not eat it. I left 95% of my dinner and dessert there couldn't eat it! I would recommend Black Angus to friends on food off their regular menu never on a holiday!
I would never go to Black Angus on a holiday or recommend going to Black Angus to a friend on a holiday !
Family friendly, comfortable seating, clean and friendly service. Waitress was personable and patient, made sure we had our glasses filled; bus-person came pretty soon after we finished each course to keep our table clear; manager even checked on us which was a nice touch. Food was tasty though portion has grown noticeable smaller through the years; still a good value. We come here when visitors are in town.
Had a 6:15 reservation on a very busy Saturday night. Seated at 6:05 and the food came out very quickly. Husband had the steak/shrimp/lobster deal and I had the 8oz prime rib. Plenty of food and well seasoned. One of our favorite medium priced steak places.
It was an "off" night all the way from start to finish. Service was passed to several people and there were a lot of "gaps" and long waits for parts of the meal. This was unusual to say the least. We dine at Black Angus at least once a week so we do have an idea of what is normal. We will return and hope for a better experience.
This was our first time dining at the Black Angus in Dublin, CA and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food, service and location were great. The prices were also very affordable. My wife and I will plan another dinner and a movie date there soon.
The restaurant shouldn't have menus where the food looks one way and when the server bring your food it's nothing like the picture.
Talking about the Jumbo prawns the where so small you could barely taste the prawn talking about a under statement and then they we cut in half
When I go to eat at restaurant I. expect AT LEAST A 16/20 Whole Prawn
You get bigger prawns at the red lobster,
