   Seated by kitchen where there was a lot of waiter traffic. The dishes being dropped and banged around made it very noisy. The waitress could’ve smiled at least once. The service was adequate and food was fine.

   One of the filet steaks was tough and griissley.....our guest told us afterwards😞.....she did not want to take it home and didn’t eat much of it .. The other two dinners were excellent!!

   We enjoyed our dinner, especially, since they had a deal for $19.99 Steak and Lobster tail, so we got two of these meals. And received a free desert of hot large chocolate chip cookie with ice cream.

   We love this place but clearly, kids menu is always a disappointment for us. We gave the chicken tender another try since we complained last time that my daughters chicken tender was burnt. Lone behold it was yet again burned. It looks like our "buffalo chicken" just without the hot sauce. I don't know why they keep burning or overcooking chicken tenders. It was definitely not eatable. Super disappointing and annoying.

   We've been to this Black Angus several times, the food was great but the service was the worst we ever had there. We got our appetizer right away, but then it was like we were forgotten. About 45 minutes after we finished the appetizer someone other than our server brings us another appetizer. We said that we already had that but didn't get our salads. At that point our server walks by and says that she didn't realize that we had our appetizer yet and that she would get our salads right away. We got them 10 minutes later. Her time management was very poor. Everything that we waited for took 2 t 3 times longer than it ever has in the past

   After ordering we requested a loaf of bread that never came. After 25 minutes of no one coming by to see how we were doing our entrees came. When we told the server we never even got our salads. So we were served the salad after the entree that seemed like they were sitting under the heat lamps for a while.

   Went on a Monday. Not busy at all. Took over 45 minutes to get our meals, the waitress was never around to check on us. The bill took 10-15 minutes to come.

   For a Sunday evening and many, many empty tables, the service was incredibly slow. We placed our beverage and dinner order at the same time. Salad and bread arrived without much delay. Our glasses of wine arrived about 15 minutes after our salads were finished. That is really quite slow. Another 15 minutes later, dinner arrives. The food was very good and hot but our waitress appeared very rushed. They either need to better anticipate the volume of diners or staff more people.

    Summer coupon for 3 meat items was a great value! Server/waiter gave us excellent service.
