This was the first time I was disappointed of my favorite restaurant in the Hacienda Shopping Center. No the regular special treatment I get on my birthday, they were swiping the floor around us and pushed us out before the closing time. I'll never go there on a Sunday night again!

Well for the last few times here i ordered the Ribeye and it was pretty tough. I kept telling myself it was random but now I have decided not to order it again. I ordered a shrimp cocktail appetizer for the first and last time. The shrimp was very soft and over cooked and I didn’t eat them all.

We went for my wife's birthday and took our son and two grand kids. I was disappointed in the steaks. Black Angus is suppose to be known for the steaks. I had the sirloin which had very good flavor, but I thought it was tough. My wife had the filet and it was good. My son said the rib eye was just OK. My grandson had a kids sirloin and it was very tough, almost inedible. The sides were all very good and the service was very good. We wont be going back any time soon. For the money, we can get better steaks at several restaurants in our area.

Our waitress, Megan, was phenomenal! Friendly, attentive, and a fast helper. Gave superior customer service with a smile. Restaurant was full but she kept returning glancing and smiling our way, asking if we are in need of anything and also refilling our drinks and our bread. Megan and the team that night looked happy to sing happy birthday to our daughter (we absolutely LOVE the birthday cookie with ice cream- birthday wish is to have that recipe!). Molasses bread is killer too! Awesome experience that night. Always a great experience at Dublin Black Angus!

The service and the staff was friendly and efficient! The steak was not cooked to specifications! The appetizer was undercooked and we were given a different one at no cost. Fismrsr visit not great.. but will give it a second try based on the staff friendliness

Normally the steaks are great but that night, both mine and my Dad's steak was dry. Was a special occasion so was pretty disappointed.

Went for a mid week meal with my daughter. We both ordered the same but had very different food. One “medium” steak was well done, the other was bloody. Mine was very dry. Her garden salad was loaded with red cabbage, mine had none. It was as if they came from two different restaurants. As usual we got no bread until we asked for a third time. I don’t know why they no longer offer bread as it’s the best. Our server was sleepy and bored. Another server (who we waved down for bread), also topped up or drinks, cleared our plates and checked in on us - I think he knew our server was useless. If we had been allocated him initially we would have had a much better evening. We used to eat here often, but had a similar bad experience about a year ago, when our food came out one plate at a time and I sat and ate mine once everyone else had finished. I thought that might have been a one off, but I guess not.

My girlfriend and I were considering ordering a dessert the waiter knew it was my birthday he brought out a cookie and ice cream on top with a candle they sang happy birthday we were charged for it it is not something that we would’ve wasted our calories on if we were charged for it we both specifically wanted our own dessert but we thought it was complementary. My girlfriend then called back and asked why she was charge for this when it was just brought out to us and not something we ordered they said they would not refund the money too bad😡
Took 25 minutes just to get the bread the usual slop service the waiter was totally overworked it wasn’t his fault he was actually wonderful but they just don’t have the staff to support the environment

We have been going to Black Angus in Dublin for many years this had to be one of our worst experiences. Everything was slow.
First, it took about 20 minutes for the bread-reason the chief on put 6 loafs in the oven.
Second, the salads took another 20 minutes- no excuse
Third, it took another 20 minutes to get our cold diners. I shared my diner with my wife while her chicken was redone.
All in all the diner took 2 hours. All the excuses indicated the staff was out of control.
Very bad experience

Although I have patronized Black Angus for many years finding good meals at a fair price, I have a couple negatives:
I no longer order margaritas because the last few, several years ago, were mostly ice with a couple ounces of liquid. On pointing this out to my waiter, he brought out the bartender who stated that what I had was a "standard pour". Fine. If that's a standard pour, I'll not order margaritas.
I have learned not to order the green beans because they are so under cooked that they taste like cattle feed. Ordering something else instead, I've not explored the option of asking for properly cooked beans.

Unfortunately we were sat in a booth next to the bar, so the person waiting our table was also the bartender. The service was slow and sporadic since the bartender was busy even though the restaurant was not very busy. This is the second time my party has been seated in this area and I will leave the next time if that is our only option for a table.

We celebrated our 42nd Anniversary and it was wonderful. The service was outstanding and the food was great. We had made reservations so the wait time was very minimum. We loved the special platter, prime rib, jumbo prawns, and sides. It was our first time trying the large plate-size freshly cooked warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Yummy, it was delicious!

I only wish I had taken photos of our meals. Leftovers were enjoyed the next day because portion size is more than enough. I am glad we came to Black Angus to celebrate our anniversary and I would highly recommend Black Angus to anyone for any event or just a casual meal.

We sat for over 30 minutes before we even got soup and salad. Finally the waitress came back and said our order was lost. She said she'd make it up to us. Finally got our meal. Got the bill and there was nothing taken off for the poor service. This has happened too many times there. We won't be back. It was my husbands birthday and it was a flop.
