Service was way to slow for the lack of people filling tables. For a 5:30 reservation we waited roughly 55 min for our order to arrive to our table. When food arrived the children's plate did not have the fruit specified on menu and had to ask for it.

Very good food. The restaurant needs more servers so that the dining experience can be enjoyed. Our lunch, with 1 PM reservations, took 2 grueling hours.

85th birthday dinner for my dad. Tried to sit us by the kitchen. Way too noisy. We ordered and my well done steak was rare. Took 15 minutes to get it back. My broccoli was all dried out from the heat lamps and a piece was missing. They did bring more but still. Was not happy with our visit. The waiter was good but he had way too many tables to cover. Probably will not be back any time soon.

Power outage in Castro Valley forced us out of the house and decided to dine at Black Angus. Made an Open Table reservation and arrived a few minutes early. It was crowded, and was informed that we'd have to wait 15-20 minutes (which was fine). We waited in the bar, so we can have drinks and appetizers. Bartender was friendly, but very busy, and managed to get our order through right before we were seated. He continued to be our server through dinner and got everything to us, but again, he was rushed. Food was good, took dessert home.

This was the the third we went to BA Dublin and this was the third time as well that the restaurant was short staffed resulting in 20 minute delay to get the table and another hour or so before we got the main entree.
