Our reservation was not honored by this location. I made the reservation through OpenTable and found out upon arrival that reservations were basically the same as check-in's and was told that the wait would be up to a hour and a half. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

We had reservations and still had to wait for 40min for a table. Server was great even tho we also had to wait a linger than expected time for dinner to be served. I would not recommend this location on a holiday. Might be better on a slower day.

Took my gal there for Valentines Day. I order pretty much the same because the food is so good, i always order the Campfire side-dish, an extra 3 bucks because it's well worth it and so so good. Although this time and my first time ever I was very disappointed in the shrimp. Tasted like mush, overcooked or something, didn't have any shrimp taste or those were over a month old. Maybe those shrimp were meant for toothless people, because one could squash those shrimps with your lips. But because everything was so good, excellent Prime Rib, excellent baked Potato, and so on, I didn't let the shrimp spoil my nice evening. My favorite Restaurant, visit at least once per month, worth living for.

We got seated at 6:45. Our waitress was slow all night. She kept forgetting our refills and stuff we asked for when she came by. It ended up being a long dinner and we ended up leaving at 10:00.

I ordered an 18oz T-bone steak medium rare but received a steak medium well. When I informed the waitress she acted as if I should’ve been content with what I got and reluctantly took back to the kitchen for a new order (lord only knows what they did with that steak) when the new order came out it looked uncooked and the vegetables were cold, I paid for my meal and left. Worst steak I ever had. Never received an apology for the failure.

Usually the service is solid, but this time in it was SUPER slow. Food and price are always consistent. They sometimes run good specials with coupons, that are well worth the price for what you get.

Went there for my birthday dinner. I didn't realize I had the coupon since I signed up for Prime Member. We got seated right away since I reserved on Open Table for 815pm. Once seated we had a friendly waitress named Alex. She took our orders. While waiting we had our 21 month twins in high chairs. In between we asked for some plastic utensils cause the twins feed themselves and it keeps them busy playing with the spoons while waiting for the food. We got the salad and soup as ordered which was good. Our daughter likes cherry tomatos so we asked Alex if we can get some more one the side, she gladly gave us a small plate with about 10 pieces. Throughout the night Alex kept on going back and forth delivering the rest of our orders and making sure we were enjoying our dinner. The food was great and the service was exceptional!! At the end of dinner, the gave me a dessert and even sang Happy Birthday!! Overall, for a busy friday night dinner, I would say its one of the best experiences we have had at Black Angus!!
