Food, service and staff were great! But we were pretty cold once they ran out of proprone for the heating lamps. We didn't understand why the tent was taken down as well. I think it wouldn't have been as chilly if we were seated inside an actual tent with working heating lamps. We were a little uncomfortable and cold towards the end of our dinner. :-(

Every year, my husband and I celebrate our wedding anniversary at Black Angus Steakhouse. This year, despite the pandemic, God allowed us to keep that tradition. As usual, the food was delicious and the wait staff was exceptional! Thank you for making our annual wedding anniversary special! See you next year!

We opted for outdoor dining. The set up of tables could use some improvement. Since the pavement was uneven, we found ourselves adjusting throughout dinner. More heating lamps would be nice. Understand the concept of social distancing but the outdoor setup does have some room for improvement. Our service was good.

Made our reservation Monday for Tuesday. Were seated within two minutes after we arrived. Service wait times for food and drinks were average. Tables and seats wiped clean after guests left. I think they did a great job complying with covid recommendations. Ordered the campfire feast choosing the full rack of ribs. Ribs were very tender and fell off the bone. All the food was very good.

The manager was outstanding, sorry I forgot he’s name I believe he is Mexican American, He is an excellent member of your team.

We disliked having no menu to use. The manager decided one had to use a cell phone to search the menu. I don't think I would like to go through that again.

Place was so dreary inside. Only small lighting.

Our server was wonderful. The food was mediocre to good. Appetizers definitely need improving. Don't over cook things. Steaks were good. Prime rib was very disappointing. 1# size was not 1$. Meat was not flavorful. Salads and side dishes were good. I think I would probably try to find another restaurant to go to before I would go back to this one.

We love to come and splurge on Prime Rib every now & then. It’s a bit pricy but the Special campfire for 2 is awesome. Can’t wait to go again in a couple weeks.

my wife and I both had rib eye steak asked for med rare. Hers was perfect, mine was well done. the other couple with us both had prime rib. Hers she couldn't cut thru some of the gristle and finally gave up.
We chose not to send either back because the other two in our party rec'd edible meals.
We have been here many times over the years and will try again, but.......... I will never tolerate food prepped like this again.

I know that outdoor dining is a new necessary thing, and I love outdoor dining. It would ease the minds of diners if there were barriers on either side of the tables. Cars come in the driveway and the only barrier is ropes that are laying on the ground! That should be addressed ASAP.
We enjoy dining there but not if our backs are to the driveway and we all have seen cars drive through and hitting diners on the news.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal outside on the patio area. They have converted some parking spaces into a patio, very nice. It's nice to be able to eat out again and Black Angus is one of our favorites.

We both had the prime rib. It normally is good. This recent visit the prime rib was not tasty at all. It was bland with no flavor. However it was cooked as requested. We were both disappointed. It was the first time back since covid. We were both looking forward to our prime ribs. The rest of the meal was good.

Our waitress was behind and the manager helped us and made sure we were taken care. We give the manager 5 stars and the waitress 1 star. She didn’t acknowledge us nor provide us anything. She took our dessert order and didn’t follow through again the manager stepped in and served us our dessert. There was an older lady who sat after us and she received an awesome service. All the waitress’ payed a lot of attention to her. I think this waitress wasn’t meant to be a waitress.
